The food was phenomenal as usual, didn't take photo of the macarons and the pastry but always enjoy the large soft flavourful macarons! The butter that's served with starter bread is one of my favourite and honestly the highlight at bouchon brunch for me. The crab Benedict was a little too salty for my liking but foie gras, tomato soup, chicken and waffle the classic breakfast was well enjoyed. The service was okay, our server seemed a little confused but aside from that everyone was pleasant and alert ensuring everything was served and delivered! The interior space is always to beautiful with the large windows but can get very loud. Always enjoy coming back!
This place gets 5 stars across the board.
We have been for breakfast and brunch/lunch and it always is a wonderful experience. Food quality is top notch. They do the most simple items (eggs and bacon w potatoes, or your regular blueberry muffin, or just the plain old bread, butter and jam) super well. The services is always accommodating and attentive without being overbearing. They will go out of your way to meet your expectations. Ambience is nice. Not as noisey as Mon Ami Gabi (although we like that place too) but this is just nicer. Outdoor seating by the fountain is the way to go. We always enjoy our visits here and are super pleased after each meal. Don't miss the cream cheese danish!!! You will not be disappointed.
gross
We ordered egg Benedict and it’s was the first dish I have ever eaten, their hollandaise sauce is more like a slab of yellow Mayo on top. Nice looking restaurant with very cheap dishes, their pastries are nice and their house bread and butter. Coffee was cold too, even after requesting for hot coffee it was still cold. I paid $39 for egg Benedict

In the interest of full disclosure, I am a current CDP at Bouchon LAS; this review disregards all of that and is objectively given, from the lens of a treasured guest on this evening. Service: 10/10 ~ Brandon is a master at his craft, and accommodates your experience by orchestrating perfection in everything and with everyone around him, as if you were dining at three-stars in Michelin. Ambiance: 10/10 ~ My guest and I arrived at open, (5pm), and by 7pm, the noise and busyness of the service did distract from our experience, a small bit, though we had to remind ourselves, this is Vegas, and this is a Bistro/Brasserie. It did calm down close to the 8-o'clock hour, though this of course will be dependent of your dining time/day; we were here on a Wednesday, near the end of peak season. Food: 9.5/10 ~ We worked our way through a 10-course, 'self-curated-tasting menu.' Everything we enjoyed (a gross-understatement), was executed to near perfection. The quality of food is second-to-none, and presented in a way that leaves you wanting for more; dreaming for more! This establishment, which carries the SOUL of Chef Keller (YES, he actually is in the kitchen more than one would ever expect for a "Celebrity Chef.") is truly WORLD-CLASS; something I am so very fortunate and privileged to have experienced in my culinary journey! I leave this meal, knowing now, it is something so much more, than simply food. I move forward with both a new love, for the very small part I play in this amazing establishment, and a re-kindled-burning-desire, to create this very experience we enjoyed, and perhaps something even more, for every single person who dines with us in the future, and beyond. Personally & Professionally, Scott Rule, CDP ~ Bouchon LAS
In a word: Stellar.
Beautiful restaurant in the Venetian. Wonderful service by Santana. Delicious soups and desserts. The bread is addictive. In a word: Stellar.
I've been to the brunch service twice and HAD TO REQUEST
I've been to the brunch service twice and HAD TO REQUEST KELSEY. She's so sweet, super informative. Her suggestions are perfect, she was very attentive/communicative. The food was very well timed. Perfectly flavored. You must get the avocado toast. It has some sweetness and a little crunch and very filling. The escargot was tasty. It was swimming in garlic and butter with a flaky mini biscuit thing on top. The eggs, Benedict was sensational. Honestly everything was fire lol. The restaurant was beautiful and had great ambience.
Excellent service, dessert was a disappointment which lowered rating to 4 stars.
We enjoyed our dinner very much. We ordered cocktails which were excellent. I Ordered the flank steak and my husband the poult. The steak was excellent, almost as tender as a fillet. The serving of fries was large and crisp. But they came with no sauce. I had to ask for ketchup. My husband. Dry ,u n enjoyed the chicken which the waiter say was the house speciality. We split a tarts Tati. Which was a disappointment. The crust, supposedly a puff pastry was hard, difficult to cut without a nice buttery flavor. The apples, Pink Lady were mushy. Service was attentive and excellent.
Amazing service and the best Crème Brûlée I have ever
Amazing service and the best Crème Brûlée I have ever had. Their bread is to die for and the flavors are so rich and delicious. The atmosphere is sophisticated and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend the experience.
Nice interior, good menu exactly what I was expecting.
Good service. We had a great time.
One of the best restaurants in Vegas.
Food is consistently top quality and presentation is amazing. The associate are some of the best trained and hospitable I have encountered. Would like to specifically call out our server Doug and the manger Philip. We had breakfast three days in a row and each day everything was incredible.
Was looking forward to a lovely dinner with family.
Service was impeccable, the food was awful. We started out with French onion soup, it was so salty my mouth hurt, however did not wish to complain since I thought it was just me.When dinner came it also was also way to salty. I literally took one bite of my steak and so did my cousin. My other cousin took a bite out of her meal also. It was quite obvious that we were unhappy and realized we all felt food was over salted.. Waiter asked, we advised everything was way too salty. Meals were taken off the table uneaten. Another staff cleared our meal and asked how the meal was, he could obviously see that we did not eat. We were compted dessert. However a manager should have approached us to acknowledge that we had not eaten our food, as we basically paid for dessert. So disappointed as there are so many wonderful restaurants in the Venetian . This was a miserable experience for us.
Really enjoyed a fancy brunch at Bouchon.
The service was excellent - friendly, prompt, knowledgeable. They really made me feel like a valued customer. Beautiful atmosphere. The food was tasty, an elevated brunch experience. Portion sizes of the meals were bigger than expected so I felt like I got my moneys worth. My favorite thing was the cheese danish, but all meals for our party of 4 were delicious. The mimosas, bellinis, and blood marys were small in size, average in taste and pricey. I look forward to eating here again next time I'm in Vegas! ***Reservations are a MUST so plan ahead. You may need to ask the front desk/concierge how to get to the restaurant. It's on an upper level.***

Birthday Celebration
Six of us were at Bouchon to celebrate a very dear friend's birthday. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The service was top-notch and all our meals very very good. The wine that was recommended was enjoyed by all. Two in our group ordered the mussels and declared them delicious. Two ordered the delicious steak frites. The server recommended that we upgrade to the truffle frites and we were not disappointed, although there was an additional $12 charge per order. Another guest ordered lamb and was disappointed that it was not served with vegetables of any sort, but enjoyed the lamb. We all thought it looked a bit "Fred Flintstone-ish". The sixth guest at our table enjoyed a chicken dish. The desserts were scrumptious. It was a very happy evening at Bouchon. The restaurant is very noisy. It bustles.
These people are great.
The GM, Teddy Kriner, and his staff are delightful. Walked in Friday, March 1 without a reservation. They were accommodating and we were seated without much of a wait. Everything was excellent. I liked the Croque Madam. The salmon entree arrived lukewarm but they made things right. Give it a shot. I bet you'll be happy.
The Las Vegas edition of the Thomas Keller empire is tucked
The Las Vegas edition of the Thomas Keller empire is tucked far away from the other restaurants in the Venetian Hotel, making it stand out for the trek you must make. It's a fun walk and a typically beautiful restaurant. The service was better than previous reviews indicated in this space, but the food, with one major exception, was a bit disappointing. The leg of lamb had little flavor and was too chewy. The saucy beans were on the bitter side and mushy. The prix fixe option of the Dover Sole, however, was perfect: moist, fresh, and the brown butter made you swoon like Julia Child. Prices were fair (these days) and the suggested wines were expensive and delicious.
A Culinary Gem at the Venetian
Bouchon at The Venetian offers a delightful blend of ambiance and exquisite cuisine. The atmosphere is charming and open. The food is exceptional, with each dish crafted to perfection. While it can get busy and noisy later in the evening, an early dinner ensures a more tranquil experience. Though prices are higher, the quality justifies it. Bouchon is a must-visit for those craving culinary excellence in Las Vegas.
Delicious
Had the pleasure of sitting next to Thomas Kellers table. The food, service, and atmosphere were impeccable. You know it’s good when the chef eats at his own restaurant!
Very busy! But good food
Went for brunch on a Friday. The restaurant was very busy and despite having reservations, we had to wait about 20 min to be seated. Food was really good as was the service. Standouts were the chicken and waffles, smoked salmon and the burger.
Overbooking means delays
When you book a table for 11 that means 11 in my book - we ended up waiting 30 mins when told 5 or 10…. More annoying than this when our table was ready with the chit and menus our hostess instead decided to answer the phone and ‘host’ three other groups rather than see us to our table - just plain rude. Once we were seated the experience changed entirely, our server was friendly, helpful and vigilant. Food - bread was amazing as were the pastries, the croque madame was ok really, coffee flowed and surroundings were very nice. A good experience overall but don’t take bookings you can’t seat at the allotted time please, just greedy and disrespectful to people. Rob
Wonderful experience for our large group again this year!
We had a private dining room with fantastic servers French wine both red and white were served along with craft cocktails which were very tasty. Started off with huge shrimp cocktail, deviled eggs and charcuterie trays. For main course had your choice of chicken or steak or seafood. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Then the dessert trays came out with samplings of several very tasty desserts. This team knows how to provide a wonderful experience for a large group business meal!
Good But Not Great
We joined another couple for dinner at Bouchon. The atmosphere was great and we had a wonderful server who did a great job taking care of us. I was disappointed in my meal (steak frites). While good, it wasn't over the top as I was expecting based on reviews and for the price. My companion had a similar experience. There are some great reviews by others so it could been just us and what we selected.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.

Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it? |
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid? |
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted. |
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from? |
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Give the best answerNewbie sellers— how fast do your reservations sell?
I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

Hi, I have a reservation to Nobu Malibu, but since they don't do text or e-mail confirmations I haven't been able to get my reservation posted. I posted a request for a reservation this Thursday between 6:30 and 8 pm and initially the potential seller said it would be fulfilled by today. This app is a catfish and overrun by people programming “bots” and algorithms. It makes it frustrating for someone not well versed in this to have any movement. I thought this would be a fun side hustle, but unfortunately it’s become like any other “side hustle”. Don’t waste your time with this crap. Not a question, just a suggestion. Also don’t pay these fake “gurus” hundreds of dollars to teach you. Might as well sign up for a software class. 😕
