Lampuga Ciudad de México Reviews
TERRIBLE PLACE
The worst place I've ever been... and I'm not talking about the food specifically, which was amazing!! I made a reservation a week in advance for the terrace, and they never gave me a table on the terrace! Mega suckers from the entrance, the hostesses terrible, the captains haughty and rude... I went to the terrace to smoke so as not to go out into the street alone, AND THEY TOOK ME OUT TO THE STREET!! One of the “captains” told me you can't be here if you don't have a table outside, and I told him, are you going to take me outside? And he told me “Yes, you can't be here.” The drinks were poorly served, they brought us the bill without asking for it, that is, they kicked us out. Anyway, I would never go back in my life, I love going to a good restaurant to eat and drink well but the service is essential for me to return, and in this case the food is a bit bad, the drinks are poorly served, and the service It's THE WORST EVER!
Bad experience. They do not respect reservations
Book this place to eat with my family Despite having a reservation in advance, they gave us a table in the corner that has a tree above it, two of us clearly couldn't fit. We told the captain and asked him to try to sit there to see if he would fit, of course he couldn't sit. Despite having several tables empty, they said that they couldn't move us and that if we didn't like it, let's leave. In order not to receive bad reviews, they canceled my reservation on OpenTable so that I cannot write my opinion to them there. Bad attitude and very bad experience.
Wonderful dining experience
What excellent service and great food! Loved the interior decor! Someone with great taste has furnished this restaurant. The service from their entire staff was beyond expectations. They provided personal attention to each of us and made us feel welcome and valued. We had green shrimp and crab cakes for appetizers. Food tasted great! I especially loved the shrimp tacos. We also had cocktails and coffee later. I’m so glad we decided on this restaurant!
appalling!!!!!
The staff is very angry, as if tired, the lady at the reception serves you very forcefully. badly faced. They are not friendly, the food is nothing out of this world. We realized that the captain is behind the waiters so that they harass you to consume, or that they almost chase you away because they need the table for others.
problem with service arrogant staff
The place is very nice, the music they have on the terrace is cool, but they have a problem with attitude and service. I didn't feel like I was in a Hunnan group restaurant. They are not friendly, they do not make you feel welcome. It gives you the perception that they don't want to serve you. We asked their management girls to go up to the bar and they looked at us like weirdos and told us we couldn't because it was a private event and it was fake. We're never coming back.
very expensive, very bad and FATAL service!!!
They use a rather archaic technique to not allow you to enter for dinner, the host girls feel like they are the owners of the restaurant, I don't know if it bothers them that there are customers and selling, or if the chain gives them those obsolete rules of saying that the place It is full and they have no space, which is false, the place is almost empty and they deny you a place, very rude and not friendly at all.
very bad service and bad food, far below expectations
We expected more from the place, the food was very basic, they have a girl in the entrance area with zero service attitude, everything is No, no, no, you can't. The manager is very absent, he does not realize the poor treatment they give to customers. It is never to return. What a shame they don't value the customer.
Not worth it, bad service!
The restaurant is expensive for what it offers, the dishes are not delicious. The waiters go all over the customer trying to sell and sell, to a point that is already annoying. We asked the manager to move us to the terrace and he did not agree, saying that they had everything reserved, which was not the case, the place looks practically empty. The girl at the reception could have been more efficient and helped us. But he spends his time controlling access to the upstairs bar and talking to a colleague.
They discriminate against you!!! Do not go!!
They discriminate against you, this restaurant discriminates against you, the hosts (receptionists) start scanning you before letting you in, and if you don't Whether you like it or not, they leave you out, and they tell you that your reservation was cancelled, they make fun of the customer and believe that they are unattainable, we managed to get in and the truth is it was not worth it, the costs of the drinks were exaggerated, the bar staff was rude face and we asked to speak to the manager and he never showed his face.
Liars and zero friendly
We arrived and the hosts told us there was no room. We went to the open table and it told us if there was availability and we could enter. Discrimination? Or what would be the reason why they didn't want to receive me?
