Fun tapas bar, excellent food.
Delicious tapas, great wine and a wonderful atmosphere. Great selection of sherry too. The pea tahini was a highlight. Would highly recommend.

We got given a table right at the back so service was not great -had to fight to order anything and one of the waiters couldnt understand our order at all. Very small plates so we ended up ordering 8-9 (rather than the recommended 2-3/pp)..wine mark up far too high for the quality and we tried several. Disappointing, as barrica and the other copita were fantastic but I wonโt be returning here.
Be the first to ReplyTasty tapas, if you get a good seat
We went as a group of four on a Thursday evening. The food itself was generally great. Best dishes were definitely the duck and the iberica pork. The squid and the octopus were good, if not a little bit tough. Worth noting the portion sizes were quite mixed, with some dishes (such as the artichoke) being too small to share practically. The setting was modern, cozy and very busy. We were lucky with our seating. But I think if you come as a two or one, you may get not great seats on small shelves and facing the wall. Wine was nice and generally a lovely evening.

San Sebastian tapas bar atmosphereโฆ loud music, incessant hubbub, large tables to share, hams drying aboveโฆ It's a little expensive but I don't regret it
Be the first to ReplyLovely Tapas in Central London
Really enjoyed our meal here. There were four of us dining at 19:30 on a Saturday evening and it was full but didnโt feel too busy. It had a nice Spanish atmosphere and the food was very authentic! We have the king prawns, chicken leg, steak, goats cheese, chorizo and mushroom croquettes and loved it all. It is so reasonably priced too. We had 8 dishes between the four of us and two alcohol drinks each and it was ยฃ32 per person including service.

Friendly staff great service. A quick pit stop before a lunch reservation. If we hadnโt been committed to somewhere else we would have stayed. The food looked amazing.

Some delicious tapas with a menu with a lot of choice. Staff very helpful and very friendly. Would recommend and go again! 8/10
Be the first to ReplyFave Soho spot.
I always go here for Tapas in Soho. I love the tartare dish, the octopus is excellent also, the wine list really reasonable. Service really friendly and can usually accommodate walk ins.
Be the first to ReplyNot great service - missing food!
The food tasted great - interesting flavours and a good variety. However, to be told that we had our table for 1.5 hours, and then not being served with all we asked for took the shine off. We asked for two dishes three times, one of which eventually came. The missing dish, never to be seen, was anchovies - how hard can it be to open a can?

Great food, very tasty, generous portions and beautifully presented. Good selection of wines too. Best pre booked to avoid being disappointed !
Be the first to ReplyJust wonderful!
Just delicious! The food was superb and the service was equally as good. Such a lovely evening spent there with friends. Canโt wait to come back!
Be the first to ReplySuch a great evening!
We had a fantastic time at Copita. Great vibe, friendly service, super busy for a Monday night. Really canโt recommend the food highly enough. Perfect modern tapas. Loved the bar style seating. Will definitely be back

The restaurant was incredibly overpriced for the portion sizes. The menu Wasnโt as varied as I was expecting .All the fried food is on the same fat which means if you have allergy it could be difficult, however I think the food we had was nice and decent quality
Be the first to ReplyTasty enough but you need to eat quickly
This is one of those places that gives you 90 minutes then you're on your way. Fair enough, that is their model, and they don't hide it. However, if you wait 15 minutes before you get to order that drops to 1hr 15. Then the food arrives in parts (again fair enough) and you don't finish for 45 minutes, then you have 30 minutes left because you didn't order enough. And 30 minutes to drink another bottle of wine and eat the next tapas is just too rushed. Food is pretty good though rather expensive. Wine selection excellent but there is quite a markup. I guess they have to make up for two years of lockdown. I said to the waiter if you gave us two hours we'd be more relaxed and spend a load more cash, we now were taking that money somewhere else. He said 90 minutes was the business model. Then he said 'You'll be back'. Actually we won't.

My tastebuds were entranced! Exceptionally tasty octopus and potato bravas... Truly masterful cooking! I was there with a date and she shared my opinion. IT went well and i can't post this review without giving some credit to the waiter, thank you brother, you know what you did! Will definitely come back sometime soon -Ambrose

Fantastic food and service. Really great for a Solo dinnet. The mushroom croquettes were outstanding! The broccoli dish hard to out down. Great atmosphere. Totally enjoyed the experience.
Be the first to ReplyWasnโt worth the money
We visited last week for an early dinner before a show. The staff were really friendly and the food was quick but sadly most of the dishes were under seasoned, we had to ask for salt. We loved the grilled octopus but the broccoli was overdone, and the grilled prawns I refused to eat because they smelt so bad, my partner ate them and was fine but the smell was extremely off putting. Unfortunately it was just another disappointing dinner.

Perfectly acceptable tapas place if it were less pricey. The outdoor seating is really poor, but the waitress was lovely. However, ยฃ200+ for eight tapas, two puds and wine seems excessive, especially as our table for 4 should have been for 2.
Be the first to ReplyNot worth the price
Had an early pre show dinner here, I booked it because the reviews seemed really good. Unfortunately the majority fell short of expectations; table was dirty when we sat down, patatas bravas was cold and sloppy, the aubergine was bland, cold and under seasoned and a complete waste of money, and the broccoli was over cooked and covered in raw garlic, and was also absolutely not worth the money. Some of the highlights were the scallops and the presa ibรฉrica which were delicious, the kitchen are clearly very good at cooking meat. The ox cheek was super tender and a great piece of meat however the sauce was so sickly sweet and chocolatey that it ruined the plate. Octopus wasnโt as good as was expected and was again under seasoned. The wine was delicious and reasonably priced for the area, staff are very friendly. All in all I wouldnโt come back and I wouldnโt recommend it, for the price and location I would expected a hell of a lot better.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic food, fantastic service, lovely evening all round
Ignore the naysayers on here - after reading a very good restaurant critic review of this place, I booked a table - I nearly cancelled after reading the bad reviews on here. Totally unjustified in terms of our experience anyway. Had a wonderful greeting in this busy and bustly cool little place by Hanan (thanks Hanan - I keep my promises !) Service was really friendly and fun and nice convivial atmosphere. Food was absolutely DELICIOUS. We had pretty much most of the menu. The stand outs were the goats cheese with honey and also the mushroom croquets (I'm literally still thinking about them!) Washed down with really good Cava. We ordered a few dishes at a time so they didn't all come at once which was the perfect way for us. LOVED IT. GO, Enjoy!
Be the first to ReplyNo,no,no,no,no.
Utterly dreadful food. Of the 10 dishes we ordered not a single one stood out. The Sweet Potato Patatas Bravas was an abomination, the prawns tasted rank, the artichoke had the texture of Blu Tack, the squid with yellow goo was like baby food and the cheese board was so miniscule it would have left an anorexic mouse starving. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the wine excellent and reasonably priced. But neither were enough to rescue what was a stunningly dire lunch. I don't get the glowing reviews which brought us here in the first place. Just dire.
Be the first to ReplyGood food and wine but a tad expensive
Excellent tapas and wine. Obviously very popular. Service wasnโt great and personally I found it a bit pricey but the food was high quality.
Be the first to ReplyDecent tbf
Really nice food, decent service. Cost was ยฃ43 per head including two drinks each and 7 tapas between 2. Pricey for tapas but that seems the norm in London.
Be the first to ReplyCold food, but tasty
We booked very early for dinner as it was the only time we could make. When we got there it was dead unsupsingly but was buzzing by the time we left.
Unfortunately the majority of the food was really cold. Was a real shame as the taste of the food was delicious! Also I wouldn't say the staff were particularly welcoming or attentive. Considering there was barely anyone else there I thought this was pretty bad service considering the price and the service charge they put on automatically.
In hindsight we should have said something but the actual taste was good, and some of the food was warm enough.
Buzzing atmosphere
Good company, wine, tapas and a buzzing atmosphere. A very enjoyable night had by all in celebration of a milestone birthday
