Tuesday night in Lyon
From Sweden visiting a customer in Lyon and going out for dinner with my colleagues. Got a recommendation for this restaurant from a friend and brought my colleagues. We all were amazed on the fantastic food and the informative, friendly waiter. We will definitely go there again and have recommended it also to our French colleagues who now wants to visit you!
Experience to repeat without hesitation!
It’s definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at. The food was more than perfect, the portions very correct because I expected crumbs for this type of restaurant, but no! With the exception of the hostess who didn't smile at all and seemed very stuck up, all the staff were really friendly and attentive. The mirrors on the walls ensure that we can see further than the corner where we are placed. Very good idea. I highly recommend anyone to have this experience. THANKS!

Great experience, both human and culinary. We feel that the students are still a little hesitant but their self-confidence will come ;) They are motivated and are keen to do well: it's very pleasant! We enjoyed the monkfish, the lean, the Paris Brest and the rice pudding. Modern traditional ++++ Small detail: I found the structure of the menu strange (no titles between the starters and the main courses then separately the essentials which are starters and main courses) I would have, for the sake of simplicity, made Starter (of which a must), then Main course (of which i bypassable). The recycled paper for the menu is a good idea but would benefit from more thickness to keep up with the restaurant's range. Thank you for this great romantic evening with my husband who also went to a hotel management school and for whom it brought back memories ;)

Excellent from start to finish. All served with a smile! The attentive waiters, vision of the kitchens where everyone is busy satisfying the customers. The portions are generous! In short, go there without hesitation!
Was passing thru Lyon France and wanted a light bistro
Was passing thru Lyon France and wanted a light bistro lunch. Found this place in one of the town squares. Was very good. Nice salads, beef tartare, and a couple of glasses of Chablis on a perfect day in France. Service was very good.

1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* DistinguishedTree58, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* DistinguishedTree58 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to DistinguishedTree58 for any questions Peter may have as DistinguishedTree58 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* DistinguishedTree58 now uses their connections at L'Institut Restaurant Lyon to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If DistinguishedTree58 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, DistinguishedTree58 receives the $200 reward which is credited to DistinguishedTree58's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at L'Institut Restaurant Lyon!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
