First time visit to Double Zero.
Great food, service and atmosphere as always in a Castellucci restaurant. Our server, Alexander was great and informative. Share Frito misto appetizer which was plentiful with seafood and other good stuff.

The Burrata Salad was excellent, The surprise ingredient was the Compressed Melon which was sweet. Paired with the arugala drizzled with balsamic and their homemade bread triangles made a nice presentation. The pizza was good and loaded with pepperoni. The salad was the hero of the dinner.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Italian spot.
Fantastic Italian fare, great service and atmosphere. Ravioli was scrumptious. Braised short rib Ragu was some of the most flavorful I've ever had. Tortoloni was exceptional. Daniel's team does a wonderful job with the food and service. Zach was very attentive and Kaylynn was as well. Clearly a great team atmosphere.
Be the first to ReplyItalian place in Emory Village
We were planning to attend a concert at Emory a couple of blocks away, so we chose this as our pre-concert dinner venue. We parked in a deck for the concert, but I think this place has a shared parking lot for the strip-mall around back. There is also street parking within a block or two. Years ago, I think this space was partially occuppied by Jagger's. Now, DZ takes up a large volume in the center of the Emory Village strip. The overall atmosphere was sort of dark / sleek. They also seemed to have an abundance of servers (which had been rare through much of 2022). However, the dining experience was somewhat laid back. At one point a manager happened to stop by and we ended up asking about our entrees just before the showed up. Our server was friendly, but his appearances were a bit sporadic. We were able to find items to try on the menu, but they seemed to try to have some sort of twist to most dishes. My wife's was a bit spicier than she expected. My pasta dish was a sort of 'fall squash harvest' dish on steroids. The description implied that there was squash involved, but they went all out with it. I didn't especially dislike it, but I would probably not order it again either. Portions were decent, but not large enough to merit a to-go box. We were full enough to skip dessert. We had eaten at a Double Zero location in Silicon Valley and enjoyed it more. I was surprised at the either regional or seasonal variance in the menu. I think that this place has potential, but for our next concert-dinner, I may check out other venues in the area for comparison.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food & service!
My first time to Double Zero. The service was excellent and the food amazing! Reta was my awesome server, she guided us through the menu and helped us make our selections. We ordered one of everything and shared- Misticanza salad, garlic knot, chicken piccata, and butterscotch budino.
Be the first to ReplyGreat neighborhood find. First visit was fantastic. Service outstanding. Meals & dessert had amazing flavors.
Upon arrival people at surrounding tables were saying the food was incredible. Our server Erika was great. Wine, meal & dessert was great! Terrific experience!!!!
Be the first to ReplyFinally, more dining in Emory Village
We ordered two salads and two pizzas and all was mediocre. Have you had crushed crouton crumbs on a Caesar salad? Never till here. The salad dressing was bland and dressing really thick. We had another salad that was bland too. White sauce pizzas were bland and one had soggy crust. We had a bad night. It's ok but not great.

I went here with two friends on the advice of another friend we had a terrific time; our server was great, the pizza was good and the salad was phenomenal. For $50 we got three pizzas, a bottle of wine and a huge salad. I will be back

Creative entrees and appetizers. Definitely the best ingredients are used here. Ambiance is great and the service very good.
Be the first to ReplyDouble Zero is a “Triple Crown”
Wow!! That is to start. Why a triple? First..ambience. The renovation is fantastic. Make the tables a smidge bigger...perfect. Second, the food. The scallops and cauliflower are a trip to heaven. The pizza - phenomenal. Third, and best. The service!! Jordan our server A+ with 5-star service. Dining manager Anh Hoang...we fell in love! Thank you Double Zero for a great start to 2109! We will be back!

Be the first to ReplyDelicious, inventive farm to table food great ambience, good service
I have been to this particular restaurant many times, especially good for a large group, the table up front near the window is spacious and comfortable. We've had the vegetarian pizza and it is always a good choice, crust is baked to perfection, their home made pasta is excellent, last time we were there my friend got the pasta bolognese and loved it. Everything else that is in season is always very good,, the servers are usually very good and knowledgeable. We are so glad to have this restaurant in our neighborhood, we will continue to enjoy it in the future.
