It is so so good and every single dish was amazing. The interior of the restaurant is very casual, with some pop music playing to set the mood. The service was great and all the dishes recommended by the waiter were amazing. Even the bread to start was so soft and came with lime zest butter. Gruyere fritters: we started with this dish and it was covered with chili lime powder, a flavor that was subtle yet added a little bit of sourness and saltiness to the fritters themselves. The fritters were so good: fried perfectly with a little bit of gruyere inside each bite. Octopus & carrots: our next course contained the octopus and the carrots. The octopus was my favorite dish of the night: the octopus itself was so tender but it was paired with sweet potato chips and purée along with chorizo. Each element of the dish had a different flavor and it all paired together so nicely. The sauce of the octopus reminded me a little bit of bolognese sauce. The carrots were also a really unique and good dish. They came with sour cream and a sauce that reminded me of curry, and was a really good appetizer as well. Chicken: the chicken is apparently what the chef is known for. It came with a total of 5 pieces, and constituted half of a chicken. The charred or grilled ashy taste of the chicken and a little bit of spice in the chicken really brought out the flavor. Satsuma orange: the dessert was honeycomb with orange icecream and marshmallow on top. Once again, the different flavors all combined together worked super well and it was a great way to end the meal.
