Every time we come to Vegas
We now try to eat here every trip to Vegas. It never disappoints. Very creative offerings that are always delicious and quite memorable. The Kobe gyozas are to die for as well as any of their signature sushi rolls.

This gem is located in the Grand Canal Shoppes within The Venetian. We made reservations at SUSHISAMBA as part our anniversary celebration. They WOW’d us beyond belief with their attentive service, eclectic ambiance and the wonders of their Japanese, Brazilian, Peruvian dishes. No wonder this restaurant is only located in a select few special locations across the globe. It was a memorable experience.
Amazing food!! Fresh sushi with inventive flavors.
Staff is amazing, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar, they do an amazing job. Ask for bartender Liz, she will enhance the entire dinning experience and makes mean drinks . Try the tiradito and smoked grilled Seabass.

We wanted to order more but our server was never in sight. Way overpriced. Loud. One of our worst dining experiences ever. Would not even consider coming back.

Used to frequent SushiSamba in NYC, London and Miami. Wish they were also in LA so I usually try to stop by when in Vegas. The fusion of Brazilian with Japanese flavors is a perfect match. My favorites are the El Topo and ASEVICHADO rolls. Amazing tastes. The drinks are great here as well. Service was so-so as it seemed to be a bit of a frenzy - we needed to remind our server of a few things each time but overall they finally clicked in once we got our food. The place gets packed so be sure to make a reservation otherwise you could be waiting for a table or even a spot at the bar. Lots of great options - especially if you love sushi.
i was pretty disappointed.
I got the asevichado roll, which was good, quite light but definitely overpriced. i had the miso soup which we all know can either be amazing or disappointing, and for a nice restaurant i figured it would be good but was served two pieces of tofu and a piece of cilantro in my 4oz bowl of soup. for dessert, they had a kirkland trio of ice cream mochi, it certainly is not made in house. tastes like shitty sherbet, and was way too sweet. the drink was alright, but overall would not come here again

I forgot to take a picture of the rolls because I ate them so fast. It was the perfect spot for me to sit at the bar solo and Enjoy a good meal. It's in a fairly quiet spot too. I would go back .

I usually avoid going out to eat by myself especially when traveling but I took a chance on SushiSamba. I walked in and got seated at the sushi bar right away. My waiter Kevin was super friendly, broke down the menu for me including what his favorites were and also portion sizes which helped. He really made me feel welcome and comfortable eating alone which was a big deal for me. I got the miso soup and a Tiger Maki roll for food and two cocktails: the Nashi and Samba juice. The inside also was such a cool vibe! It was pretty expensive for just one person but so is everything else on the strip. I left full and really happy with the service so it was defintely a good dinner splurge for the trip. 10/10 recommend and if I ever find myself in Vegas again, I'll be back!

Kelly was as great as the food and drinks that we had.
She was the highlight of the night and made the experience. Friendly and attentive and always ready to pour. 5 stars for sushi samba and Kelly.

We had a nice family dinner here. The service was great and they offered nice options on the kids' menu. The kids' dinners arrived on a sushi boat which they loved. Their portions were good. We started with the tempura green beans with truffle aioli which were delicious. The edamame was good. The miso soup was flavorful. The seaweed salad was exceptional. I really liked the miso sea bass but didn't like the corn underneath.

Delicious Sushi!
As a big sushi eater am confident to say this a very nice sushi restaurant! We had a starter and a side too which were equally lovely. Small let downs our sever was quite blunt in explaining the menu (it’s quite extensive however you need to understand difference in dishes otherwise not clear at all) I understand people who know sushi in more detail who wouldn’t be thrown by it but my partner wanted to ask questions about the starters and sides all of them normal questions but it seemed the host was irritated answering them .. like we should’ve known before coming or just simply know!! Both starter and main were delicious as said before I love sushi and this place did not disappoint in its reputation of lovely food. This is a chain and will be trying its other restaurants.

Always love SushiSamba in Vegas and London! The Vegas location is in a neat area in Palazzo/Venetian. The food and atmosphere is amazing. We ordered shared small plates ( Taquitos small tacos and the shrimp) as well as sushi. All were fantastic and the wait staff and atmosphere were wonderful. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I have been coming to Sushisamba for 4 years now and still is our favorite restaurant in all of Las Vegas. The ambience is always good. The service is phenomenal and management is always so friendly and always comes by to say hello and remembers us as returning guests. JR and Kevin always make us feel very welcomed there. JR always goes above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with the food and service. We come there for all of our birthday celebrations and our anniversaries. I also always take my friends and family there when they visit us here in Vegas, and they are never disappointed.

Some friends had highly recommended the sushi here, so we gave it a shot. I will say this place has some of the best tasting yellowtail I've ever had. Fresh, delicious, and very enjoyable. I'm not a big sea bass guy, but we went ahead and tried the skewers. They were fabulous. Definitely a 5/5 there. I'd get them again. What cost the place the final star was the yellowtail jalapeño roll. After the awesome presentation and taste of the sashimi and sea bass, the roll was a bland, sad, mostly tasteless letdown. Very disappointing. 2/3 wins isn't bad though, so I think it's worth a visit.

After hearing such rave reviews I was honestly a little let down. Of course where I'm from we have AMAZING sushi places. The yellowtail sashimi was very good. Bright flavor in the sauce and something very strong. The sea bass skewer was my favorite. The yellowtail jalapeño roll was quite basic but good. All in all, imo it's expensive for what you get. Decent though. 3 stars means I came, but I prob won't go back.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Sushisamba.
We selected the spot as it would be convenient for a dinner before seeing a show at The Sphere. We are vegetarian and were easily accommodated here. Our server gave us great recommendations and even suggested some custom rolls for us. Service was attentive and the entire team was very customer focused. Everything was tasty and delicious. We plan to come back on a future visit. Reservation recommended.

He explained the menu, and made awesome recommendations. The food was superb. The miso pork belly was incredible!! The sushi is some of the best you'll find. They're also open a little later in the night so it's a good spot for elevated late night bites. Pricey, but worth it.

Sushi Samba exceeded all my expectations! The fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavors creates a truly unique dining experience. Among their many delicious offerings, two dishes stood out for me: the Green Bean Tempura with Black Truffle Aioli and the Sea Bass (Miso) with Peruvian Corn. I'd skip on the rock shrimp tempura and edemame.

Best service/ambiance I've gotten to experience in a long time. Is recommend asking your server to set up a tasing menu for you. My wife and I went and told them our budget, they came back with an 8course experience that was phenomenal! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Definitely a must on any trip to Vegas

...was this good. We tried a few things. Everything was excellent. We got the Sea bass and pork belly robota which is grilled on a Japanese charcoal grill. It comes on a skewer. It was HEAVENLY! The Rock Shrimp tempura was awesome. Same for the sushi! I did not know what to expect with the Peruvian corn but was so pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. The cocktails were sublime and generous. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and fun and did a great job. We can't wait to go back. Edit: thank you to Kari O. For her very nice response. It just confirms what I said about the service. I forgot to note my husband is a retired chef and was extremely impressed.

The place was packed so we sat at the bar, where I'm not normally crazy about.... However the bartenders were so welcoming and kind I didn't mind it at all. The food (sushi) was great and the cocktails were spot on. Great atmosphere to chill out with great food.

Sushi Samba is AMAZING! My family and I came here and loved the whole experience from being greeted, the service, overall HOSPITALITY. I've worked at a few restaurants on the strip myself, and the service and staff are the best I've ever come across. Special shout-outs to managers (Eric and Phil), server (Rachel), and bussers (Tomyko and Carlos). I always recommend Sushi Samba to everyone I know.
Sushi Time!
What a fun find! My husband and I had just checked into the Venetian and were starving. This bar is so unique. We were there for happy hour, and they had a fabulous selection of delicious food for decent prices in Vegas! Louis was our bartender and he was so friendly and attentive. He was very professional and provided us recommendations for things to do. I’m so glad we stumbled on this place!
Fabulous experience
Last Sunday (April 14, 2024) , my wife and I along with my son and grandson and my visiting brother and sister in law stopped by Sushisamba for dinner. We had a wonderful meal as well as fabulous service form Beata. The food was fresh and delicious. We all had sushi (King Crab) and the Teriyaki chicken bowl was fabulous. I would highly recommend this restaurant. .Also, I forgot my credit card on the table and did not noticed it until the following evening, I called and they had it. A definite credit to the people working there. THANK YOU. We will be back

Wow. We, as a couple, had such an amazing experience here in 2022. Been talking about going back for two years. Went last week and was so sad and disappointed. It is an expensive restaurant but we are blessed to be able to afford it as a treat. We are an older couple so went around 4 p.m. My partner was in a Wheel Chair, no lie, and they made us go up one level. Okay, seating helps with our hearing but there wasn't a lot of people there yet. We were there for the happy hour and ordered what we had last that was so delicious: wagyu gyoza and sushi. We added some drinks as we were staying at the Palazzo and added some edamame and lamb. The gyoza was terrible, so was the sushi. We get the bill and it is crazy. We mentioned the happy hour that we were there for and were told that we needed to be seated down the few steps that they made my partner, in a WHEEL Chair, walk up. Service was horrible and we felt so rushed. Not sure who you are waiting for on a Tuesday at 4 p.m., but good luck. I feel confident that you do not care b/c we are not your target demographic, I get it. Just don't need to be jerks about it. Jesus.

Sigh … this place is not special in any way, other than perhaps the architectural design of the restaurant. The nigiri? Tiny, tiny pieces of fish that are overwhelmed with excessive miso. Service? I watched as many diners around me received their food, even though they both arrived and ordered after us. I’ve eaten sushi in some of the best places around the world. This restaurant trades on its convenient location, but the quality and service is among the worst I’ve experienced.

I should've ordered the spicy shrimp appetizer for a meal. The sake was ok but had better. The sushi was ok but felt way over priced. The service was good though. Would I go again probably not for my taste

Kind of pricy but this was Vegas. The staff was very attentive and great single rock bourbon pour for sure. I believe the salt and pepper squid was amazing, the the Taquitos which I have a pic of was very tasty as well. Not huge portions but good quality.

Rather than taking 20 separate orders, he selected a few items across the menu that fit in our budget but are Sushisamba classics. I have to say that was a 10/10 selection! Both cocktails I had were on the sweeter side but had nice, fruity flavors which I enjoyed. All 4 of the appetizers were delicious. I would honestly suggest every single one. They are packed with distinct yet complementary flavors and had me ready for the entrees! If you read any part of this review, please let it be this - GET THE SEA BASS ANTICUCHOS. These singlehandedly altered my brain chemistry. No exaggeration. Truly the best sea bass I've ever had. Absolute perfection. The Churrasco Rio Grande was a bit dry and overcooked; the presentation was great, however. The sushi rolls were super fresh and nicely made. The standout for me had to be the Tiger Maki Roll. Do yourself a favor and make that reservation to Sushisamba when you come to Vegas! And don't even think about not ordering the Sea Bass Anticuchos. You will thank me later!

This is mine and my best friends favorite spot when we come to Vegas. We start with the Nina Fresa Cocktail, it's so refreshing and the perfect sweetness. You have to get the yellowtail crispy taquitos, they're so crunchy and have so much flavor. The wagyu beef gyoza, the rock shrimp tempura and the sea bass miso are other favorites for appetizers. For sushi rolls I love the Samba Strip and the Lima sushi roll. So yummy! And can't skip out on dessert, the sata andagi doughnuts are a must. They also have a great happy hour menu!

Both were delicious! They made the seviche gluten free for me by using gluten free soy sauce. It was bright, so flavorful, and not heavy. The seating was comfortable. The service was prompt and excellent. I will come again!

AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FamousStation67, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FamousStation67 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FamousStation67 for any questions Peter may have as FamousStation67 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FamousStation67 now uses their connections at SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FamousStation67 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FamousStation67 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FamousStation67's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
