Perfect Hotel
What a perfect hotel and all we needed was on hand, will defo be back here. Our 1st time in LV and won't be our last and loved the monorail between 3 of the hotels. Heat was tremendous, luckily air condition in gin so many of the hotels and malls. We did Grand Canyon by helicopter and what a trip
Be the first to ReplyPoor Service and Quality for the Price
This is my second time staying at the Aria. Both times, the room has been lacking. The windows are so dirty you canโt hardly see out of them. The staff is unfriendly. They won't look at you when you are speaking to them. Dust bunnies are all over the room, and white dog fur is on the table and chairs. While I love dogs, I don't love white fur on my business clothes. There are long hairs all over the bathroom, in the shower drain, and on the tile. The glasses are dirty and have not been cleaned. The shower door is nasty. They provide full-size bottles of toiletries, and they have a guard to keep them from being opened, but housekeeping has not cleaned them either. This room is unacceptable. This room is filthy. Iโve asked to be moved 4 or 5 times, even to a higher floor, and they wonโt do it as they say theyโre at 102% capacity. For the price, this is low quality. Go to the Cosmopolitan, Wynn, or the Bellagio. This is my last time staying here. Room 15216 is filthy
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing for a 5 star
We saw the Aria featured in the movie about Michael Douglasโs characterโs bachelor partyโฆโฆmy wife wanted to stay there and do we didโฆโฆ.it is not a theme generated property and the ambience was nice but nothing to write home about as the expression goesโฆ..the lobby seating were all hard marble and uncomfortableโฆ..the rooms were nice but , again, nothing specialโฆโฆ..the gaming was very disappointingโฆ..table games were limited to mostly high minimum limit blackjackโฆ.during the day $25 minimum could be found but at night mostly $100 โฆ.. I had hoped for 2 table games that I play mostly in other casinosโฆ.no such luckโฆ..smoking is permitted just about everywhere from what I experienced here โฆ..we will not be backโฆ.
Be the first to ReplyNot even close to a 5 star hotel experience
I am highly disappointed in the Aria hotel. I checked into a suite on May 13th. When I got to the room, it was filthy!! There was hair all over the bathrooms, the floors were not mopped or vacuumed, the tables were dirty, the ice bucket was dirty with food on it, someone's eyelashes were on the counter, the sheets were dirty, fingernails on the couch, and the bidet was not working. I got moved rooms, and by taking a look around, it seemed better than the first room. However, I was wrong. When I went to sit on the couch, there were food crumbs and white stains on the couch. There were multiple light bulbs out in the bathroom. And to top it off, in the middle of the night I heard a LOUD noise like someone was breaking into the room or a pipe burst. The bathtub (which we don't use) started making this LOUD noise and woke us up in a panic. For a 5 star, 5 diamond hotel, I am extremely disappointed in my stay here. It feels like I spent half of my time trying to deal with the issues, and they all were not even resolved by the time I had to check out. This was nowhere near a 5 star experience. I booked and upgraded to a suite to get a nice, relaxing experience. Instead, I got a stressful and horrible experience and am so disappointed that my vacation had to be spent dealing with SO many issues. I am so disappointed in this experience. I really need management to follow-up with me, or I need management's information so I can get ahold of them. This is unacceptable to me. Thank you.
Be the first to ReplyGreat location, nice rooms and staff
What a gorgeous hotel with friendly staff! I paid the $86 per night fee to be upgraded to a tower corner suite, and it was well worth it. Very spacious, extra half bath, nice amenities, and beautiful view. I also dined at Bardot Brasserie while there. Food was salty and the service subpar. Definitely recommend Blossom or Javiers instead. One of the things that stood out the most was the housekeeping staff. I travel a lot and this was hands down the best experience. They genuinely said hello EVERY time I was in the hallway. They smiled and made eye contact! This hardly ever happens anymore, so you guys are doing something right.

It was a toss up between the Bellagio and Aria, we have stayed at the Bellagio before so decided on the Aria. We have also stayed at the Luxor previously. The hotel was expensive but thought we would treat ourselves. The suite cost nearly 4k for the week, so I was expecting good things. The staff are not pleasant,no eye contact no greetings with a smile. The room was no better than a double at the Luxor, the shower had no pressure the iron was broken, they did replace it straight away however. The toilet roll is cheap. The corridor along level 17 was dirty, by the looks of things they sweep the rooms out onto the corridor and fail to hoover it up. The ice machine is leaking so they have packed around it with towels which stink. As soon as you step out the lifts the smell of weed nearly knocked you off your feet. I thought maybe a guest had left a trail on their way out but the smell was there all week. We were charged for items we had not had out the mini bar they did take them off when I complained. The water is $25 a bottle, can of coke $15 and you will be charged if you put your own items in the fridge. The ambiance in the casino was crap. We had points on our reward card from our last visit which was wiped off when they said we needed a new card. Cost for parking is expensive. I donโt mind paying 5* prices if I get what Iโm paying for but for me the Aria is no better than a 2*. Save your money and book elsewhere.
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful Property!
This is my first time at this property. Itโs massive! I love the decor! The staff was great we had issues with dirty sheets upon arrival but was handled swiftly. Thereโs so many restaurants to choose from all 5 star caliber. Thereโs valet or self parking available. A free tram to visit The Bellagio, MGM, and Cosmopolitan hotels. A pool area that offers adult, children or party atmospheres. We rented a daybed for the day via the website. I would recommend you book before your arrival date. There were some more glitches but with a massive complex like this these things happen but what makes me comeback is the way it was handled! Well done!

The stayed at Aria when it first opened and recently stayed again this past week to celebrate my pharmacy and public health graduate school graduation. It was better than I remembered. From the excellent service from Fatima during check in, the housekeeper who honored my wishes and concierge who recommended Prime.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing getaway!!!
Great clean location, excellent customer service, amazing pools with a fabulous food menu and drinks. Loved the size of the rooms and the views. Restaurants for all tastes on property and close to everything that is important on the strip. I highly recommend giving it a try!

We stayed in Aria Resort during our trip to Las Vegas. We reached the hotel at around 2.30 PM and reached the reception for check in. I would say it took us less than 5 minutes to complete all formalities and move towards our rooms. Since we had two rooms, the gentleman at the reception got us connecting rooms. The rooms were very simply done and reasonably sized. Each had two queen beds. The bathroom was also appropriate with a shower and a tub. The regular amenities were available. An iron and board were also available. The hotel had a food court on level 1 which had a wide variety of food available. The casino was also quite extensive and having all types of facilities. The parking was available for a fee. Overall the hotel was decent and worth staying.

Our first stay at Aria (after many years at Mirage, which is leaving MGM) was absolutely wonderful. Comfortable, clean room with a great view, excellent food and bar options (loved especially Javier's and Din Tai Fung), friendly and helpful staff, and fun gambling options (video poker and slots). We came with several family members and everyone had a great time. (highlights for them were the pool and poker room) We will return for sure.
Be the first to ReplyEverything was INCREDIBLE except for room cleaning
Check-in Customer Service: Excellent, Bedding: Clean and comfortable, Noise: Totally Quiet in our Room, Decoration: Excellent, Scent: Excellent, Gambling Options: Excellent, Food Options: Excellent - we loved Proper Eats, Room Cleanliness: Just Okay. While we loved the layout and decor of our room - there were crumbs left on the floor, spills on the marble foyer tiles, smudges on the window, and dust on the nightstands when we first arrived - and the lampshade was askew. When our room was serviced the next day the bed was made and trash was taken out but it REEKED of pot when we came back into our room and our dirty towels were all put and left on the shower floor? There was also a huge bag of dirty linens just left in our hallway the entire 3 days we were there. We were in room 5100. We would stay again, but we'd let them know about the lack of clean rooms the next time.

Second time staying at the Aria, great hotel, incredible rooms. Love the automatic shades. The bathroom has everything you need The room is clean We loved the checkin with the app, and we didn't have to go to reception, our key was sent to us on the app.

Clean room, the staff was pleasant. The feel of the casino was very comfortable and easy to navigate. We liked the location on the strip and felt very safe. Over all great experience. Will be back in November.
Be the first to ReplyGood but could improve
Everything was great except our sheets werenโt clean upon arrival. Salt & Ivy is highly recommended for breakfast but go early because the line gets really long on Saturday. A lot of popular luxury brands are in the shops right beside.
Be the first to ReplyI wouldnโt stay anywhere else.
Great hotel and casino. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. Many fantastic food options. Rooms are very nice. The tablet in the room was very easy to use. Along with the new options you have on the MGM app, they make everything convenient for you.
Be the first to ReplyBusiness with a splash of fun
Check- n was not great. The person lacked personality and pleasantry. Did ask me if I had any preferences of floor or view or upgrade. Iโd rather had used the app to pick my room then to be introduced to the hotel by the blandness of the person I handed by business card to. I had to call to have a final bill sent to me, it was not automatically emailed. The room was a little dusty, but clean at a glance. Neither of the bedside lamps worked, I tried wall buttons and room tablet. I even checked to make sure they were plugged in. The rest of the hotel staff were GREAT, pleasant, inviting, welcoming, helpful, informative and friendly. The staff at the Bars, working in the casino, the elevators and etc. were really approachable and welcoming. A CVS store is really close by. You canโt use the mini-bar fridge for personal items, you will be charged for an item that is moved/removed for more than 30 seconds. Thereโs No microwave or coffee maker in the room. The room tablet works all the lights and window coverings. It also has a great โgoodnightโ and wake-up feature. The window covering is automatic, not manual. There was a full ironing board and blow dryer. Thereโs a lighted, make-up mirror in the bathroom (mine didnโt work) . I liked the shower/tub setup.
