Very Good Japanese Food but not quite Nobu
The menu is obviously akin to Nobu but just not quite as good - Nobu restaurants just seem to execute the food slightly better - it’s still very good but I suppose just Nobu sets such a good standard that I can’t quite give it a max rating. The dining room is beautiful and the hotel itself especially the lobby red bar is stunning. Really good but just not quite excellent.
Fancy setup and overall setting, mediocre food and service
Fancy restaurant in a fancy hotel. Ended up there as it was one of the few late night dinner options in the area. By background have eaten at half a dozen Nobu restaurants around the world including the original Matsuhisa in LA. Front desk was friendly enough though I don’t understand why they make a big deal of “I need to ask my manager if I can give you a table if you are not a hotel guest”. It was 10pm and half the tables were empty. Table service was mediocre, no smile and not very attentive. Had to call for service repeatedly as they were not paying attention. Food came cold and a bit over seasoned. Visual presentation was very nice, but taste was average. Restaurant seems to cater to a very specific clientele and demographic from what I saw that night. Don’t think I will return. Many better options at this price point in Paris.
Came for the Omakase tasting menu - some of the best fish
Came for the Omakase tasting menu - some of the best fish I've had, even better than back in LA. Each course was specially curated and fresh. The steak was overcooked, but didn't ruin the meal in any way. Such a fun experience!
Very good experience
Came for a family dinner and had a very nice table outside! Atmosphere and the food along with the service was a 10/10. Many of the dishes are similar to Nobu or Zuma and had very good quality. Even if the prices were more expensive than used to, would definitely visit again!

What started as an exciting meal quickly turned into a nightmare. After dining, I began feeling nauseous, and within hours, I was battling intense stomach cramps and diarrhea like you've never seen. I've been stuck in the bathroom ever since, unable to get off the toilet. Send help and more toilet paper
Small bites to die for
We’ve been to Nobu Fifty Seven in New York so we were excited to try this one on our Paris trip! We got our predetermined favorites — crispy tuna rice, yellowtail with jalapeños, and various sashimi — but we also tried the edamame, eggplant tacos, wagyu dumplings, and shrimp tempura which were so good. Eggplant was our favorite of the new dishes!!!
Definitely worth a visit
Couldn't fault our waitress, she was very attentive and the food was incredible. We did need to slow down the pace so once we established that, the rhythm was perfect. Would highly recommend this Nobu of Paris, everything was delicious.

It pains me to write this since I was looking forward to
It pains me to write this since I was looking forward to this meal. Beautiful restaurant and the chef himself was here but they are not good with food allergies. I provided all of my allergies in French and English and the waiter told me that the chicken was not marinated. I told them that I would have that along with the beef. The waiter came out 15 minutes later and said I couldn't have the chicken because it was marinated in butter, salt and pepper. I said it wasfine. He came back again 10 minutes later and said that its actually marinated with other things. So instead I got baked plain chicken, with no Seasoning and charged full price. The beef was good and tender though. I asked for no vegetables and of course my food came with it. Not worth the money nor the time. Spoke to the manager and he just blamed it on a lack of communication. If you have food allergies I don't recommend you eat here. Poor service and non knowledgeable staff.
Honestly do not bother.
.. it is not that the food is not good because it is good because .., it is simply just good not great... the real issue is the prices for drinks even water ... 5 times as much as normal.. a bottle of water for $14 yes water or a beef for $16 or a vodak soda for $30... do not go here it is way way way not worth it so many other better choices in Paris to consider ...

That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ImmortalStep65, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ImmortalStep65 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ImmortalStep65 for any questions Peter may have as ImmortalStep65 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ImmortalStep65 now uses their connections at Matsuhisa Paris to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ImmortalStep65 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ImmortalStep65 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ImmortalStep65's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Matsuhisa Paris!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
