Very rushed
On arrival we was told the kitchen would be closing at 3:00pm. It was 2:38pm. We sat down, given our menus and asked immediately what would we like to order? We was very rushed. Ordered, our food arrived by 2:50pm and we left by 3:05pm. The food was great could not fault it. The pad Thai was delicious.

We were the first to arrive at the restaurant and first to order our food! The Prawn cake starter was literally inedible (just artificial fish paste with sugar) disgusting! They bought someone else main courese to our table and then came back and took it away! Our mains never arrived and we had been waiting an hour thus far! All of the other customers although they arrived and ordered long after we did had all been served their starters and mains! I asked the waitresses all 3 of them where our food was and they just said "It's coming" well it never arrived so we decided to leave. We weren't offered any apologies at all and to top it off they still insisted on charging us for the Prawn cakes! What a joke! Terrible service, terrible food and poor customer service!! I also called the restaurant when I got home to let them now how bad our experience was and they honestly didn't care! I would never eat there again!

We were given menus, then appeared to be left to our own devices and had to ask to get service. The starters were average, as we were still munching on these they brought our mains to the table.. with no room we basically had to rush through our starters to make room for the mains, when it should of been obvious to the waitress we were not ready. As a result we never got to really experience the first course. My son and I ordered the Tom Yum soup, as the picture on the menu showed a generous portion of seafood. Unfortunately our food was nothing like the picture, just oily soup swimming with mushrooms, and only two prawns each.. false advertising at its finest. When I mentioned this to the lady at the counter she said that they had to reduce the seafood as their prices had gone up. I asked then why don’t they change the description and picture on the menu..she didn’t care. All up a very poor experience, won’t go back.

My wife and I went to this restaurant with some friends who had been there a few times.The food was outstanding if you love Thai food then this is the place for you highly recommend this restaurant and at a reasonable price.

We were taken to our table and given menus. No one came back to take out order. Staff were uninterested. After a while, I realised that we had to order via QR code. Table water was warm. Food was average. Would probably not go back…

I have been to this restaurant twice now. Both times our experience was great. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and fast too. Can’t complain.

Great authentic Thai and south East Asian cuisine. Always busy. Always top notch. Friendly staff. Decent sized meals. Great atmosphere. Definitely a great place to catch up and fill those bellies. Go watch a movie before or after.

We were seated at a table which was unsteady the booth seat was moving back and forth each time another person sat down. I had been many times over the years, and was so disappointed, with the service. Food was very average for what was ordered, waited 5mintues for a beer, and 10mins for a second one, which was warm. I so hope that these reviews are reviewed and the standard of the owner takes note of what requires to be done.

For a start the table wobbled so badly I had to ask to sit somewhere else - Fix Your Infrastructure - it's not hard - that's just lazy - if you're going to sell beer try putting it in the fridge - some people like it cold like me - I hate that - food was Ok - Service Poor - had to ask 3 times for a warm beer - That was my Mistake

Ordered the seafood Tom Yum. Totally nothing like the picture on the photo on the menu. Only 2 tiny mussels and 2 prawns you have to fish out in a sea of broth. The fish pieces were dry and tasteless and the squid was mushy. The pineapple fried rice was good but did not make up for the disappointing seafood Tom Yum.

I’ve been here many times over the years. This is the first time with the QR code. I asked for a table for 3 and was taken to my seat. The server did not explain that I had to use a QR code to order my food. The table water was already there, but warm! Once my friends arrived we waited to be served but despite plenty of staff, none approached. We then realised we had to do it ourselves but the instructions did say we could get old fashioned service. Ok, how? None of the staff there are interested! So we order. My friends food comes. Mine never does. We check and it’s been left or something, a server brings it and doesn’t apologise for the wait. In fact, our entire meal no one once tended to us. Not even to ask if our meal was ok. The food is still great, but not even being asked if the food was ok? C’mon guys! All those staff members loitering at the bar. So I go to pay and I provide my feedback asking if the lack of attendance is normal. The woman speaks in another language to a man. I found that profoundly rude and to do so she must have said something unkind about me. The man asked what the problem was. I explained it and he said sorry then immediately turned his back to me! He had nowhere else to go, he just turned his back on me. My friends, family and I will never return. That robot server did a better job than any of the human staff members. Save yourself a dollar and just get more robots in Bangkok Brothers. You’ll save heaps on staff who don’t want to work. The food is great but the service and manners, ruined it. I’ll be sure to pass on my recommendation to avoid with all friends and family after that experience!

Disappointed by the food, fish cakes so bland and rubbery, complaining to the waiter, and then the rest of the night was sneered at and laughed at, main, chicken cashew, was so dry I had trouble swallowing the chicken, definitely not authentic Thai and absolutely terrible service, felt so incredibly uncomfortable I had to leave. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

Food was cold and missing items from order. Everytime we order from this restaurant you feel rushed. They rush your food and rush you out.

The booking website does not work, I tried ringing to book a table but did not get an answer or a return call. Tried e mailing them but did not get a reply, eventually my wife went to the restaurant to book a table on her lunch hour. We had just started eating our entree's when they brought out the main dishes, there was not enough room on the table for the dishes so I had to ask them to take the mains away. We had actually waited for 10 minutes between ordering the entree and the main to avoid this. The food was average and I highlighted the issues when paying, they just made excuses for the poor service. We had similar issues when booking about 3 months prior and won't be going back again

Went for dinner on a Saturday night with two friends . Average food and very bad service. Staff were not attentive at all, standing around looking lost and distracted. Lacking in customer service for sure, no smiles! Sign outside states ‘No separate Billing’ but we asked anyway as there were only the 3 of us, long story given about it being too hard etc. Why is this such a big problem, there are a lot of restaurants where we can pay upfront for the meals/ drink etc. That is such a good service to provide for your customers. Instead of the attitude, listen to your customers and provide this service!

The food was average! Pricing is ridiculous though! Ordered Uber Eats and spent $98. This is what we got! Can eat out at a nice restaurant for 2 including drinks for this! Ridiculously overpriced! Never again!

I had Crab Pad Thai. The noodles were overly sweet and heavy and would benifit from more vegetables. The starter dumplings were nice. The ribs were also too sweet

We went for lunch on a Friday afternoon, we were left waiting to be seated for several minutes even though there were two girls just hanging around the bar area. Once seated we waited and waited and waited and were completely ignored for well over 15 minutes. We were not even offered water. Another couple came in after us and were served within 5 minutes. We got up and left and went next door and had a lovely Chinese. Very disappointing.

We were greeted and accommodated without a booking. We explained we were going to the movies after so we’re on a time limit. Assured all would be well. Food was delicious and we were suitably impressed all round. Ambiance is pleasant. We will be back again. Arrived in time for the movie.
