Sinatra Las Vegas Reviews
We were pretty late for our reservation for starters.
Driving in Vegas is a pain. Thankfully the staff was great and we were seated as soon as our party arrived. The staff and service were great. Very friendly and attentive. I had the gnocchi in a creamy sauce and it was fantastic. They had a good wine list and we enjoyed a couple glasses with our meal. You're going to want to dress up here, but I'm sure you can probably just wear whatever. It is Las Vegas.

After waiting 45 minutes for a table, the Host decides to stick us next to the party of DRUNK WOMAN, and the utensil drawer that clangs every 30 seconds! When the Manager was alerted of the crappy table placement, HE COULD CARE LESS! So this was my daughter's ten year anniversary and it was ruined by a snobby restaurant manager. They were not only going there for their anniversary but scouting out venues for their WEDDING! It started with Covid delaying it the first time and when they finally have picked a month to get married,it started with an ignorant bunch of loud drunks and a snotty restaurant manager. So Sinatras is out as our whole family having a destination Wedding at the Wynn, and the Dinner at Wynns resort. Lost out on hundreds of thousands!

Drove in from SD with a friend and she treated me here for dinner. So good, I wish I ate more of my pasta but I went from one high desert to the Vegas heat and I was exhausted and barely had an appetite. I will for sure come here again when I come back. Great ambiance and wonderful staff.
One of the weaker Italian Restaurants on the strip.
Pastas are mediocre or like some of you like to say mid. Mains were very underwhelming. You what was good? The wine, good choice by us since their sommelier fumbled the recommendation.
Top Shelf Sinatra!
Impeccable on all fronts. Perfectly elegant without being too stiff. Service was amazing. Polpettines (meatballs) were delish. Veal Parm was ginormous and perfectly made with lots of melted cheese. Husband got Osso Bucco and loved it. Cannoli's and chocolate "hat" topped off a fantastic meal. A wonderful restaurant!
Want to feel like a boss? Get dressed up and hit this place.
Amazing service and ambiance. I had the old fashioned and it was simple, delicious, and strong. Started with octopus and I give that a 10 out of 10. Balanced flavors and great texture. House bread is fantastic. 10 Osso Buco was perfect. 10 Rich, tender, and flavorful. Wine pairing. 10 Desert. 7 Had the Sinatra cake hat. Although it was cool looking and done well. Nothing special about the flavors. Get this one for your instagram. My only complaint is that they have very few options for ppl sensitive to dairy. Call ahead and make sure what they can provide you is suitable because it's pricey.
The food was good.
The meatballs were to die for but the lasagna lacked flavor. The service was fast, almost too fast, my sister and I felt rushed when it came to ordering. The restaurant is loud but the design and ambiance wasn't bad.
Outstanding food and ambiance.
Delicious meal. Mario was a great server. Friendly. The Burrata appetizer was superb. The veal was massive. The spaghetti and clams was great - done how Frank likes it, with a tomato-garlic broth instead of white wine. Celebrated wife's birthday here. We were stuffed with the large portions and just couldn't order dessert. They brought something out anyway due to her birthday being attached to the reservation.
Dinner at Sinatra was everything I was hoping it would be.
Before dinner we sat at the bar waiting for our table. I'll have what Frank would have had, Jack Daniels, neat along with a Peroni Nastro Azzurro Italian Lager Beer. Wife had a split of Chalk Hill Chardonnay. We enjoyed our drinks and talking with the bartenders. I specifically requested a table that wasn't too close to others. So many times as a couple restaurants try and seat you at two tops in a long side bank seating, side by side by side by side. You're basically having dinner with two other couples so close you can't help but to hear ever word they say. No can do. Been there too many times and we never enjoy ourselves. Sinatra got it right and put us in a back part of the restaurant away from the main dinning room with just a few other tables nicely spaced from each other. The service was stellar. Great waiter, great support staff, and most importantly great food! Good bread service with whipped butter. Insalatina dell' Imperatore* $24.00 caesar salad, anchovy, Parmigiano Reggiano, croutons Veal Parmigiana, $74.00 thinly pounded veal chop, melted mozzarella, pomodoro sauce Side of Spaghetti with pomodoro sauce, like $12.00 I think. Panna Cotta with fresh berries and whipped cream. Complementary I think for our anniversary. Everything was excellent. Would recommend to all who enjoy a great meal in a truly special place.
Great Expectations were met at Sinatraโs
The staff and food were great. Went to Sinatraโs for a birthday dinner on a recommendation from my sister-in-law. We got to the restaurant a half hour early but we were able to get to our table. Our server, Thomas, was friendly and knowledgeable. The other servers, especially Carlos, were very helpful and courteous. The Caprese appetizer was delicious and the Copper River Salmon and the Risotto/Scallops dishes were very tasty. We had a very nice dinner because of the comfortable setting, the friendliness of the staff and the well prepared food. Our dessert was served with a candle and a Happy Birthday candy. I would recommend Sinatraโs if celebrating a special occasion.
Very Cool Spot for Dinner
I booked a table at Sinatra on June 20 after having read the exceptional rating the establishment had. Prior to walking to the restaurant from the Trump Resort, I received a text message. The text listed a bevy of attire restrictions and a prohibition on children 4 and under. At first I was put off by it, but then I determined it made sense. Itโs Las Vegas and without restrictions some very unattractive dude would come in to the restaurant from the pool wearing a Speedo and a pair of flip flops. And then there are the parents that bring their screaming and poorly mannered children in to a high end eatery. The parents always think the kids are cute, but everyone else wants to teach the parents how to have some class. With all of that aside, Sinatra is a world class dining experience. Great atmosphere and, as you would expect, spot on service. As with all high end restaurants, multiple people attended to the tableโฆbread delivery folks, water pourers, and of course the server. There were three types of bread and all were delicious. The cocktails were well made. I had the pan seared chicken breast with mashed potatoes and my wife had the lasagna. Both were done perfectly and the flavor profile was excellent. The lasagna came in a small stainless steel cooking pan, which was a new concept for me. It was not a big deal, but I think Sinatra could upgrade their presentation on that one โ especially at a $42 price point. It was not a refined presentation. However, the visit was excellent overall. Our server was very knowledgeable and had good timing. If you are in Las Vegas and want a nice high end dining experience, give Sinatra a try.
Great Atmosphere, Delicious Meal, and Great Service
Just prior of going to Las Vegas, I booked a reservation about a month in advance. You are unable to booked 2 + months out. Sinatraโs is located in the Encore Resort next to the Tower Suites Registration. If you are coming from the Wynn Resort, it is about a 20 minute walk. They have a dress codeโฆ For men, Collar Polos or Shirts, Casual pants. Womenโฆ Dress or Pant Suits. Upon entering, the restaurant is quite large and beautiful. Were seated immediately. The place is outlined with various Frank Sinatra memorabilia. The restaurant was quiet and away from the casino floor. No issues with having conversations. They do have outdoor seating. Within a few minutes after being seated, we were greeted by our waiter with a fresh basket of various breads. He took our drink orders. I recommend having the Jack Danielโs Sinatra Select. It is pricey but oh so good. They also have a good select of other spirits, wine, etcโฆ Once we received our drinks, we ordered our meals. Recommend having the Lasagna Bolognese. Thought we have to wait awhile due to the restaurant was bust, but I was wrong. Within 15 minutes we were served. Our meals were hot and delicious. You could taste the fresh ingredients. Recommend anything on the menu. They do have Vegan and Vegetarian options. After dinner, I ordered dessert. Ordered the Tiramisu. When it came, it was in a big Margarita glass. Dessert was huge and feed the 2 of us. Know it is an expensive place. Total was $157 US with tax. But I would recommend to try it. All the staff were attentive and knowledgeable right from the start to the end. We will return.

Best restaurant in Las Vegas! The staff is always friendly, the food is absolutely incredible. Can't find a better food in any restaurant around. Simply amazing
Charming with Old Vegas Feel. Delicious Italian Food and Seafood.
Fantastic Italian food and a great Old Vegas feel. Delicious drinks, Branzino was delicious as was the Chicken Parm. Wonderful break from the trendy restaurants cropping up all around Vegas.
All show no go! $34.
shrimp cocktail 4 med. large tasteless farm raised shrimp, Cocktail sauce no horseradish in it just tabasco, very very bad. Bone in veal chop $75.00 so thin you could read the newspaper through it! Just alot of ambiance, food sucked!
Good.
Had the Branzino and it was ok. The vegetables that came with it were excellent. Had a variety of appetizers. Everything was good. One of the servers was not very polite or friendly but the others were good.
Best meal of our trip
Would recommend to everyone !! Firstly, the service was impeccable. Our server was Tim and we couldnโt have been more impressed with the service. We have the veal parmigiana and the Italian sausage ragu, both were delicious, but the veal was one of the best things we have ever eaten. Just wish we had more courses and had tried more of the food. Best restaurant of our whole trip, would definitely come back.
Perfection except for the Caesar salad. Service is top notch . Worth the money.
I really like Sinatraโs (I hardly give 5 โญ๏ธ) but Iโve been a few times. Tonight I sat at the bar, amazing service and drinks. I would pass on the Caesar salad, the dressing tastes almost there. But the lasagna - unreal. But pro tip, recognize it will be super hot when you order so try to pace it. Once it cools; youโll be in heaven.
Great evening out for couples
Beautiful setting, great service and wonderful meal. Out visit was wonderful from start to finish. The food was excellent and service is what you would expect for fine dining. The Veal Parm was the best I've had anywhere and enough to split, which we did. Amazing wine list and drinks were also very good. Ohh, and a chair for the ladies purses...hilarious.
Best Italian
I brought my son to Sinatra for his first birthday dinner of our trip. It was outstanding we went back the last night of trip. The service and food was the best. We both had the Waygu duo both times. Food was indescribable good. Photo attached
Dining alone at the bar is generally hit or miss.
My experience at Sinatra's was a huge hit. I can count how many times in my life a bartender has come around the bar and placed a napkin in my lap (zero, until now). Both Rich and Greg were personable, professional, and genuinely caring. Being vegan is also often a challenge, but Sinatra's has it covered with several choices. I had the vegan Caesar and Gardein chik'n Parmesan. Both delicious and my plates were cleaned. I will definitely return on my next visit to Wynn/Encore.
Sinatra is classic and a โgo-toโ for us! 10/10!
Oh Sinatraโฆ how I love you! My husband and I have come here multiple times over the years. I cannot believe I havenโt reviewed this sooner! Our most recent two visits were Super Bowl weekend 2023 and March 9, 2024. We always get the highest level of amazing service at Sinatra save the good quality is unmatched! We both started with the raspberry lemon drops. Last year I had the lobster risotto and this year I had the butternut squash ravioli. Both were absolute perfection!!!We started with the caprese salad both times. My husband had the chicken and mashed potatoes. The chicken was absolutely perfect! We shared the classic Sinatra dessert which you cannot go wrong with, itโs so divine. I did attempt to have a chocolate martini with dessert, that is the only thing I will say needs work. Both times Iโve had it there, itโs feels like I am drinking half and half, there is no chocolate taste. This place is a 10/10!!
Dined here for an anniversary dinner and was so impressed
Dined here for an anniversary dinner and was so impressed at the level of service as someone who has worked in the industry for years I felt compelled to leave a review. The hosts greeted us quickly and sat us immediately even though we arrived 20 minutes early, as well as congratulating us on our one year anniversary. Our server, Roger, was quick to greet us (very kindly) and offer us some small snacks. He made recommendations and took our drink orders swiftly. I ordered the Filetto and my girlfriend ordered the Pollo entree. Both were AMAZING! We ordered some glasses of wine and Roger kindly let me compare two different reds without me having to ask. We ordered Tiramisu for desert, which was delicious! A very large portion for what you would normally expect. Roger also brought us a Pannacotta plate that said "1 Year Anniversary" which was super sweet and completely unexpected. Multiple other staff members also congratulated us on our anniversary, which meant that it was being communicated across the restaurant. THAT is amazing service! He also dropped some chocolate whiskey bites to finish off our meals, complimentary of course. Overall amazing service from Roger and I would recommend everyone to visit just for him... as well as the food of course!
Food, service and ambiance was spot on! Absolutely
Food, service and ambiance was spot on! Absolutely wonderful experience that I highly recommend!! Will be back without a doubt!
Beautiful atmosphere, decor, ambience!!! Impeccable
Beautiful atmosphere, decor, ambience!!! Impeccable service. You will feel pampered and posh during your meal. ***Reservations are a MUST.***. I thoroughly enjoyed my lasagna. Salads were decent, nothing fancy for the price, but fresh and a nice opener. We ordered the Tesoro In Baule dessert - hands down the most extravagant dessert I've ever eaten. Yes, prices are on the higher side but I felt the food & atmosphere was worth the splurge. Gratzi Sinatra for a lovely experience.
Ambiance was good but food was just above average
I was expecting a lot more based on the reviews. While the ambiance was good, the food was just above average, but not excellent. Carbone at Aria has MUCH better food. However, the he ambiance at Sinatra is better I would say.
Top 5 in Vegas.
Great spot for Italian. Service was outstanding. They shaved fresh truffle on our pasta. In the Wynn Hotel so it's a very classy place.
Sinatra is such a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful
Sinatra is such a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful ambiance and great, attentive service! I got the raspberry limoncello drop cocktail and it was really tasty. I enjoyed every dish that I had and so did my boyfriend. I have been wanting to try a veal parmigiana for a while, and it did not disappoint. The portions were also pretty big, so you don't have to worry about leaving hungry! This was definitely one of my favorites in Las Vegas.
Delish!! Beautiful hotel/restaurant.
Had chicken parm and it was fabulous. A must have when visiting LV.
This is not a 5.
Vegas casinos know how to create a restaurant, and this is no exception; elegant, clean, well layed-out. The staff was well trained although the hostess area was a tad confused. Then, there's the food... it was good, not great and had no soul. The Caprese used hot-house tomatoes (but charged $25); the branzino was small, dry and only redeemed by a great sauce (the presentation was very average as well--this dish can be a show piece); and the veal parm was just ok. At over $200/head, there are much better choices.
Return visit not disappointed
Great place for a reasonably priced outstanding dinner. Had the veal Milanese which was bone in and absolutely delicious. The side of pasta was at a whole different level of excellence. Al dante and the Arabia sauce was delicious. Crown Royal reserve three ounce pour for $20 very reasonable on the strip. I went early for 5:30 seating and service was impeccable although the restaurant was only 2/3 full at that time.
This is the place to go for a special occasion because you
This is the place to go for a special occasion because you feel fabulous there. The food is fantastic (it's worth the price) and everyone who works there treats you like a million bucks. Not the mention my favorite aspect is that it's all about Frank. Besides the pictures of him, they have his music and movies playing the whole time. Also the fun Sinatra themed food and specialty cocktails. For Sinatra fans like me, this place is a " must go".
Thanks for the memories
Donโt be fooled. Uncooked, spoiled, and disgusting food that would make the heartiest person alive turn away in dismay. Do not waste your time. Poor service as well as a chef who spends more time with golfers than with a special birthday event which my wife and I were on. Describing the food would be tantamount to describing a botched surgical procedure. Stay away!
Sinatra would be proud!
Everything was wonderful- the ambiance, the service and definitely the food. The octopus was perfectly cooked. Loved the Caesar salad and Burrata salad. The signature veal Parmesan didnโt disappoint. The service staff was very attentive. We will definitely go back
First off the guest service is amazing.
Matthias the manager went above and beyond and the food is really good. Ordered the veal parm and it was definitely different, but really good. Is it better than Allegro's? Lol no comment but it's good. The desserts sound odd but I got the Cappelo which has some jello type thing mixed with chocolate and I could hear it shaking on way back to Wynn but it was phenomenal and then the Torta Della Nonna which is a warm pine nut olive oil cake cider poached apple but that was also really good. Definitely recommend and thanks again Matthias.
Best food, best environment, best customer service, best
Best food, best environment, best customer service, best everything. We loved our experience here. Was our first time but wont be our last. Our sever dave was amazing
Sinatra is a great choice!
Go to LV several times a year, but this was our first trip to Sinatra. The food was spectacular (risotto with lobster and the Branzini). Great atmosphere with excellent service by Eric,
Great service but Sinatra loses points on food and decor
We planned a special dinner out here to kick off a Vegas weekend. The service was warm and attentive, but the decor was lacking, and the food was all just OK. Prices were high even for Vegas. If at the Wynn, Iโd choose Delilahโs over Sinatra for higher quality food and decor.
Sinatra Restaurant Experience
The restaurant was beautiful, the vibe was elegant and cool, the waitstaff were attentive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere felt very special however the food was subpar in my opinion. I was so disappointed as we are major Italian cooking lovers and this was our choice for a very special occasion. The entire meal was majorly over salted. We couldnโt eat the food and ended up leaving disappointed and hungryโฆand with $300 less in our account. I never complain about meals but I would order something other than a dish with the red sauce or the veal parmigiana . The presentation was beautiful though!!
Blue Eyes would approve
If you like attentive service, unique takes on old favorites amid a high end atmosphere then you will love Sinatra restaurant. Sinatra is situated in the Encore and very easy to get to from the front entrance. The atmosphere is centered around Frank Sinatra with photos of him on the wall, his music playing softly in the background, and references to the man and his music all through the menu and the restaurant. All the cocktails are even named after his hit songs! The entrance is on the first floor of the Encore in a cozy corner away from the casino floor. The walls of the entry to the restaurant have photos and sculptures and records displayed. Staff even meets you in line at the entrance way by name and escorts you to your table. Very calm atmosphere in the restaurant. Not too stuffy but quiet and peaceful enough for a nice date. Extremely attentive staff attend to your every need and are highly schooled on the menu. The food is superb quality and creative without straying too far from Italian roots. Amazing 43 page wine and cocktail list. Very good if not spectacular dessert menu. If you so desire they have real Kobe beef and caviar as well as high end Hennessy and are my Martin cognac if cost is no object. Zero complaints for this fine establishment. Suggest reserving a table as it is busy even on a mid week night. Recommended highly. Dinner for two with no wine but two cocktails and appetizers and one desert ran us $280 including tip.
Not sure why it took me so long to try this place, but I'm
Not sure why it took me so long to try this place, but I'm glad I did. I'm generally disappointed by the restaurants in the Encore/Wynn, as they're often good but not great, yet way overpriced. This place is definitely the exception. Terrific food and worth every penny. The bone-in veal parm should not be missed.
My partner and I visited for our first anniversary, and
My partner and I visited for our first anniversary, and everything was perfect! The service was efficient and very classy, and all staff were so kind and brought up our anniversary and gave well wishes on multiple occasions, which was a lovely surprise. An important note for me, Sinatra asks in the reservation notes if any guest has a dietary restriction, and the options are fairly in depth. Even if you don't note it in the reservation notes, they ask for dietary restrictions as the first item before taking orders, so they will work with you so that everyone can enjoy their meal.We started with the Polpettine, which was mouthwatering (I should've gotten a second order to go lol). It was served with polenta fries, and as neither of us had ever had polenta, we were pleasantly surprised at how much we liked it.For entrรฉes, we ordered the Lasagna Bolognese and the Capriolo. We shared our courses, so we started with the Capriolo, and honestly it was a bit embarrassing how quickly we cleaned the plate lol. We finished half of the Lasagna and took the rest home (which by the way made the most delicious of leftovers). In our reservation notes, I requested a special dessert to surprise my partner, and the Sinatra team knocked it out of the park!! We had a small mousse cake that looked like an actual lemon (in a sugar shell!), served with raspberry sorbet -- I believe the menu item is the Limone -- and there was a special "Happy Anniversary" message written in chocolate. It was the perfect way to end our meal, and the perfect ending to our special day. Thank you all so much!!!
For the price, the foods just okay.
Service was good. Some of the dishes are very small, expect to walk away spending a lot of money and still hungry
Great food and great staff
The food was fantastic and the ambiance was great but the best part was the wait staff. Sometimes you go to a place and feel like they are treating you well but mostly for the possible tip, and sometimes more like an interruption to their day but the staff at the Sinatra made us feel like they were happy we were there. That means a lot towards a great night.
This was one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in
This was one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in Vegas!! Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was great!! Try the veal it's to die for!!
This restaurant is amazing! The service is impeccable.
Starting with the bread basket -- raisin bread, focaccia, and French bread. Served with whipped butter. All delicious. The focaccia is light with yummy garlic taste. I had the Caesar salad made traditionally with the anchovy in the dressing. The carpaccio had a light pesto sauce over it with plenty of arugula and shaved Parmesan. The meat melted in my mouth. The double pork chop was tender, juicy, and flavorful. I was pleasantly surprised because it was such a thick cut and yet it was not tough. It came with bacon wrapped asparagus. This was the best pork chop my boyfriend and I ever had. The portions were also very generous. Definitely great for special occasions.
Impressive service and food
Great ambience and service. Veal parm is to die for! Not inexpensive but really worth it! Everything about the experience was perfect.
Simply disappointing
This is unfortunate. Iโll start with the positives. The dessert. The chocolate fedora thing was one of the greatest desserts Iโve encountered and yes I want it again. Now for the negatives. I know everyone raves about the cuisine but it was simply not good to us. You can even check my other reviews thatโs something that rarely comes out of me. We got the scallop dish and the lobster rissoto. The lobster Rissoto was like eating a raw onion with a piece of lobster on it. The scallops were far overcooked. Iโm not sure if it was an off night but maybe the environment I will touch on had something to do with it. To say the least it was chaotic. I had to have the worst seat in the house which was in the very back directly next to the kitchen, staring at the wall and workers running in and out. Was not relaxing and was so loud I couldnโt hold a conversation with my wife. The folks next to us were incredibly inappropriate but thatโs not the restaurants fault so it isnโt worked into my rating. All in all I spent $350 and I regretted it immediately. Itโs once every year or two we spend that on a dinner and it wasnโt worth the 45 minutes I was there. Sorry! I still love Olโ Blue Eyes
We loved this restaurant! The food quality is amazing.
The ribeye was definitely a standout, and even the asparagus side was amazing. There wasn't anything we didn't like. Service is very good too. It was attentive but not to the point where you feel like you're always being watched and smothered, which I sometimes find is the case with really fancy places. Decor is pretty and it's just a nice ambient setup. Haven't ever been disappointed by fine dining at the Wynn.
Elegant dining
Clean elegant dining atmosphere. Service was excellent had a fabulous waiter. Had a butternut squash pasta that was delicious. Husband had veal Parmesan liked it. Expensive but wonderful dining experience. Got a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. In the Encore at Wynn. Nice hotel. Would return.
