Quality and absolute relaxation
A dinner made of poetry for the palate, thanks to Mrs. Anna the owner, to her staff for their courtesy, a piece of advice if you are in Valtellina even if you are passing through this place is perfect, you can also sleep in comfortable rooms with a view of the mountains.. And those with dogs are always welcome
Place of the heart not to be missed in Valtellina
Now a place where you feel at home.... Anna and her staff pamper you with traditional and non-traditional dishes, refined and quality ingredients, a wine cellar which I believe is the best stocked in the area with historic vintages from everywhere.. If you pass through Valtellina you can't help but stop in this tavern... a note, for the risotto evening held just now, it's a shame for those who left and missed the joy and conviviality of the evening, risottos and impeccable service from the first on the tenth... great Anna...
Risotto evening... halfway through
The tasting of 10 risottos prepared by the Chef is scheduled. Although the scheduled time was 8.30pm, the evening begins with the first risotto presented on the table at 9.15pm and the following ones arrive almost half an hour apart. I quickly realized that at this rate we would be finished at least after midnight. However, the facts proved me wrong. With watch in hand, at 10.40pm we were starting to taste the fourth risotto (out of ten) planned. Fearing that the "evening" would turn into a "night marathon" and with the prospect of a digestion that would last until dawn, at 11pm we decided to throw in the towel and go to the cash register. Some diners had in the meantime made the same choice and many of those outside sharing the break between one risotto and another could not help but notice the slowness in bringing the dishes out of the kitchen. I understand that a risotto needs at least 20 minutes but perhaps it would have been appropriate to prepare several at the same time or limit the number of risottos in the lineup and offer a tasting within the time of a normal dinner... nothing to say about the quality, the 4 risottos were excellent but the organization of the evening left a lot to be desired.

I went to this restaurant with friends for lunch as I knew the chef who I found in other restaurants in the past. I wasn't surprised by the excellent food he cooked. I personally made up the Valtellinese menu from A to Z. My friends tried it. other dishes all divine according to them excellent choice of wines recommended by the owner cleanliness ok staff ok.
Difficult to choose, you have to come back to taste the rest
Everything was excellent, from the bread (of different types) to the dessert. The menu was so full of tempting dishes that it was difficult to choose! Fake cappuccino with delicious Jerusalem artichokes, very tasty tortelloni with braised meat.
How to be Queen!!!
It's always good. Spoiled, pampered and greedy!!!! Enjoy every single forkful. NB. Thanks to the innkeeper Anna and Frida, a happy, silent and discreet dog who never comes to the table but welcomes you (if you deserve it) at the threshold of the activity and then lies down in her armchair!!!

Horror Dinner
”…We hope that next time you will have more time to enjoy dinner!” Dinner worthy of the best horror films, so what better way to review than starting from the end and then a long flashback for you? For New Year's Eve dinner I looked for a place with typical Valtellina cuisine and, thanks to the many positive comments, the photos of the dishes and the Michelin writing (perhaps referring to the tyres, reflecting in hindsight) I decided to book a table here for me and my fiancée. Having arrived at 9pm 30 minutes late due to inconvenience due to the weather conditions, we were greeted in a very hasty and almost annoyed way. Having sat down at the table, we waited 25 minutes to have the honor of consulting the menu and then waited another 30 to be able to order something. Disorganization reigns supreme; 3 people managing the entire restaurant with the owner doing everything and the other two helpers trying to lend a hand... Wine list needless to say, the Lady was the wine list (in addition to being the one who took the orders, brought the dishes, did the cash register, went to the kitchen, etc.). Once you have succeeded in the incredible feat of completing the order, guess what? Atessa, interminable, in the hope of seeing some dishes arrive! During this time we were also able to admire the fauna that populated the restaurant: the dog, the cat (the mouse and the elephant, no one is missing anymore, we just can't see our dishes!!!). However, the feline help given to the chef when the cat decided to join him in the kitchen is to be appreciated... Finally at dawn at 10.50pm the first one arrived! Eatable dishes but far from what in my mind should have been The Valtellinese Dinner... At 11.05pm the second one arrived and then, only after reminders, what should have been a tiramisu arrived (whipped cream with cocoa and a biscuit soaked in coffee...)! Clearly this dinner turned out to be the closest thing to a horror movie… So as advice I can tell you: "Don't open that door!". Worthy conclusion to this evening is how this review began! Thanks to the excellent service, friendliness, cleanliness and speed, the owner also saw fit to be ironic in front of other customers at the cash register, trying to give us the responsibility for what happened in the evening! We were in a hurry... of course... Psycho! New Year's Eve dinner is certainly not the simplest evening in organizational terms but... perhaps a little humility wouldn't have gone amiss! Still undecided?…Escape-Get Out!

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Am confused about the payout restrictions. Have nearly $1k sitting, wanted to withdraw some and am surprised to see I can only withdraw $50. If i have to do this everyday I’ll end up paying over $90 in fees just for withdrawing via ACH which doesn’t make much sense to me. Have opened a ticket regarding this, but any input or advice would be appreciated

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
