Amazing Right in the middle of CDM Great atmosphere, busy place. You need to make a reservation for the Bar ads well as the dinning area. it's always very crowded. Reservations are highly recommended. But you will love the experience. Food and the drinks are worth the wait We started with the cornbread bites which are really yummy, followed by dinner.. steak with blue cheese and tomatoes. Delicious. The margarita was also good, but I don't really care for the egg white foam they put in it. When ordering that drink, make sure that you say egg white or no egg white foam. Enjoy

if i could give a 0 star i would place used to be super good and now it's super run down terrible service my daughter asked for well done on her filet and got a bloody mess took about 15 mins to get a refill on my water placed the wrong food on my table then came over and took it without saying anything just generally the worst going back to brea way better steakhouse
Was my second time here.
. first time I wasn't too impressed for some reason (maybe cause of the small menu) but this time I came to realize they have a small menu but make everything just right! It may also have been because the first time I was with girlfriends for a girls night, and the place has more of a dark/date night feel so I enjoyed it more when i was with my husband. We started off with the artichoke, then had the Hawaiian Rib eye and chicken/rib combo dinner with the cornbread appetizer. Everything was delicious and our server Aileen was sweet and attentive. We love the ambience too!! The place was swanky but not pretentious. Cant wait to come back!

My family and I have been coming here since they opened in 1996 and have consistently ordered take out as well as dined in. The last three times I've done take out, I've made excuses as to why the portion that time was so small. This is the fourth time and it's ridiculous- not even an entire container full. Not even half. Really a shame for a long time favorite of mine to diminish in quality.
I make a point to visit this place several times a year.
I particularly savor their delectable jalapeño cornbread, and their selection of cocktails is top-notch.
You can't just walk in and have a drink at the bar.
All seats at the bar are reserved for dinner. It's all about maximizing revenue and they are a bit rude about it.

Outstanding! The greeting was pleasant, the food was excellent, and the service could not have been better. Kendall needs a raise. She was outstanding.

This place is solid, you can't go wrong. The entire menu is delicious. Great food, drinks, and ambiance. My Favorites- Smoked salmon (appetizer is shareable) Crispy chicken sandwich French dip Salads are great too if you want to keep it light.

Bandera, we learned too late, has a policy against seating a table of 6. We came for a birthday celebration and left disappointed for dinner elsewhere. Bandera declined to seat our party of 6 together, even though our family would fit easily and happily in one of their spacious booths. How is a decision like that compatible with any commitment to hospitality?
No Christmas spirit at Bandera
Made reservations for five family members for a Christmas dinner. At the last second we had six. Told by management that it was corporate policy that they couldn’t seat six in a booth and they suggested one or two sit at the bar. That was unacceptable since this was a family dinner for four adults and two small children. My question to management was you can sit three on one side of the booth but only two (both sides of the booth were equal in size), on the other side. This made no sense to me. Again suggested we sit one or two people at the bar. We were disgusted with management’s policy and decision. We decided to get food to takeout. We ordered beef sandwiches with fries but were told we couldn’t take fries in a takeout, again corporate policy we were told. I asked if I was requesting a “doggie” bag for my unfinished dinner and part of that was fries could I have the fries, of course the answer was yes. The servers were all professional and polite. The manager did nothing to accommodate us. If indeed this is corporate policy, someone needs to replace the higher up’s making these ridiculous policies. I mean who ever heard of not being able to take fries out in your to-go order.
Can’t go wrong with Bandera
This place is a classic for us. Great food! While not a large menu, the Chefs selections are well thought out. Well prepared. And timely in their delivery. We life to sit at the bar whenever we go to any of the restaurants in this chain. Hillstones, Houston's, or Bandera. The staff are well trained and thoughtful. You can't go wrong with Bandera.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I believe this site to be a fraud. I paid $158 to get a reservation. Now they want my SS # and other private details in order to supposedly repay me.

I don’t know what else to do as I can’t transfer my cleared funds to my bank account. Customer support is close to non existing and not helpful. How can we keep selling here if we can’t withdraw what we have worked for. They say I have to wait 180 days. This is ridiculous!

Am confused about the payout restrictions. Have nearly $1k sitting, wanted to withdraw some and am surprised to see I can only withdraw $50. If i have to do this everyday I’ll end up paying over $90 in fees just for withdrawing via ACH which doesn’t make much sense to me. Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this !
