Chain restaurants will be chains.
What makes you want to go back is the service. Immediately walking in, I was greeted by managing partner Brooke Hooks. She was attentive and prompt. My waitress was busy when I was seated so Brooke had another waitress assist me. I was on my lunch break, so I wasn't looking to hang around all day. They were quick but not rushy. (Not even halfway through my water, I was brought another. Love it.) I enjoyed the calamari and a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, the calamari was fried to perfection just wish it was better separated. Some pieces were still together. I plan to return regularly to try some main course items on the menu to give a through review. But the service is quality, they are doing very well in that aspect. Thank you Harbison Bonefish Grill!
Be the first to ReplyThis restaurant is kind of exactly what it appears to be.
The menu is large, the service is good, and the food is good. If you like this kind of thing, this is your place.
Be the first to ReplyAlways good, service is always spot on.
Price is not cheap but you can count on good quality seafood there. We go there as often as we can

Took my Mom for drinks and appetizers after Christmas shopping today . I was very disappointed, as my family used to go to Bonefish all the time. The margarita was awful , sent it back the second tasted almost as bad as first . Tasted like the sour mixer was spoiled . Crab cakes barely cooked, corn chowder with lump crab not good at all ( was always my favorite ). The only thing we could eat was bang bang shrimp. And was so looking forward to the winter white cosmo again something very off .

Last night my Bride and I had a real good meal that was less sodium than most, while being extremely delicious. June Best had the extremely tasty salmon cooked on a cedar plank with salt cut back. Naturally I loved it. I had their great salad with palm hearts, a few kalamati olives and lots of pumpkin seeds!!! One of my favorites. My main course was Mussels Josephine of which I haven't had for several years. I conservatively dipped the mussels in the wine sauce and added an onion or tomato cooked in the sauce!!! Wham Bam was that good. I will be back! An excellent meal with the bonus of lower sodium than normal!!!
Be the first to ReplyI love bonefish.
Stop here to have a early dinner with my husband and a friend it was quiet and service was attentive. Food was hot and delicious. I had the shrimp amd Brussels as my side. Also had a new York Sour. It was made correctly. Just wish it was a little stronger. Overall, a good visit.

The excuse was that it's Sushi Grade Salmon so I won't get sick...as if that excuses your chef undercooking it. Management did a poor job in expressing empathy and trying to remedy the incident. She knows who she is. My family has been coming here for YEARS..and we never had any issues with the quality of our food until this year. Mistakes can happen but they shouldn't happen in the food industry; especially when it comes to the cooking of food that you are ingesting into your body.
Be the first to ReplyThis is our first time eating here.
We had the crab cakes and calamari to start. She fish chips and I had the filet which was cooked fantastic, with creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. The music is different, but I did not come here for the music. If you never eaten here you need to check it out, but a little pricey, but worth it. Jamie is a great waitress

April 24 2021- at 630pm we had reservations for a party of 30 people prior to this reservation we spoke with management and they advise us they can handle our crowd. From the time we sat everything was moving slowly. Appetizers did not come out until 8pm or some people did not get there when the food finally came out it was cold it was incorrect some people got nothing. Our guest left because it was getting late some people and other did not my niece and nephew did not get a meal my grandmother and wife never received there food. This was my daughter graduation dinner I have never been so embarrassed and upset. I do not blame the server I blame management and the kitchen. This was an terrible experience for me in all my years. It was so bad I was bringing food back to the kitchen telling them the food was cold. This place had great reviews which was the reason I picked this place I'm so done even till this day Im upset.after every one left we had to go to McDonald and eat and feed the kids smh

Their seafood selection is very fresh. I had their new signature pasta with salmon, and it was well made. However this pasta wasn't really seasoned enough for my taste. That may not be the case for you, but it was for me. The salmon wasn't fishy or scaly in texture. The toodles were not overly firm or flimsy. The flavors together worked very well, and I do recommend putting the lemon juice on your pasta. It adds a really good flavor to the pasta. The Cod Imperial had a good flavor. The fish and chips don't disappoint either. In my personal opinion the grab fries and bang bang shrimp are really good. The grab on those fries are real grab, not imitation, which I love. The sauce that they add really makes it taste good, and not over powering. I Definitely recommend this place if you want fresh seafood. However if you are looking for things to be seasoned to a certain level. Some items may not be for you. The price matches for the quality of seafood you are getting. If you don't mind spending a little extra for quality then this is your place.
Be the first to ReplyI had dinner at Bonefish last night at Harbison in Columbia
I had dinner at Bonefish last night at Harbison in Columbia and it was one of the worst meals I have ever had. This is the second time my meal was very disappointing My fish was barely cooked. The waiter was very nice and took it back to the kitchen. When the new plate came the broccoli was cooked too much. It was mush. The rice was very bland and the new piece of fish was way under par. So disappointing and was 27.50$ This restaurant is what I would consider an upscale restaurant and it was below par. There are so many other places to choose from. If anyone who reads this goes I hope your meal is better.
Be the first to ReplySunday evening is not a good time to eat there.
They have been out of various menu items every time we've been there on Sunday.
Be the first to ReplyEnding the workday with a BANG!! Bang Bang Shrimp, that is.
I highly recommend you go to the nearest Bonefish Grill, enjoy a glass of wine, and order their famous Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer. ¡Delicioso!
Be the first to ReplyFor many years, this was my go to chain for a nice meal out.
Consistency of menu and usually quality of food. We dined at this location Friday night with reservations and we were seated properly. Our server at first was very diligent and attentive answering questions etc. Our food came before our drinks, water was not offered. I ordered the mahi-mahi blackened... blackened does not mean overcooked and hard, since our waiter never came back we never got a chance to voice concern so I ate my partners meal and we shared it. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience but when you pay $100 for two people to have dinner you expect a little nicer quality of food.
Be the first to ReplySo I grew up going to this place as a kid.
My family and I looked forward to going to this place. I decided to go to here one day for apps and drinks, planning to make a meal of it. First off, service was lackluster, but acceptable. Second, when the bang bang shrimp came out I found a gross hair wrapped around the entirety of the shrimp ON TOP OF THE PILE! They politely gave me another, which was undercooked, as I am now throwing up shrimp and salad an hour later. After this I ordered a glass of blantons kentucky bourbon. I didnt even take a sip, before I saw my glass had a fucking gnat in it. Just floating around. They took off the drink of the check and gave me a new one, but I am fucking appalled about how bad and disgusting this place has gotten. Fucking donuts.
Be the first to ReplyWent for lunch with a friend a few weeks ago.
The service was great and we both really enjoyed the food. I had crab cake appetizer with a salad. The salad was perfectly dressed and was super fresh. The crab cakes reminded me of the ones I had on a visit to Maryland years ago. Full of crab and very little breading.
Be the first to ReplyI am shooooccccccked.
I used to go out to Bonefish (not this location) for a nice family dinner. I thought the menu was different and the food well prepared. It had been a few years since I'd been. This is not the same place. I got charged 9$ for a salad with only romaine lettuce. The soup was not fresh made. It came in a bag. The bread that came was stale, the olive oil tasted rancid. We ordered the bang bang shrimp... a bone fish staple! It obviously is prepackaged frozen shrimp, the bang bang sauce is from a jug. I had the filet and crab cake with garlic whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables. I will post a photo of the 'crab crumble' filled with shell and the giant hunk of NOT filet... rare... so rare that I tried to cut off the edible part ... I had a bite. The potatoes are not even fresh potatoes !!! They are the literal potato flakes that you add water to. The seasonal vegetable was boiled broccoli with no seasoning. That is a 30$ meal?! My husband had a burger ... a frozen burger heated ... he unfortunately also had the 'garlic whipped potatoes' I can't even bring myself to try the key lime cake.... Ugh. What a disappointment Bonefish. Never again.
Be the first to ReplyThis was only my second or third time eating at Bonefish
This was only my second or third time eating at Bonefish grill. You can only pull up the menu on your phone now, which was inconvenient for me (I had left my phone in the car). We got the bang bang shrimp appetizer and it was delish. I had a bowl of the corn chowder and lump crab soup. It was a bit on the rich side, but pretty tasty. The service was excellent. One of my friends didn't really like what she got (tuna steak) and the waitress noticed, offered to bring something else and when she declined then offered to take it off the bill. I thought that was excellent customer service, and for that reason, I will probably be back to eat more than just soup!
Be the first to ReplyThis was my first time visiting a Bonefish.
I will definitely be coming back! The atmosphere is very nice and everything was clean. We were seated right away and our server, Will, was helpful with our menu choices and giving us recommendations. We had the imperial dip for our appetizer. It was really cheesy, but still good. The chips were not seasoned evenly however, and they weren't all cooked evenly. Some were crisp but some were a little stale/undercooked. I had the special of blackened salmon caprese with gnocchi. It was by far one of my favorite entrees I've had from any restaurant! The salmon was just a bit salty for my taste, but maybe that's just me. My fiancé had the imperial haddock and he loved it. My Mule was good, but the candied ginger on top was INTENSE. I love ginger, but it was way too much for me. This is one of the few places where you pay a little more but it's worth it.
