Super fun & surprisingly good food
Great fun & surprising good food! We are a family of 3 with a teenage boy. It was such a fun and enjoyable meal. The food was surprising good and service was super! We had to eat โcharcoalโ & a snow frog named Tom. We enjoyed the theatrics and had such a good laugh. The ninja magic tricks was so fun and amazing! Highly recommended for family or special occasion!
Amazing!
You have to go to this place for the first time in Tokyo. Probably itโs not for locals but itโs a really great experience for tourists. All food was amazing, the location is really nice but the best part is probably the show. The staff was perfect from the beginning to the very end. Thank you very much for the experience
Fun experience with great food!
This place is so fun! Great food and the atmosphere is awesome. Loved all the tricks and the master ninja magician was amazing! Still donโt know how he did some of those tricks! Thanks for a great night out! Must do in Tokyo!
Highlight of our Trip to Tokyo!
What an amazing experience! The venue, the welcome, the design space and the thought that has gone into every meticulous detail of the experience is magical, literally! The fine fusion dining, the timing and presentation was unparalelled. Definately a must do if you are in Tokyo. We will never forget this thanks to the dedicated and professional staff. Would definately return without a second thought!
Ninja magic
This place has an amazing atmosphere, really unique. Enjoyed the theme, the act, the magic and the jokes. The Ninjas are incredible fast and funny! The food arrives on time, they concentrate a lot on the customers needs. Food is amazing, but the magic makes it complete! Really enjoyed the time here, everyone was welcoming and helpful, smiling a lot. All in all a really good experience, it's a must to try!

Nice place to spend time with friends and family.Our Ninja waitress was kind, funny and master ninja trick with perfection.Great master Ninja impressed us with magic talents.Finaly food is on the top of the world.My mother loved it.Thanks Mitsuki.

Ninja Tokyo was one of the most memorable things we did in Japan. The vibe is pure funโdefinitely more ninja movie than actual history, but it fully leans into that and makes it a blast. From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a themed set, complete with secret passages, moody lighting, and costumed staff who stay in character without ever being pushy or over-the-top. The customer support beforehand was surprisingly excellent. They sent clear, step-by-step directions, including which subway exit to take and exactly how to find the entranceโsuper helpful in a city where that kind of detail really matters, especially around busy or confusing stations. The food was genuinely greatโclever presentation, high quality, and not just a gimmick. The service was smooth and friendly the whole way through. Everything felt well-timed and polished without being too formal. Itโs definitely on the expensive side, but youโre paying for more than a mealโitโs a full experience, and they deliver. If youโre into immersive restaurants or just want something unique and fun (not necessarily historically accurate), Ninja Tokyo is worth the splurge.
Do it! It's a true experience you'll never forget
I was introduced to this place via an instagram reel shared by a friend. And it became the most expensive thing we did in Toyko! But it was worth it. The food was amazing, the magic show had the 7yr old's jaw dropping. The kid's menu is only a little more children's friendly than the adult so if you have a picky child I would suggest not doing it. Ours was up for trying new things. We went at lunch time and it takes about 2hrs, but you aren't rushed and I think we were the last ones to leave.

A lot of Laughs, Good Food, Themed Environment, would definitely come back
We ended up being late to our reservation and felt very awful about it, but the staff was very kind, funny, and talented and we had a fantastic time! The food was delicious and they were very accommodating for my vegan friends. The magic show was AMAZING! Everything was themed from the entrance to exit. Very worth the money and time spent!
Expensive but incredible for kids!
Fantastic for our 4 kids (15,13,9,6) and very memorable over the top delivery! Food surprisingly delicious and the themed food was fun! We had a great experience!
Good food and loved the magic show
One of a kind of experience. We enjoyed the whole experience and journey. Food was good and we were too full after that. Good selection of wines from their list and most importantly they feature wines from Japan as well.
A really fun experience
A really fun experience. It's not cheap, but it's worth it as the food is excellent and it's really quirky. The steak was particularly good.

Itโs a ninja hideout restaurant with delicious Japanese dishes and awesome magic tricks. When I mean hideout, itโs very well hidden. The entrance doesnโt even look like a restaurant. My party and I were going in circles. You need to make reservations like a month prior visiting Japan. Our server was hilarious and very friendly and the tricks/shows were very entertaining! We all had good laughs! If I ever come back to Tokyo, I will definitely visit here again! Also, thereโs NO BATHROOM in this restaurant.

Best thing I did in Japan was eating here! Food was really good (best steak I have ever had), but what really sold it was the staff. They really leaned into the theme and put on a hell of a performance. Well worth the money.
Great place with delicious food
Our family was very happy with our visit! The food is great and as these reviews often mention, not at all like in most theme restaurants but actually really good, a bit adventurous and very tasty. The beef was just stunning. Also my kid (8y) loved his menu and ate everything. As for the theme, it was an extremely fun experience. There was some ninja tricks, mystery and magic in everything, and we found it all very entertaining. Especially the kid enjoyed it, but the parents did too (very much so!), and we thought that it would have been fun also without the kid.
Not that great
Overpriced, very shallow on the entertainment factor, and difficult to find. Feels like previous reviews were for a restaurant under different ownership. The big ninja โta-daโ as of February 5, 2024 was nothing more than card tricks with sleight of hand. Food was quite good but a party of two adults and two kids for 350 usd feels way overpriced.

Themed fine dining
We had a great night here. The place is themed from the time you ring the door bell. You are immersed in the experience the entire time and you receive a completely private dining experience. Having your own room and private Ninja waiter is great. The food whilst themed is fantastic dining quality. Would highly recommend visiting and we would even go again.
Ninja Fun with Great Food
Don't be fooled by the fun and witty theatrics, the food is outstanding. Our family of four (kids 13 & 10) had dinner a few nights into our visit to Japan. The quality of the food blew us away. The restaurant accommodated a vegetarian meal for our daughter. We had a great time and highly recommend it for an adventurous family.
The people were very nice and they showed us magic with fire and doors overall a very pleasant experience
The medium well wagyu steak Jyube course is my favourite dish it is the main dish and the wagyu is soft and very juicy it could compare to high quality steak from famous people
Great time for a special occasion
We had a lot of fun! Itโs on the pricey side but great for a special occasion. Food was good and the atmosphere was fun. Great staff - all around great time.

Delicious food and a fun experience
I was worried about his would be too silly and if the food would be good. The food was outstanding. My wife and I loved it. Yes for a couple it's a bit silly but just let go and enjoy the ride. The magic at the end always excellent closeup magic and very skilled. The staff is attentive and kind and it's all a good time. Great night in Tokyo. We at at Ginza Kojyu a Michelin star restaurant the night before and this food was ten times better.
Fun and Cute
This was such a fun experience. The cast of the restaurant really put their all into the theme, and it was incredibly impressive that they could easily switch between multiple languages to perform their narrative for guests from different countries. Food was excellent. I see some reviews say that the meat was fatty so it was poor quality - Waygu beef is extremely tender and more marbled than a typical steak from the grocery store. The dishes were creative without being cheesy, and it was nice to have a fine dining experience that didnโt take itself so seriously.
Waste of time and money for us!!
This review is from the perspective of an American family with kids 8 and 10: we wanted to love this restaurant and booked it 6 weeks prior. The entrance was amazing and the dark narrow walk to our dining space had some cool features ( I will not ruin any surprises!). But that is where the good comments all end. We did not enjoy the cuisine at all. The black bread and black ninja star crackers seemed gimmicky and were unappetizing. The children didnโt like their meals and sadly, neither did we. But this may also be a Japanese/American taste bud issue. Even though the meat was also of poor quality- either overly rough with tendons or super fatty and you would bite into squishy fat of the meat ( they served one small piece of each). The ninja master came in and did a few coin and card tricks that werenโt nearly as impressive of tricks we witnessed back home at a three year oldโs birthday party. We paid $60 for a special dessert- but by the end of all of this we just wanted to get back to our hotel. We spent over $400 USD for this unpleasant experience. This is just our opinion- but if it helps save another family of perhaps similar circumstances, then I hope this review will do just that. I donโt normally like to leave bad reviews, but please save your money if you are in a similar background as us.
Good but pricey
Good experience but was expecting amazing for the price as a family of 6. Service was extremely good. Some food was unusual and therefore you would either like or not, we upsized the beef so got a great serve that was well cooked by the chef, served with a potato and asparagus. Coming for Australia, I guess it was steak and potatoโฆ standard meal here. Glad to have done it but could just have easily given it a miss in lieu of a meal in Shibuya served by local Japanese.

Sick employees and bad food
I am sorry but this is going to be a negative review. First of all, both our waiter and the master ninja (who performed the magic tricks at the end) were seemingly sick with coughs and running noses. This is a big red flag for a restaurant in my opinion. Second, the food isn't tasty at all. To be honest we didn't have high expectations but this is hands down the worst "fine dining" meal we've ever had during our 10+ trips to Japan. Third, we've been to Ninja NYC before so we knew what to expect. While the restaurant's decoration was cool, the presentation of the food was unimpressive. Only two of the dishes involved some sort of "ninja" effect (dry ice and fire). I remember at Ninja NYC every single dish was impressively presented. After all, this is why we pay the premium to eat here, right? The best part of the meal was when the master ninja came to perform a couple of magic tricks. Kids loved it. But as mentioned before, the master ninja was seemingly sick. Not worth the price and will not return.
Fine dining, cool performance
Itโs so interesting place, I highly recommend you to go there. Itโs a true performance restaurant with fine dining. You can choose one menu set from different ones which are available, dishes serves from the set are very creative. Everything is very tasty. Staff speaks English.
Nothing Is What It Seems
Right. This is by far the best steak place we have been to. The food is not only excellent and prepared with the level of detail that is the epitome of Japanese quality but all it comes with ninja theme. I wonโt say anything to spoil the surprise but Iโd strongly recommend going and enjoy every second of it. Great evening and our kids loved it

* MaternalRecord73, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* MaternalRecord73 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to MaternalRecord73 for any questions Peter may have as MaternalRecord73 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* MaternalRecord73 now uses their connections at Ninja Tokyo Chiyoda City to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If MaternalRecord73 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, MaternalRecord73 receives the $200 reward which is credited to MaternalRecord73's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
