Picasso Las Vegas Reviews
Came here one last time before closing in August.
This is one of my favorite place to go at all times. Cheers to Chef Julian Serrano Retirement! Time to enjoy all the things you never had time to do when you worked.
Lovely restaurant and decor.
Food was excellent and service was wonderful. Sadly this place is closing soon so book a reservation before August. Its expensive but worth the treat.
The best in Vegas
We have enjoyed every moment at Picasso. We visit the restaurant because it was our anniversary and they treated us so nice. Thank you for that, The build up in the dishes are smart, creative and they taste lovely. We went just on time because the chef will retired soon. We are glad we chosen the Picasso!

Because they are closing soon (good riddance honestly) the quality and service are absolute trash. They are skimping on everything, service sucks, food sucks, everything sucked. Waiter was rude and annoying. Don't waste your time you will be disappointed.

We came here during UFC weekend.
The ambiance is nice, the service is great as well. The food was also pretty good. The only downside was how long it took everything to come out. We waited 30 min between each course from when they took the plate away from our previous course. The wait was just too long and I wish they could work on timing it a bit better. I ordered the soufflé and it was okay, half way through I looked into it and noticed a thick layer of oil, which really turned me off from the dessert. But my friend ordered the chocolate fondant and that itself was delicious. The bill came out to be about $1,750 for 7 people.

Wow...what an experience! We had dinner at Picasso on July 4th. Everything about the experience was top notch and amazing, but the service is what made it special. Andrew was a true professional and his personal touch even made the food taste better. Highly recommend if you go there to ask for his service area. Victor was Mr Johnny on the Spot with his service. Together they made an outstanding team. Ambiance was spectacular as well as it's a bit of a legend! The high temperatures this week did not detract from the wonderful experience with the patio seating while watching the fountain shows. Worth every penny...highly recommend for anyone looking for one of the best dining experiences in Vegas.
Delicious and creative food.
Excellent cocktails and an interesting theme as you feel like you are stepping into a Picasso painting. Service was a little slow, but they did their best to accommodate us when we asked to speed up service. We were seated outside of the Bellagio Fountain which truly added to the ambiance. Even though it was nearly 100 degrees outside, we were shaded and the fountain going off during our meal added a very unique experience. Worth the visit!

Unfortunately, we looked forward for this experience and base in the fact they are closing soon was not enough to keep up with the reputation, also all the art have been sold and people's are still coming to see this exclusive pieces maybe they should print out fake one to replace them instead of nothing or a mirror, the expectation and device that you pay should showcase until the end especially when you spend that kind of money .
Expected much better for price.
Very mixed experience here last night. I wanted a fine dining opportunity to celebrate my son’s move to Vegas. The location is perfect - honestly, a table on the patio at. night with that view of the lake and fountains can’t be beaten. Also, once served, service was excellent. However, there must be issues with their reservation system. I have never before reserved a table at a $300-500/head restaurant without being expected and greeted by name on arrival, having all food sensitivities acknowledged (or covertly managed) and a table ready on time. Our table was not ready and we 45mins without any explanation other than “patio tables are very popular” - I know that bro, that’s why I made a reservation! I was particularly annoyed because I had received emails and texts from them telling me that I would be fined $50/head for being 10 minutes late, and yet they weren’t prepared for me on time. I probably should have just left at the point. I did wait and have them seat us, enjoyed the table and expected an excellent meal. However, the food was actually very mixed. The bread was excellent. Some of the early dishes - the ham, foie gras, oysters and gnocchi were truly outstanding. The veal and deer were OK (nothing special). Despite an extra charge of $170, the wagyu was overcooked and disappointing. The menu is set, and I would expect a carefully curated wine pairing (if offered) - generally available as a list if requested. However, the sommelier basically admitted they improvise wine pairings based on what bottles they have open at the time. The bright spot of the evening was meeting Danny while we waited at the bar waiting for our table. He was awesome and gave us a recommendation for an off Strip Mexican restaurant which didn’t have the view, but was a fraction of the price and where the staff were more welcoming than Picasso. We heard Picasso is closing soon. Hopefully the new venture will provide a refreshed and truly excellent experience to justify the location/price.
Still a great place for a special occasion.
Great spot for a special occasion. Picasso has been around for quite awhile and the menu hasn't changed much, that said, the service and food continue to be excellent. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing - the somm was excellent. As a bonus we were able to get a table by the window as requested.
Stunning meal
Absolutely amazing! Service incredible, food beautifully cooked and well worth the cost. Andrew who waited on us made it so special. Extremely professional but friendly and knew everything about the menu and drinks. He made us feel so welcome. A credit to your restaurant.
Great food, ambience and service!
We had the Chef’s prix-fix menu (smaller option). Service was excellent as was the food. Oysters were standout (along with presentation) and sea bass was done to perfection. Sommelier was very helpful and assistive. Highly recommend.
The setting is a Vegas phenom.
We reserved patio seating with a $275 per person minimum. Service is close to impeccable. The food is right sized for several courses and never disappoints. Always one of the best spots on the strip.

Fine Dining in Las Vegas at its Best
This place did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in and see the incredible decor, to the fabulous plate settings and menus. And the service made it over the top. We did the wine pairing prix fixe menu. Each course was fantastic. All 4 of us ordered slightly different pairings, so we had the opportunity to sample a little bit of everything. Our primary server, sommelier, and food servers were excellent and spent the time needed so we could soak in what we ordered. On top of that, we had a birthday in the party. And even that detail was covered with a candle on the ordered dessert. You definitely get what you pay for. And Picasso was worth every bit.

Dining at Picasso is truly a dining experience second to
Dining at Picasso is truly a dining experience second to none on the Las Vegas strip. The food is fantastic and so are the recommended wines. I really enjoyed the La Rioja Alta Vina Ardanza with my veal and of course, we could not help but have 3 servings of the poached oysters - our favorite dish. Furthermore, the hospitality, service, and knowledge of the staff is exquisite. Upon entering the restaurant, you immediately feel welcomed and carefully attended to. The attention to detail and speed at which the staff reacts to your needs before even needing to make a request while, at the same time, allowing you to truly enjoy the meal with to your party makes this restaurant a cut above the rest. You are truly made to feel as special as the restaurant itself. On this particular visit, we celebrated Michael's birthday and the staff was so gracious to surprise us with Spanish bubbles, a beautiful cake, and desserts. We appreciated that so much and are forever thankful and in awe of Chef Julian Serrano. A special thank you to him as well as Manny and our server for an amazing experience. We always look forward to retiring and will continue to recommend the restaurant to our friends and family.

We were excited to try to this restaurant on Valentine's Day. The service was very good. The ambiance was absolutely gorgeous. They started us with a little pheasant crochet and potato soup which was delicious. Next we had lobster salad which was very nice but a little chewy. Next we had the scallop and this was my favorite, excellent flavor and very tender. For our main coarse we had the prime filet and it was disappointing because it was very chewy and lacking flavor. Desserts came and they knocked it out of the park! Most beautiful, most delicious desserts that we have ever had! When we left the hostesses were kind and helped me put my coat on and they gave us a little parting gift to take with us.
Nice location and service
This is a difficult review to write, but we must consider this as a high end fine dining restaurant. Overall we enjoyed it very much. We received a good welcome from the front desk and were shown to our seats. They checked what our time constraints were, which was very thoughtful. The food was always good and generous but only the oysters were truly excellent. The wine was very reasonably priced for fine dining. The service was excellent, as it should be, although unusually they don't place the plates on the table at the same time but served my wife first and then me. Not a negative, just not what we are used to at a restaurant like this. So what kept this from being the full 5 for us? Firstly although the restaurant was fairly empty they seated all of us in one area. That may be convenient for them but it meant we were seated next to a couple of businessmen on a different kind of evening. Secondly the crispy gnocchi and fallow deer weren't particularly memorable. I realise taste is subjective, but so are reviews!
Picasso was an unforgettable experience.
Me and my mother love trying small plates and each plate at Picasso did not disappoint. They gave me the best scallop that I have ever eaten in life. Yes, the restaurant is pricey, but the culinary experience and hospitality was worth every penny.
The food was out of the world.
It's one of the Michelin Star restaurants and we went to this place for valentines day. The service was amazing and the ambiance was very serene and classy. Another bonus points for the view of the Bellagio fountain. Must visit place while in Vegas.
One of the top restaurants in Vegas and a must for special
One of the top restaurants in Vegas and a must for special occasions. Prix fixe menus with a seasonal truffles menu and a vegan menu. Impeccable service that's friendly and not stuffy. Magnificent views of the Bellagio fountain show that happens every 30 min or every 15 min starting at 7pm. It's a dinner and a show! I recommend the lobster, scallops, foie gras, and a table next to us raved about the quail. If you have a show after, I recommend doing the later showtime and coming in early for dinner so you won't feel rushed. We took almost 3 hours dining at a leisurely pace to truly enjoy the whole dining experience.
I stopped by Picasso to have a beverage at the bar.
It is so relaxing and calm in there and the view is spectacular I have not eaten there yet but next time I am I'm going to make this a goal.
The Ideal Restaurant for Romance or Business
We have made the Picasso a mainstay for our visits to Las Vegas. The food, service and ambiance are well worth the price. It is an upscale Restaurant, so be prepared to pay the price for such a selection. However, the price is certainly worth the visit. It is among the very select upscale Restaurants within the Vegas Strip area.
Our favorite special occasion restaurant. Heck, any occasion.
One of our favorite special occasion restaurants in Vegas. Normally just the two of us, but we had 9 people this time. Incredible views of the Bellagio fountains. Service, food and atmosphere could not be better! Notable wine list as well.
Exceeded our Expectations
We decided to celebrate a friends birthday here. It all started with a friendly greeting as we entered and were shown to our table. As soon as we sat down the fountains went off and we knew we were in for something special. We were able to watch the fountains all evening as they go off at regular intervals. George was our waiter and he was absolutely awesome. He was attentive but never overbearing. We never felt rushed as we were there three and a half hours (our pace) allowing us savor to each course and relax and talk between them. George brought us our cocktails that were created as they were originally meant to be, Side Cars and a Paloma. We enjoyed the Prix Fixe menu, choosing each course. For the first course we ordered the Potage of carrot and ginger soup with king crab, the warm quail salad and the poached oysters. No one was disappointed and all would order them again. For the second course we ordered the Foie Gras and Crispy gnocchi with crab, (which was not crispy as the broth made it soft but still enjoyable). Our entrees were the Roasted Pigeon and the Medallion of fallow deer. They were truly wonderful dishes. We ordered wine by the bottle and be prepared to pay about $250 for a nice wine, though you can spend up to $10,000 if you wish. For dessert we all ordered the Grand Mariner Soufflé which was decadent. Our birthday celebrant had a ribbon of chocolate that said Happy Birthday with hers. We each had a glass of the German Beerenauslese to go with our soufflé. All of us were so very pleased we chose this restaurant and as we left we were each given a box with a brick of Picasso chocolate to enjoy for later. This is not an inexpensive restaurant as the Prix Fixe menu is $155 per person. Dinner, drinks, tax and tip came to about $1,200 for the three of us. Money well spent.
A disappointing experience from the very start on arriving at this restaurant
This was disappointing right from the start. The online booking said to include a photo so you would be recognised and GREETED by staff when you arrived. Did NOT happen and instead the person on the front desk went to great lengths to remind me of the minimum spend required instead - in front of my wife whose birthday it was !! Totally and utterly crass Picasso staff - you need to go back to and repeat guest servicing course 101 !! We met and indeed greatly exceeded the stated dress code ! The service by some staff was excellent and from others we were obviously an interruption to their day. Given the cost and required payment - in advance - to get guaranteed patio seating have to say my expectations were nowhere near met and the declared super service and attention stated on their website was not achieved either. By way of example when our mains were served my wife's was placed in front of me and vica versa - again NOT what you would expect at a fine dining restaurant. That said the food itself was very good.
Excellent
Dined here due to a friend’s recommendation. We were helped by Richard and Jose. The ambiance was my favorite. To experience the water fountain show every few minutes while feeling the light breeze on my face. At the same time, enjoying the degustations of the many courses offered by the chef. The largest foie gras fillet we have ever had. We dined for 3.5 hours and appreciated every minute. It was also nice to be able to order additional portions of the diff courses we liked. Jose and Richard’s attentiveness were excellent and we are so appreciative of the experience. Overall, $575 for dinner and gratuity…worth it!
Picasso in a plate, refinement at its best!
Magnificent food and ambiance. The service was highly competent and quick. The scenery is so exquisite that the meal presentation blends well with the Menu Degustation. The quality of the products transpires even before it hits your palate, the Salade de Crabe is perfect, the crab does it all. The scallop is perfectly cooked but if you want it a bit longer than "snacked" as we called it in France, just ask your server and it will be cooked to perfection. The Sirloin melted in my mouth with a delicious sauce bringing the experience to near orgasmic levels (food of course). The cherry on the cake comes around desert. The Soufflé is just beyond words, so light and tasty that it could be followed by the Fondant au Chocolat without any problem...so that's what we did. If there is a full voyage for your gustative senses there, your eyes will experience sophistication, Picasso drawings and paintings and best of all, people are dressed as to fit in such a place: jackets, gowns, nice dresses, ties, but thank the confirmation text message, shorts, T-shirts and flip flops are just for the beach. This place is for people who enjoy luxury in a plate, refinement in a place and style in life.
Wonderful on all fronts.
Food was incredible. I tried some new things and was not disappointed. Service was top class, friendly and professional. Sat on terrace though was chilly and all comfort needs were taken care of. View of the fountain was spectacular.
RATING: 3.
8Do you want a classy dinner with a nice view? Consider going to Picasso. Out of all the Las Vegas restaurants I've been to Picasso was definitely had one of the best views but the food wasn't worth as much as its price tag. I came here with a couple guys as a celebration dinner and I definitely think the service was great though I wish I could say the same about the food.We got complimentary amuse bouche from the chef- a crumpet and soup. The crumpet was great but the soup was nothing special. The complimentary bread wasn't hot, and I wish the butter was thawed to room temp before it was served. I went with the more expensive prefix menu, priced at ~165$, and the first course was a crab salad. The sweetness of the crab worked will with the slight bitterness of the sauce that came with it, though using crab instead of lobster since they ran out really made a difference.Next was the scallop, which was pretty good- Scallop cooked to perfection and the sauce going well with it, the tortilla chip was really good suprisingly. Next was my the main reason I got this set menu- the Foie Gras fillet. There was a pretty good size to the foie gras and it tasted as it should, though I wish the cut of foie gras was a little cleaner. Pear worked well with it but it was really heavy, I wish there were some bread pieces to eat it with as I've had before. The main course was a sea bass dish, and it was cooked great, though I wish the dish was more cohesive; there was nothing to special about it. It tastes exactly how it looks like. Overall, I wouldnt return to this restaurant considering the many other french restaurants notably the few by Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand that I feel are much better. If you do decide to come here, sit outside on the patio overlooking the water show, and it's pretty nice except the water show goes off every 15 minutes or so. Come for the view, experience and the dent in your wallet, not necessarily the food!
Lovely food, drinks and views
This was a very pleasurable evening. Spent about 2 hours enjoying the food, drinks and views. If you go request a seat to watch the fountain. You basically have 3 dinner type choices. They are all prod fix settings with various number of courses where you can choose your main entree. We did the 4 and 5 course selections. The lobster bisque is good not the best, a little on the spicy side. The scallop was fantastic. The filet mignon was OK a little chewy but good. The crab salad was very good. The foie gras was very good. The branzino was very good. Desserts were a little disappointing. I would not recommend the apple dish. The signature dessert is good, not great. The service was excellent. I had a wine pairing with my courses and the selections were excellent. The price was expected $88 for 3 wines. The cocktail selection is very good. We even had a mock tail which was delicious. You’re going to drop about $450-500 for two but the experience is great.

Maybe I'm just one of the very few that taught Picasso was just an alright kind of place. Yes, the view of the fountains looks pretty and the inside of the place is fancy but the food-wise it didn't sit well with me. I came here on Valentine's day and it was busy with plenty of people with groups of two four and even larger groups. This place can hold a lot of people. But what I found lacking was the flavor. I was a little shocked at what our food was. Also one of the alcoholic drinks tasted like dishwashing liquid. The server did replace it right away but it was a little disturbing especially when that was the first thing that we had gotten. The bread was a little hard but the butter is decent. The oysters didn't seem fresh to me and the flavor was a little off. My fish for the main entree almost tasted like something I would have gotten at an Asian cafe. Overall I can't say the meal was great. It was just alright for the price. The best thing that came out of this was the next table and our confusion with the food. We had a long discussion about it and came up with maybe they're just having an off day.
Picasso is no longer what is was before COVID….
Picasso is no longer how it used to be before COVID started… The tables are so close together to maximize the number of guests that all conversations can be heard from the next table. The food was good, except for the soufflé: in order to prepare the soufflé in less than 10 min, they now replaced the classic ingredients with lower quality and cornstarch! Terrible experience for the price you pay ! Very disappointing

Delectable five course meal by Chef Serrano who attends this kitchen personally is memorable. I enjoyed it and can't wait to come back for a third time. After the meal was over, here is still more treats.
60th Birthday
Went there last night for my special birthday 1st bottle of Bollinger tasted strange they replaced it, still not good but it's my birthday starter quail good then foie gras good their head waiter came over when we complained about Bollinger, was very loud tasting it saying nothing was wrong it was awful but he was wrong. Had Veal Chop cut into it was raw I tried to eat it no t able too, The waitress did take it off we left the champagne I did try hard to drink it it had obviously been stored wrong or something ANYWAY OVER 500 DOLLARS FOR A NOT GOOD NIGHT AND RUINED BIRTHDAY

Came here with a party of 8 and was able to try both set courses. Everything was amazing and flavorful. My favorite was the oysters and filet mignon. We sat by the door and was able to watch the water show, which was nice. Service and food was on the slower side. We had reservations at 8:30PM and didn't finish our dinner until 11:45PM. We had to ask for drink menus, butter, refills multiple times before them bringing it over. Each person paid ~$215 per person after tax and tip. Overall, food and experience was great but I wouldn't come back.

I made the mistake of going to a 2 star Restaurant on a Saturday night. Picasso was full and We were just a table rotation to the waitresses and Somelier. Service was ok, the restaurant in itselfnot cozy , did not feel like a fancy place. the food was ok but the presentations, awful, Chef Sereano needs to take a look at the filet mignon presentation for instance , not nice . the wines were amazing , worth the 173$ for 4 glasses . will not return.
Food was awesome.
Service was excellent everyone was so knowledgeable about food and drinks and nice too.I brought my sister for her birthday, I was undecided between prime and Picasso but I'm glad I chose Picasso she loved it. Got her the wine pairing was a great deal.
Picasso is one of the best experiences I've ever had! Chef
Picasso is one of the best experiences I've ever had! Chef Julian Serrano takes pride in his trade; a mastery chef that shows in his food. A big thanks to our sommelier: Michael, our server: Robert Capuchino, and our busser: Pepe. They were all pleasant and made the experience elegantly magical. 100% recommended !From the entrance we were greeted and seated quickly. We sat at a window table with astonishing views of the Bellagio's fountain (that went off every 20 mins. or so). BEYOND IMPRESSED with the atmosphere. Capuchino explained the two menus, menu degustation & prix fixe menu, thoroughly. Michael had great knowledge on the champagne and wines, like to the tee! They quickly brought out different breads with butter, and complimentary starter of soup and croquette. My boyfriend went with the menu degustation and I the prix fixe menu. He received the Maine Lobster Salad, Pan Seared U-10 Day Boat Scallop, Sautéed Steak of "A" Foie Gras, Sautéed Filet of Chilean Sea Bass and dessert. I ordered the course of Lobster Bisque, Eye Tuna Carpaccio, Branzino, and dessert. We ate everything off the plates, so fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious! The desserts we tried were some of the best we have ever had. We ordered 4 desserts: Soufflé, Molten Cake, Opera Cake, Apple dessert. Please get coffee with dessert, so enriching. Bonus add on, free dessert at the end! We also took home 2 dark chocolate bars. Michael, Capuchino and Pepe were quick, made it an amazing experience: ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Cannot wait to go back.
So disappointing
We were so looking forward to this and it was disappointing. Service and ambiance were top shelf. Food was average. This is a price fix menu at $150 per plate. Our bill with 1 drink each was $500. For this price point, the food should be amazing and it wasn’t. My app quail warm salad was not a salad. The quail was greasy and lacked imagination. The elements were on the plate but there was nothing to tie the flavors together. My husband’s filet was flavorless and not seasoned. My main course of deer tasted like chicken livers. While beautiful plating, dishes fell flat. We are foodies and this was disappointing. Space and service was beautiful.
Where is the six star button? Such a treat to experience
Where is the six star button? Such a treat to experience the perfect combination of decor, service and food. Overlaid with the most wonderful ambience. Every course was on point with the veal and lobster being the stars - the lobster was the best I had ever tasted. Then came the desserts that we almost did not order but thankfully we did. They were works of art! If only we could dine here every night!
Fantastic dinner
We travelled to Vegas-San Francisco and Napa for a gastronomic journey and our first stop was Picasso in The Bellagio Hotel. With some view of the fountains, we had a fabulous 3 set dinner and elegant service. From start to finish we really enjoyed our dinner. I think Picasso would have turned in his grave, however, as about 80 percent of the customers (of which the majority were Asians) were on their telephone device texting and following their social media. Of course, not their fault but I would suggest to disconnect the WIFI. We shall certainly be back for a lovely dinner.
