Had an after-hours client meeting at Marble Room and everything was exceptional. Friendly valet staff, a gracious welcome from the General Manager, attentive service, and excellent food in a stunning setting. Highly recommended for business or special occasions.

I had heard so much about the Marble Room and I was anxious to try it....well it didn't disappoint; from the time we stepped foot into the restaurant until we left we were treated royally. The server went above and beyond to accommodate our meal along with all of her side servers. The dry aged delmonico was to die for, cooked perfectly. Along with the appetizer and side dishes. All I can say is "I can't wait to come back"!!!!

The Marble Room is fantastic. The building inside is absolutely beautiful and the food and service is the best I've ever experienced. I've been 3 times and they blow me away every single time. Can't wait to go back

Wow !! We travel the world and this is one of the very best restaurant experiences we have ever enjoyed. Check in was professional in a beautiful entry. Promptly taken to our table in one of the most magnificent dining rooms we have ever seen. Quickly greeted by our friendly, efficient and knowledgeable waiter. Asked for the whiskey list and it is impressive - rare, allocated, unique and most very fairly priced. Ordered the quite large salmon dish and it was perfection, fresh cold water salmon perfectly grilled over potatoes and asparagus with several delightful sauces. Two salmon entrees, Weller Bourbon and rare, exclusive bottling of cask strength Knob Creek, Before tip, under $140 for a truly memorable meal with impeccable service. Dress up and bring your favorite "plus one" for an unforgettable evening !!

It was a beautiful venue and the service was excellent, with friendly staff, although totally inexperienced, in serving in a supposed high end restaurant. I ordered the regular rib eye, supposedly 18 ounces, and I ordered it medium rare. The cooking temp was correct, but the steak was such poor quality, I could hardly eat half of it, as the other half, was all gristle, and fat. I realize the fat doesnt always get cooked off at medium rare, but it was a thin skinny steak, and I have had way better just from my local grocery store. Totally disappointed, in the total food experience there, and I hate say it was a ripoff, but take your own conclusion, by reading between the lines, of my review. One a done for me, at that place. What a horrible steak.
Amazing Experience
The accommodation, ambiance, and service was unlike anything we’ve had before. We had a birthday celebration and truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. The live Sax player was amazing too.

We were immediately accommodated to an area that we could wait comfortably. Sean was our server and he made a number of wonderful recommendations. All our dishes were delicious from the colossal crab cake, hamachi jalapeño crudo, sweet corn special, and double bone duroc pork chop. We can't leave out the delicious cocktails and desserts. We did not leave hungry!

We love everything about this place, it's absolutely stunning inside and the wait staff is always top notch but the food...the food is the bomb! It is a hard spot to get onto so I suggest getting their reservation calendar which I believe they book two months in advance and jumping right on and booking! They also have an area up front for walk in, first come first serve but you won't get the entire experience

Enchanted Evening
The most magical experience from beginning to end. My 4 daughters and I were at The Marble Room to celebrate 2 of their birthdays. The most exquisite dining room that transports guests to the gilded days of old. Everyone treated us like we were old friends. The food was exceptional! The wine list is extensive but very easily maneuvered !! The Marble Room gave us an evening that will not be soon forgotten.

Excellent experience for an Anniversary. The ambience was amazing. The service was great. We have tried to reserve a table there many times but it is always booked solid. I put my dates in the website waiting list and received a notification. It was definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend for you to dine there.
IF ELEGANCE HAD A TASTE.
My wife and I celebrated our 33rd year anniversary at the Marble Room. Both the food and the service were EXCELLENT. We started with the lump crab cake that was absolutely delicious. My wife had the salmon, and I had the Delmonico 16 oz steak with garlic butter which was heated table side. Both were cooked to perfection. We capped it off with the red velvet gold bar and the orange and blueberry olive oil cake. Both were deliciously flavorful but the red velvet gold bar ......I'll just say the presentation matched the taste in ELEGANCE; this is an absolute must try. To sum it all up in one word.... MAGNIFICENT. This has now become our anniversary dinner spot from now until.

The Marble Room was tucked away in a beautiful historic building in downtown Cleveland. Stunning architecture. Luckily we were able to walk in and sit in the lounge area that was perfect. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The bone in rib eye melted with succulent flavor. I tried the Thai tuna roll. Wines and beer were fantastic. Service was a little slow but other than that A+++

My wife and I had dinner at MarbleRoom for our 39th Anniversary. All we can say is WOW. From the valet attendant, the reception area, our servers and all the staff, everyone was fantastic. The atmosphere is sophisticated, cool and very welcoming and the food was the star of the show, in a word, unbelievable. We couldn’t recommend MarbleRoom more for any occasion. 10 out of 10.

Treat yourself!
We came here on our honeymoon and we cannot wait to eat here again. Right from the moment we walked in you feel in awe. The whole experience was extraordinary. Our server Deborah took such amazing care of us and even was kind enough to give us a small private tour of the inner workings of this old building. The food was amazing, and the drinks really were perfect. It is our best experience at a restaurant we have ever had and cannot recommend it enough.

Phenomenal Customer Service and Class
Words cannot express how amazing my dining experience with Marble Room was. Upon entering through the roped doors, I felt like a VIP being escorted to my reservation. The decor and live music was amazing entertainment and even if I was a frequent flyer here, I don't think I could ever get used to the elegance and ambiance. The waiters were very attentive to my partner and I's every need. The food might be a little pricey, but it was worth every penny. It came out delicious - kudos to the chef. I will say though, however you like your food cooked, order one level of cook time to it (you like Medium so order Medium-Well, etc.) I did have to send my rack of lamb back, but the waiter was very accommodating along with the managerial staff and chef to ensure we had the best experience possible. I left there feeling full and very satisfied with my entire experience. Kudos to the owner for placing such a high value on the customer experience!

We are so, so happy we chose the Marble Room. We had the best night! From the stunning atmosphere, to the warm service and delicious food. We could not have picked a more perfect place. I will most certainly go back anytime I am in town.

Went to the Marble Room for my birthday and was excited with everyone said about this place. The service was terrible, our visit took over 2 hours that consisted of one appetizer, a 8 oz filet, and a delmonico. Food was decent at best. The server would be gone for 10s of minutes before returning and then running away again. The "managers" would huddle up in the back and never bothered to visit our table despite making eye contact several times. Only was offered our initial cocktail and never had an opportunity to get a refill. Would not recommend.

I'm from New Orleans where the food is out of this world, so coming in my hopes were not super high for Marble Room. Wow. Just wow. Every single dish ordered was absolutely impeccable. From the shishitos to the wagyu tartare my experience was fabulous, and those were JUST THE STARTERS. My husband and I split a special featured bone in rib eye with roasted marrow and it was cooked to perfection and seasoned so wonderfully. Service was prompt, attentive and spot on. Ambiance is luxe and all details were truly stunning. EDITED TO ADD- it's sinful of me to have even forgot to mention the tuna taco starters because I'm not a major fish lover, but these? MELT IN YOUR MOUTH DELISH

Exceptional Dining Worth the Drive
The Marble Room never disappoints. The service and food are always stellar, making it worth our 2.5-hour drive from Pittsburgh, PA. We travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, and the Marble Room stands out as exceptional. My husband, a loyal fan of a favorite steakhouse in Western Pennsylvania, declared the bone-in ribeye here to be even better.

This place is amazing, one of the most beautiful restaurants in the world, the food is great, the staff and the service are flawless, this is a must when you are in the Cleveland area, i recommend it 100%, we had seafood, steaks and some sides, everything was great, i will certainly come back.

Our Anniversary Dinner
Recently, my wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Marble Room. The service was great, and the food was beyond exceptional. Everyone from the valet to the hostess was more than accommodating. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the many choices on the menu. I want to thank everyone for making this such a wonderful experience for us. We will certainly be back.

My husband and I went on a snowy Monday evening to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience. The venue is beautiful and impressive but not "stuffy." Jules, our waiter, was fun and engaging and his attentive and friendly service contributed to a wonderful evening. Our food was cooked to perfection (spicy shrimp and a Pittsburgh style bone in rib steak). The wine list is very reasonable - you can find great selections at multiple price points. We did not admit to celebrating any special occasion - but were surprised with a cotton candy finale just the same. A Manager stopped by our table to see how we were faring - touches like this make guest feel very welcomed. The Marble Room can compete with (and out-do) any "big city" place you can name!

The ambiance was stellar! Our server Roman was outstanding! We had the Crispy Rock Shrimp and Spicy Tuna Crispy for appetizers. Both were extremely fresh and tasted very good. My daughter had the Diver Sea Scallops and I the Limited feature A5 Japanese Wagyu Beef Tartare for entrees. The scallops melted in your mouth. The Japanese Wagyu tartare left a lot to be desired. I was so excited to have this (not my first) unfortunately was very disappointed. Roman ended the night serving my daughter a cotton candy on a light changing display. Best cotton candy she ever had. Other than being seated near crying, screaming, kids (seems to be a reoccurring theme in upscale restaurants for us) we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

I rented the Peacock room at the Marble room and worked with Symone they did a fantastic job! Room looked amazing and the service was incredible. The food is always off the charts great as well. In my opinion this is the best restaurant in Cleveland, OH!

And yes ended up there, a friend had reservations and their second party had to drop out and I was invited. Stunning, the building is clearly an old bank so the aesthetic of the place is stunning. The weight staff was super nice and knew the menu and while attentive they were not over bearing. We got drinks which were perfect. And the food was perfectly cooked. I wasn't feeling meat this evening so I tried their vegan option. The food was perfectly seasoned and delicious. We ended the evening with a heavenly slice of cheese cake! Easily one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. I really enjoyed my time here, and want to take my date here so he can experience it as well. Marble Room lives up to all of its hype, you won't be let down.

* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to EternalAnt36 for any questions Peter may have as EternalAnt36 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* EternalAnt36 now uses their connections at Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar Cleveland to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If EternalAnt36 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, EternalAnt36 receives the $200 reward which is credited to EternalAnt36's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar Cleveland!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
