Fine dining in Tsim Sha Tsui
Imperial Treasure is an upscale Cantonese restaurant chain from Singapore. This Michelin-acclaimed branch is at the bustling heart of Tsim Sha Tsui with a nice view of Victoria Harbour. Lunch menu is extensive from dim sum, barbecue to rice and noodles. Shrimp dumpling is some of the best in town. Chicken pastries is freshly baked. Service is impeccable and price on the upper end. Reservation is recommended.

We went to the Tsim Tsa Tsui night-life district branch of Kowloon, awarded with 1 Michelin star, and here is our “a la carte” menu choices: - Marinated Duck’s Tongue. - Century Egg with Pickled Ginger. - Deep-Fried Silver Fish with Pepper & Salt. - Braised Spare Ribs with Butter Gourd & Black Bean Sauce in Claypot. - Frog Cooked in Two Ways: Deep-Fried Frog Legs with Pepper & Salt - Sautéed Frogs with Shallots & Preserved Black Olives. - Sautéed Diced Chicken with Dried Chillies & Cashew Nuts. - Steamed Red Dates Cake. Overlooking the whole Hong Kong bay through its large windows, the restaurant with stylish black&white decor is objectively beautiful. Elegant and charming. Warm and attentive service proper of a 1 Michelin star restaurant. Estensive menu, with particular attention to roasted meats and Cantonese dishes. While the settings are somehow classy the dishes served are very traditionally prepared, simple and tasty as only the Chinese comfort food at times can be. The feeling to dine in a “home-cooking” style restaurant lasted all dinner and it was as unexpected as much it was appreciated. Definitely suggested if you love the Chinese cuisine. I have a notice stating that my bid has been accepted and is awaiting transfer. The reservation is for the 18th, but the “moderator” said he will confirm booking by the 28th. Is this an indicator that I may not have a reservation?

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
