Great Brazilian restaurant
Really great friendly staff. Amazing portions, baby beef is to die for. Will come back again. We celebrated my son’s birthday here. Very easy to find. Just lovely

The selection of meat on offer was good and both myself and my wife left having eaten way to much ahead of seeing a comedian (Not sure how good an idea that was) we had booked in advance which for this chain if i'm honest is a bit of a faff. Having been seated I made the same mistake I always do, being lured into the buffet only to have my plate loaded with meat a few minutes later - Not that I am complaining. We arrived a little earlier to give ourselves plenty of time, without having to rush around. This worked out well for us as we seemed to be ahead of the rush and left with a queue outside of the door. The staff serving the meat were very friendly, drinks service and being shown to our table was a little less friendly but still overall a good meal.

This is a regular dining place for me but today I went t with my son and my dad, 3 generations so to speak to celebrate my son’s 12th Birthday! Though in the booking I indicated it was a birthday event, I did not expect a birthday cake slice to be served at the end and the staff to wish my son a happy bday! What a lovely surprise. I am a regular diner at the restaurant and live 75 mins away, the visit is worth it every time. Thank you to l the staff, it keeps a memory of home away from home near me.

We were a group of 11 people including 3 under 4 years old. Service was very slow, toom forever to baby high chair. Picanha which is a favorite meat we had to ask 3 times before it came. Dessert menu was limited with no chocolate mousse available at 2pm on a sunday. Order drinks and we had to ask for it again and again they took 20 mins to come. Flavour of some of the meat could be better given my experience of other Rodizio places. The black bean source was super salty. The place wasnt that busy to justify the service received. I definately expected much better service and food for a £35 plus service fee per person excluding drinks and dessert.

Good meal. Buffet excellent-meal options good but not unlimited. Offered most options upon arrival and then nothing later (so missed out by not taking everything at once. Beware of mandatory 10% tip on bill

Overpriced, no flavour in the meat, buffet was random. Massively overpriced. Drinks nice. Staff were decent however it's no Bem Brasil.

Located within the O2, arrived had to wait a few minutes for them to open the upstairs section, but it was a brief wait. Service staff were all very good, polite and helpful. Food was ok, the salad bar had several options and we took a few items. The star of the show is meant to be the freshly grilled items that they bring to your table and you choose if you would like the specific item or if you flip your circular card to red- it means you are full. The chicken wings and thighs were cooked well, the lamb leg was also good, the pork was nicely cooked with crispy outer layer, the lamb chops needed longer on the grill, they were too pink for my liking and the others, the fat on them was not the nice rendered fat but still almost white and we took a bite and left them. The beef - was not that good. The peppered steak had flavour but the meat was chewy. The sirloin, first batch nicely cooked, second batch needed more cooking. The flavour was not really there, it did not taste of much, it was a bit disappointing. The sausages, personally I did not like the taste or texture, they tasted cheap. I understand that they serve people in batches as most people going to the O2 have a cinema or show booked. Overall it was a pleasant experience, that with a few tweaks could have been so much better. One item that was funny was the sparkling water - Harrogate 750ml charged at £6.90 for a bottle, that is steep.

First time trying this restaurant and experience. We were kept waiting outside as per the sign and was about walk away as a member of staff was starting their shift got another's attention. We were eating early and it was obvious they hadn't been open long or fully staffed. The salad bar was really nice, presented well and tasty food. The meat was ok. Quite fatty at times and we did not get the whole selection. Meat was not prime cuts. Beef was tasty but the rest was meh! Meal for 2 with 1 alcoholic drink each came £100 and I would say it was NOT good value for money. Tried it once, not again.

Great atmosphere. Good place to eat before a concert. Delicious food. Lots of good different meat cuts
Be the first to ReplyAmazing we will definitely return!!!
My friends left it to me to book a restaurant and said they wanted something different. since we all love our meats I thought it would be good to give Rodizio Rico a try! WOW they say it’s the best decision I ever made. The meat just keeps coming staff are so friendly and the food is amazing! We will 100% return every time we visit the o2.

Had the pleasure of eating here yesterday and did not realise and event was on at the O2 so expecting not to get in. Spoke to receptionist and we were seated immediately. Drinks were ordered and we were given plates and bar mats which are used to indicate more or stop for meats. Started at the salad Potato and bread bar whilst the meats started to come round. These are carved at your table side and you are given tongs to hold the meat whilst carving occurs. Me and my family can be selective in restaurants we use and this has made our list for a revisit. Toilets located upstairs clean and very tidy, notice disable access to upper level via staff controlled lift if needed. This time did not partake of desserts as filled on meats
Be the first to ReplyGreat!
Visited this restaurant before an O2 show. Third time visiting a restaurant with this 'all you can eat meat' vibe - this was probably joint 1st. Great 'salad' bar that was constantly being topped up & an array of meats constantly offered. Really nicely seasoned. However, must say I felt it was a tad pricey.
Be the first to ReplyFamily meal out
We were a family of 7 meeting up for Xmas. We had booked our table earlier in the year and were anxious about recent reviews but really shouldn't have been! The food was amazing, fresh and it just kept coming! The staff were attentive. The deposit was raken straight iloff the bill when we asked. The only reason for 4 stars is it was quite difficult to get water for the table.

Horrible ! Disgusting! Avoid this place. Very poor quality. The meat was inedible, the salad bar look like it has been there for weeks .. and Ha ! Even the waiter admit that this place is going down. Waiste of time and money
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing- Very Poor Food - AVOID
Booked for a Birthday celebration, requiring a £70 deposit. The food was totally inedible and very poor quality. All that any of us consumed was the Garlic Bread. 2 Vegetarian meals were ordered on booking, but these were extremely poor and were not eaten either. The salad bar did not look appetising and appeared to have not been replenished all day. I made a complain as we were leaving but this was not taken further. The whole birthday meal was a disaster and like many others leaving reviews, my deposit was also not taken off the bill on paying. I have however now finally had this credited back to me after many many phonecalls and emails. Please avoid this restaurant. I would rather have given the £270 I paid to a charity. We ended up finding another restaurant to eat in as we were all so hungry. This was one of the worst meals I have ever experienced and we will never return.

Booked a meal here and paid a £20 deposit. Despite numerous calls and providing proof that we dined there they have refused to refund the deposit. Have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try to resolve this. Appalling customer service and total dishonesty. I ghave never received such poor customer service from a restaurant before.
Be the first to ReplyScammers
Refused to give me my refundable deposit back. When I questioned it with them they said they had done it however hadn’t, called my bank and had to go through the fraud team. Absolutely disgusting place conning people out of their own money, won’t even answer any of my messages as they know what they have done. Avoid at all costs, just to add- if you are sitting anywhere except the middle you won’t get served. The waiters do not go around the whole room frequently so if your sitting on the side then you’ll be lucky to get barely any. Not to mention the lack of variety in the meat. there are much nicer restaurants in the O2, ones that won’t scam you
Be the first to ReplyBusy night, but good service
We were at the O2 for a concert and most restaurants were fully booked. I managed to get a reservation here and paid my £10 per person booking fee. Given how busy it was, the service was very acceptable, but the use of the green and red signs seemed to be very much hit and miss. The salad/veg choices were very good, and the allergens were clearly marked (useful as we had a gluten intolerance in our party). The choice of cuts of meat were very good and on the whole it was an enjoyable experience. However, when it came to the bill, there was no sign of the £40 deposit being taken off the bill. We questioned the waiter and he simply took £40 off. If we hadn't challenged this, they would have scalped a bigger tip than they deserved, so please check.

This place is top drawer! The meats are fresh, plentiful and tasty. The buffet has lots of options, hot and cold and always replenished when almost empty - we never saw an empty dish at the buffet. The servers were on top of their game, coming at regular intervals - Samir was particularly awesome going out of his way to ensure we had exactly what we needed and all with a super friendly smile.

The meat was tough and inedible at times. We were given a sausage which could have broken your teeth it was so hard! I am going to avoid this restaurant from now on.
Be the first to ReplyIdeal if you like tough, chewy, poor quality meat, or, at the other end of the scale, dangerously raw meat.
The meat was very poor quality, extremely indigestible at times and some of the meat which came round to the table was red raw! Not a good experience whatsoever. Also, very expensive for what was offered

Been to the one in Birmingham which was lovely, this one was not, chaos and unorganised, not enough servers or meat options coming out. Meat was bland, had to ask for lamb to be brought out. £90 for 2 and 2 alcoholic drunks. Would not be returning to this reasturant any time soon.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent Food & Service
We visited on a Monday evening (5.30pm) having pre-booked a table. The location is excellent - right inside the O2 arena which has plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and activities. It was a non-event day at the O2 so the arena was very quiet and so was the restaurant. The downstairs is closed for refurbishment with only the upstairs open. We were promptly seated and our drinks order taken. You are given a card that is green on one side and red on the other which indicates to the meat servers if you want more or not. Green meaning OK / red meaning not at the moment. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The salad and sauce selection is good and goes well with the various selections of meat the serving staff bring around. Overall, we had a great experience at the venue and would happily return. Note - the restaurant is not air conditioned and it did feel warm in there as it was 31 degrees outside!

We went there on the 2nd of July at 4pm the guy downstairs was great went upstairs to a guy showing us to our tables who looked so miserable. It took a while for someone to come and take our drinks order.once we got eating we had an amazing time the food was great but most importantly Samir made the experience extremely amazing, he explained the times of meat when we were not sure, he was also very patient with my kids. The made the whole experience great and he did it with a smile which was very rare to see on that day.looking forward to going back again
