Lovely stay at 434 Main - will definitely return
Wonderful stay at this B&B - highly recommend. Couple was so gracious and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable room. Beautiful home and grounds. Gave us great tips on restaurants, etc.

Reasons why we come back year after year: Incredibly comfortable rooms, guest passes and chairs for the beaches, a fenced-in beautifully landscaped backyard with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sounds of birds, the super-yummy breakfasts (so delicious), the basket of snacks mid-afternoon, and most of all the incredibly gracious hospitality of the wonderful hosts, Cam and Victor.

Lovely bed and breakfast! The house is beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. Each room has a thermostat to control the temperature. Vic and Cam were wonderful hosts providing for our every need. Breakfast was divine. The gluten free breakfast they provided for me was delicious. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Part of the simultaneous charm and risk of a B&B is that you never know what you're going to get, right? Well, we got a friendly set of innkeepers who accommodated our very late arrival; a remarkable couple of breakfasts; a super convenient beach parking pass; uh-MAZ-ing toiletries; and rates that (by Hamptons standards) didn't break the bank. Highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice and stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Itโs a great location, walkable to everything in Amagansett. Victor and Cam were such lovely, friendly hosts, giving us ideas for what to do on a cold, windy June weekend. Also, special thank you to Cam for making such delicious gluten free baked goods for breakfast. If I could, I would have purchased some for the drive home.

We visited 434 on Main on Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our anniversary and Memorial Day. We always travel with our dog, so it's critical to stay somewhere where we can all be comfortable. If you travel with a pet. This is the place for you. Their thoughtfulness and care were unmatched, as they considered every little detail to make our stay enjoyable. Location wise, you really can't ask for anything more. Steps away from the LIRR and Hampton Jitney, and a leisurely walk to the beach and town, getting around can't be easier or less complicated. We are generally not breakfast people and decided to skip breakfast on the first day. Big mistake. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the breakfast that Cam and Victor prepare with care and love. We very much enjoyed our stay and will surely be back.

Cam and Victor are the consummate hosts. They are warm, welcoming and gracious. My husband and I, joined by my sister, her husband and my daughter and her husband had the pleasure of spending 2 and 3 nights in this lovely bed and breakfast. Our rooms were comfortable and afforded us the comforts of our own bedrooms, complete with bath amenities. Each room had separate ac controls which allowed for individual preferences. Our breakfasts were superb, 2 courses each delicious and artistically presented. 434 on Main seemed like our own as we had use of the living room and were able to relax and chat at the end of our day. Cam and Victor provided snacks and drinks throughout the day in their dining room. At the end of our stay we felt as if we were leaving new friends.

We last stayed at 434 on Main around Thanksgiving 2020. After a two-year COVID break, it was like visiting an old friend to return for Thanksgiving this year. The Inn is just as we remembered it: cozy, comfortable and convenient to anywhere you want to go in the Hamptons to Montauk. The rooms are well appointed, beds are very comfortable (Queen-sized only, I think) and the bathrooms modern and spacious. Cam and Victor serve a wonderful two-course breakfast each morning - not to be missed! (They even packed us a to-go breakfast on our departure day since we had to leave early.) Hope that we can return for Thanksgiving 2023!

Our room was never cleaned and the bed was not even made during our stay. When I asked the owner/manager couple about this they claimed they have not been entering guest rooms (during guests stays) since the pandemic broke for safety reasons. Clearly, much of the industry has moved away from this approach as it robs guests of a true hotel experience. Further, the safety motive strikes me as disingenuous because (1) both husband and wife owners were completely unmasked the entire time, checking people in and out, serving breakfast for guests, etc.. And thatโs while they were face-to-face with us, directly breathing in the air we were exhaling - as opposed to neatening up when guests were out and about. (2) rooms were turned over between guest stays. If the owners are constantly subjecting themselves to this type of โexposureโ itโs difficult to believe they are so concerned over the risk of performing the exact same work during actual guest stays (3) owners could easily contract with one of many professional cleaning services who would be happy to handle the housekeeping as they currently do for so many other hotels and local businesses. For the reasons described above, it seems clear to me that "health and safety" is being used as pretext to save money by not cleaning guest rooms during guest stays. Also, the bedposts in the room in which we stayed were so high that one nearly reaches the ceiling and it badly blocked the view of the television from my wifeโs side of the bed. When I told the owners, they smiled and said โwe knowโ with a blank stare. Not โwe know and weโre doing something about itโ just โฆ โwe knowโ with the blank stare.

The owners, Cam and Victor, were lovely people to deal with. Friendly, responsive, and made terrific breakfast meals each day. We stayed in the Artists Room, which was comfortable, quiet, and had a large bathroom with stall shower. The air conditioning worked very well, which was much appreciated given the heat outside. The hotel was clean, well kept and would recommend. Best to drive to the beach if you are carrying chairs or umbrella. They provided a pass for parking. Short drive to all the Hampton towns.
