Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas Reviews
Hells Kitchen - Truly a night in hell
Ay ay ay, what the heck is going on with Gordono's kitchen man, so much potential yet such lazy execution; seriously do we not have standards in 2024! So incredibly overpriced, sleepy and tired overworked staff as well as the food being below par. Was disappointed with the lack of Mexican options on the menu, and on that note, when I asked the waiter if I could have a custom taco, he started calling me racial slurs and said "we don't serve beaners here". Despite this, atmosphere was a positive and my young lad got around the beef wellington.
Amazing food! Our waiter Charles was even better! He made
Amazing food! Our waiter Charles was even better! He made our first time experience 10x better
it wasnt all that for that for the price.
the food was ok but the servers were nice. it was a pain to acess the restaurant

I recently dined at Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas with high expectations, having previously enjoyed a great experience at your California location. Unfortunately, my visit was quite disappointing. While the ambiance and table next to the kitchen were excellent, the culinary experience did not meet our expectations. We experienced significant delays throughout our meal: The wait for appetizers exceeded 20 minutes. Our main dishes took even longer, causing some of our party to leave before finishing their meal. Even requesting the check took 15 minutes. Furthermore, the food itself was underwhelming: The corn crab soup and lobster risotto were served lukewarm. The potato and puree lacked flavor. When dining at a renowned establishment like Hell's Kitchen and paying top dollar, one expects timely service and hot, flavorful dishes. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. I hope you can address these issues to ensure that future guests receive the exceptional dining experience they anticipate when visiting Hell's Kitchen.
I'm really torn making this review.
The food and our waitress were phenomenal. The hostess and our seats were atrocious. We booked this restaurant almost 2 months ago and wanted a seat where we could see the kitchen and the chefs. Instead we were in the far back corner with absolutely ZERO view of the kitchen. We live in a town where I can eat Chef Ramsays food everyday if I'd like. When I asked the hostess about not having a view of the kitchen she chuckled and walked away. The manager walked by our table twice looked at us and couldn't be bothered to even say hello. I've never been disapppinted at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant until now. I'm not sure if I had unrealistic expectations based upon our service at other Ramsay restaurants or if because it's LAs Vegas Hells Kitchen we aren't as important as their other guests, but I left very disappointed in our 24th anniversary dinner that had been waiting months for. I was expecting a view of the kitchen as we requested and as the concept of "Hells Kitchen" eludes to.
My birthday dinner went beyond expectations! Service, food,
My birthday dinner went beyond expectations! Service, food, drinks, all fabulous! Bartenders are very personable & kept us laughing during our short wait for a table.

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday at Hell's Kitchen. We checked in 5 minutes late and were seated within 10 min. We asked to switch tables and were accommodated. Service was great and the food came out in a timely manner. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. From my Cesar salad to beef wellington and finally the popular sticky toffee pudding, all were amazingly delicious. My daughter was given special treatment for her birthday from the moment we sat down to the delivery of her dessert with a lit candle. We had a special night.
If you're a fan of the show sure.
. go! However, if you're a foodie the food is under whelming. The scallops were sub par and the beef Wellington came out cold. I was given free dessert because I was celebrating my birthday and that was great especially for the price of free 99. Ambience and service is great and very Instagramable.
The place is beautiful.
High ceilings and the tables were well spaced apart. The chairs were comfortable and had good height. We probably came in at a busy time. The wait was roughly 20 mins which wasn't bad. The food came in about 20 mins as well. With that wait we expected the food to come hot and fresh off the grill/oven/stove. We tried the pan seared scallops. It was decent, the raisins were a good touch. My wife had the short rib and I had the beef Wellington. This is where we had the most issues. The meat was chewy for both almost as if they were left in the pan too long or took a while to serve. I honestly had trouble tasting the mushrooms or the duxelles which we watch extensively about. For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding. The speculoos ice cream made it sweet in top of the sweet toffee. I had no problems with this as I have a sweet tooth. All in all, a fair experience but for all the hype surrounding the chef and the cuisine, we sure expected better.
Since the start of the show, I have always wanted to dine
Since the start of the show, I have always wanted to dine at Hell's Kitchen. In the early days you could try to apply for a spot for dinner with the disclaimer that you weren't guaranteed a meal! Anyway, with the restaurants existing in different places you don't have to hope that you get a meal! We were in Las Vegas for an event and we made reservations far, far in advance! The restaurant is located at Caesar's Palace with the iconic HK pitchfork logo in front. You walk through giant glass doors with a hologram of Chef Ramsay greeting you. The restaurant is extremely loud and busy! The bar area was packed with people waiting for tables! We had a good sized group and were seated right near the red and blue kitchens! It was great seeing the kitchen work but you really do need Chef Ramsay screaming at his staff to have the full effect! The one thing I always wanted to try was the scallops and the wellington. The prix fixer menu has a choice of scallops or heirloom tomato salad for appetizers. Beef wellington is the entree and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The prix fixe menu is $105 per person (at the time of this writing it was 3 days after our dinner). With cocktails our bill was almost $600 for my family of 4! I was expecting a hefty bill so it wasn't totally shocking. There were two other sets of families in our group and their bills were similar. The nice thing was the server did split the bill for us which some places will not do!! The decor of the restaurant is great and the service is top notch! Definitely worth the big price tag to experience this restaurant at least once!
I've been to Hell's Kitchen twice, once for their steak and
I've been to Hell's Kitchen twice, once for their steak and most recently for their vegan menu. Their steak was underwhelming. I can't have dairy so they cooked my steak in oil and it wasn't good. I ask for this at all steak restaurants and it's only at Hell's Kitchen that it wasn't great. The vegan menu is pretty good. I enjoyed the risotto. Their beans were undercooked and hard, as were the potatoes. They tried to remedy the issue, but they came back just slightly better. The dessert was fun, but was just sorbet. The service was fine, our server wasn't very friendly, but she got the job done. This place is a must for fans of the show, but not so much for foodies.
Would not return
We went to dinner with our older teenagers. All 4 were under 21 and couldnโt drink which I think annoyed our waitress because she was looking to pad the bill for the entire meal. She wasnโt friendly and seemed throughly annoyed and short with us during the whole meal. The food was meh and very expensive. It was crowded and loud so I donโt recommend if you want to go talk with the rest of the table. We went with one kid in 2019 and had a great experience. I guess itโs changed.
Great food, fantastic staff, but waiting area could be better.
Myself an 2 other friend visited Hells Kitchen on our most recent visit to Vegas, we booked weeks in advance and really looked forward to the visit. We arrived a few mins early for our reservation. We notified them we had arrived and were left to wait with other groups of diners in a small waiting area near the front door. It took them around 15 mins to find us a table and the area got more and more full, there was nowhere we could sit and we were glad when they finally called our group, that was the only real downside of what all in all was a great visit. The restaurant is huge and looks really nice inside and out, you can see little expense has been spare on the finish and everything feels premium. The dining area is separated by a dividing wall, but due to this being such a large space the sound in there is very hollow like youโd get in a dining hall or mall. Our waiter seated us quickly and arranged our drinks, they were with us quickly and he talked us through the menu. We were pretty boring with our drink selections getting soft drinks. We were given time to review the menu and decided to go with a main each and a shared side. The main we opted for was the iconic Beef Wellington and we shared a bacon topped Mac and Cheese. The food came really quickly and was piping hot. The Wellington was outstanding and the beef melted in your mouth, the presentation was fantastic but Iโd have liked a tad more mash and gravy. The Mac and Cheese was also amazing, creamy and delicious. When we finished our mains we were asked if weโd like to look at the dessert menu, of course we did! After short review we opted for the also iconic Sticky Toffee Pudding. This came out quickly and was also amazing. The sponge was light and fluffy, the sauce rich and decadent and the Biscoff ice cream tied the dish together. The whole meal was really good, during our time there the winner of this years Hells Kitchen showed up at the restaurant and there was a lot of buzz around him, with people queuing up for pictures with him. Only 2 of our party ate but we all got drinks, the bill was just over $230, this was for 3 soft drinks, 2 Wellingtons, Mac and Cheese and 2 Stick Toffee Puddings. I had a $100 Caesars Celebration meal loaded in my card earlier that day and I redeemed this against the bill. Other than the wait when we enter the restaurant the rest of the visit was very good, I canโt fault the waiters or the food.
Worth the price
The restaurant was all we thought it would be. Food was GREAT and the service was exceptional. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had the beef Wellington and it was mouth watering good !!
Zwaar teleurgesteld!
Het enige dat wij als positief hebben ervaren waren de gerechten op smaak. BUT the food was not warm at all, people are for NOT dressed. Walking around on slippers and bikiniโs shocked us because we are big fans of the chef Ramsay! You get really rushed after you almost put down your fork here is the next meal already preheated. We donโt even complaining about the money but this restaurant needs a quality check from the chef himself. We done eating at any Ramsay thatโs for sure. Too badโฆ him gambling his name like that. Greetings from Amsterdam.
2nd time was a charmโฆโฆ
This is an amazing restaurant right outside the front entrance of Caesarโs. Gordon Ramsay has definitely put his signature on a multitude of restaurants in Las Vegas over the last few years & this is one of his best. If youโre lucky, you might even see him walking around. The staff indicates he shows up every few weeks to check on things & in person, his personal is much nicer than what we see on TV. The menu is a work of art with many choices. I had the Grilled Fillet, Chorizo Corn & Sticky Pudding. One of the best meals Iโve had in a long time. Our Serverโ-John from Montreal, couldnโt been more accommodating. Itโs a great place, but expect to pay a premium for what you get.
Trying to make a online reservation
Iโm trying to just reserve a table online for a single person but itโs saying youโre party is too small and to call them so not understanding why they canโt reserve a table online for one person
Great
Food was excellent, we took 4 different dishes plus dessert and they were all fantastic. Seating was nice, the only thing is that the place is quite noisy.
Lunch was amazing!
Had the prefix menu. The tomato salad was great. The Beef Wellington was presented well and melted in your mouth. The Gouda Mac and Cheese is amazing and would definitely recommend ordering. To finish everything we had the Sticky Toffee Pudding, which was absolutely delicious. We would definitely return when back in Vegas.
Just Average - good food, but rushed
After all the hype, I was expecting great things. The restaurant is loud and as a previous review mentioned, more like a fast food diner than a high end restaurant. We only had main courses and as a result the server lacked engagement. He was only interested in upselling the cocktails and starters. That said, the beef wellington was cooked perfectly and enjoyed by all. I guess if you are a Hells Kitchen fan, then this restaurant is a must. If not, itโs average for the price.
All of the food was fantastic.
Beef wellington, lobster risotto and sticky toffee pudding is excellent.
Great place, the food was incredible and I can only imagine
Great place, the food was incredible and I can only imagine since their boss is so strict! Great service too, didn't get a full 5 stars because Gordon can be a bit of a jerk
5 stars all the way.
Wellington is perfect. Service is awesome. Pricey, but worth it!
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.
From the Hostess greeting us at the door, to the waiters making sure that NOTHING is left to chance, you can't do any better than Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen. The atmosphere is almost exactly like the stage set and the food is perfection. We had the Lobster Risotto that absolutely lived up to the hype. We also tried the Gouda Mac and Cheese that was plain heaven on your palette. I had the Beef Wellington that was (unlike so many on the show) cooked to perfection. My wife and Mother had the Seared Salmon and my Daughter had the Short Ribs. Everything was perfect in both presentation and taste. For desert, we had the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Neither my Daughter or I are fans of toffee, but this proved to be the exception to the rule. Everyone loved and raved about it! After eating at many "High-End" restaurants, I can easily say that this is the only location that gives the service, experience, presentation and taste to justify their high prices. Worth every penny!!!
This place is so overrated.
The food was good but not for the price. The ambiance Nd service was great too but to spend over $300 just to say you've been here isn't worth it. There's plenty of places with meals that are better and MORE filling!
I was fully prepared to be unimpressed, I mean a theme
I was fully prepared to be unimpressed, I mean a theme restaurant in Vegas - but was I wrong. The service was fantastic, our well versed waiter walked us through the menu and was very helpful. My water glass never was allowed to be more then half empty and once emptied plates were promptly removed. I started with an excellent ceasar salad and followed with one of the best Beef Wellington's I've ever had, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. For desert we couldn't decide between splitting a apple cheese cake or the sticky pudding but decided on the cheesecake. Our server surprises us by bringing both telling us we really needed to try the sticky pudding. It's not what I would call a value meal, but the food was outstanding.
We are French Canadian and go to Las Vegas once a year.
For 2 years, I had been trying to get 2 places for dinner during our trip. Successful this year, but so disappointed. So disappointing, execrable. The menu of scallops, beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding was excellent, but my partner had a shrimp cocktail starter. The shrimp were tough. His filet mignon requested medium rare was medium and overcooked. I mentioned to the waiter that the filet mignon was not cooked well and he then turned on his cell phone light to show us that there was a little pink in the steak. Unprofessional service. For $400, you can get a restaurant with much better filet mignon for less. not to try
Absolutely must eat!
Meets the expectations! Lobster risotto and sticky toffee pudding will blow your mind! Very loud atmosphere but food and service are top notch
The restaurant draws you in and make let's you feel like
The restaurant draws you in and make let's you feel like you are part of the show on tv. I was happy to have the beef wellington. It's definitely worth visiting at least once if you are a fan of the show.
Ok
I have kicked it off my bucket list, being a chef I have always wanted to go here so booked months ago for my 50th birthday. All in all it was an experience the food was Ok found the beef wellington a pain to eat as all the pastry just fell off the steak. The mac and cheese was awesome. The service was fantastic but donโt think it was worth the money we paid โฆ..300 dollars โฆ. Like I said itโs an experience
This is a beautiful restaurant and the service was
This is a beautiful restaurant and the service was excellent! I was also impressed that they offered a vegan and vegetarian menu for people. I am going to preface my review by explaining my own food allergies. I cannot have gluten, corn, or meat and I recognize that it limits me. I ordered the salmon. It was the worst salmon I've ever had in my life. All of the vegetables served were delicious. But for the price, I should have had a quality piece of fish.
I came here for my birthday.
I didn't know what to expect... I'm a huge Ramsay fan and have watched all his shows, but would this live up to his high standards? It started off a little slow... we checked in for our reservation and were told to wait in the very crowded entrance. Lots of people waiting... no certainty on how long it would be. We ended up spending about 15 minutes waiting, which wasn't too bad, but enough time for us to peruse their overpriced merch. One we were seated, we received five star service, food, and ambiance. Everything was just perfect. Our server and his assistant were very attentive, ensured our water glass never went empty, and made sure everything was going smoothly. We ordered the lobster risotto to share and each got our own Wellington. I got a free sticky pudding for my bday and my boyfriend got the chocolate dessert. The risotto was delicious and it came promptly after ordering, which we appreciated because we were quite hungry. Perfect way to start the meal. Risotto itself was cooked a perfect al dente and the flavor was very good (not too rich). The lobster was a generous portion and was cooked to perfection and delicious. Would 100% recommend. The Wellies.... Words cannot describe how amazing these were. They were cooked 100% perfect. Perfect medium rare, crispy puff pastry... just perfect. The meat was the most tender I've experienced and I've eaten at several high end steak houses. You only need the knife to cut the pastry. And the flavor is just right... you get the natural flavor of the meat and the sauce complements it very well. So good. Dessert was delicious. I couldn't finish my pudding. The chocolate dessert was quite something... had a lot of components that worked well together. My boyfriend loved it. Would I come back? Abso-freaking-lutely!
Very cool experience and delicious food.
We booked our reservation for 8, two months in advance. Some of the standout dishes were the bone marrow appetizer, Beef Wellington and the sticky toffy dessert. Definitely worth going to experience at least once!
I had the backyard Burger, it was $33.
It was an excellent Burger but not the best I have ever had which is what I would expect for that kind of money. However it's worth it just to come walk around planet Hollywood the miracle mileage amazing I'm planning Hollywood is right in the middle of the strip there's so much you can do from this area.. I was kind of in a rush which might have expected The experience so I'll come back again when I have more time I had to hit the gym :-) two more months of school and I'll be focused fully on Las Vegas but for now I had to get back to class,... And my first priority is the gym is always.. you have to visit a Gordon Ramsay restaurant while you're in Las Vegas why not the guy is an icon. I will do a proper review on my channel Sativa Sean Las Vegas YouTube and Instagram when I reopened my account :-) busy with school but I'll get on it after the semester.
Outstanding service despite some questionable cooking....
We made reservations immediately after booking our flights to Vegas from the UK. My wife had always wanted to try Gordon's infamous Beef Wellington and so we booked Hells Kitchen for dinner on her birthday. I am a coeliac so unfortunately was not able to try this dish. On entry the first thing that strikes you is how busy the place is but it is very organised and our wait was only around 5 minutes to be seated at our table. The service we had from the start to the end of our meal was nothing but outstanding and at no point were we rushed. Service was attentive but not overbearing. There was plenty of choice on the menu for a coeliac and our server was knowledgeable about all items I asked information about. We were provided table water and enjoyed a nice bottle of wine. Unfortunately there were some dishes that had Gordon Ramsey been in situ, I think he would have been embarrassed about. We began with oysters.....they were miniscule and with not a drop of water. Edible - but just about. We moved on to our starters. I had a beef tartare which was excellent (although preparation at the table would have been nicer) and my wife had scallops. Bearing in mind that this is not a cheap restaurant (for obvious reasons) and that we are in Vegas where everything is done a little to excess, it was a shame to see the scallops had been cut in half. On to our main courses: as mentioned my wife had Beef Wellington which as expected was superb apparently and I ate a steak ordering a side of mash potatoes. Well, having watched numerous Gordon Ramsey television programmes where he constantly berates the chefs for not tasting food during cooking, I was somewhat shocked to find the mash inedible for the amount of salt that had been added. I made a complaint to our server and it was taken off the bill without asking. The gesture was correct but I would rather have been able to eat it! The rest of the dish was good. Dessert was also very good. I probably wouldn't return only due to the fact there are so many dining choices in Vegas but I would certainly visit any of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants elsewhere. I can cope with the odd dish that has a fault, we all make mistakes, but I go a little nuts if I don't get good service and that was superb.
Five star.....Absolutely amazing
We went to HK for my partners 40th birthday and was amazed by everything; food, drink, service, ambience......food & service were way above anything we've ever experienced. I couldn't fault 1 single thing and even thought the food was worth more than what was billed and gave more to compensate.
Treat yourself to a meal at Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas. It is wonderful.
The entire experience at Hell's Kitchen was superb. From the greeter that sat us at a window table overlooking the fountain, to the waiter, to the food it's self. We had high expectations, and all four in our party, were absolutely delighted. We cannot wait to go back, and to experience Ramsey's other restaurants. To the entire staff, well done! The Beef Wellington is worth all the hype. The Crispy Skin Salmon was outstanding. The Sticky Toffee Pudding is outrageously decadent and delicious. Spend the money, and treat yourself. You will be glad you did.
As Gordon Ramsey would say, "My gran could do better! And she's dead!
The presentation was good. The food was ok, not great and not worth the money! The Mac and cheese was really tasty, the scallops were done perfectly, but the filet mignon was a major disappointment. It was cooked as ordered, medium rare but that was only the inside. The outside was overcooked. I was sawing the filet with my steak knife which is unacceptable, should be much more tender. Also, was very bland as if it didn't even have salt on it. Returned home and had a filet at Longhorn which was much cheaper yet much tastier.....
Just OK.
Waaayyy over priced in my opinion. The food was good, service was good, staff friendly. No complaints other than I don't think the food was worth it. $300 for lunch is very pricey. Granted, Lunch was more like dinner. I had a filet, which was good, but I had a better one the night before at a different restaurant. So go for the experience of dining at Hells Kitchen, but be prepared to spend several hundred dollars for a meal that just didn't blow me away. Overall it was good, but it wasn't something I need to do again.
Disappointed in service and food. Unfortunate given it was to be the highlight of a birthday celebration.
The restaurant was lovely. Once seated, We were greeted by Miguel who told us he would not be our server. Did not offer a drink or say when our server would come over. We finally flagged him down and our new server (Mario?) arrived a bit look later. Our food was inconsistent. Some over cooked others under cooked. The waiter did not stop to ask if our meals were to our liking. Overall, this visit did not meet or exceed our expectations.
Amazing experience!
I went to Hell's Kitchen in December last year and it was beyond my expectations! Amazing food, service and overall atmosphere. I loved that you could see the kitchen and the cooks making your food. You should definitely try it, it's absolutely worth it!!
Great Restaurant
I had a great time at this restaurant, the food was amazing
Gordon Ramsays was very delicious and fun experience! Must try.
You wonโt be disappointed, enjoy this fun dining experience.
Great dining experience.
Pretty cool to see in person and we were seated up front closer to the grill. A lot of people take photos in in the middle, so be sure to snag one. As for food, we got the Caesar salad, lobster risotto, braised short rib, filet mignon, potato purรฉe, and the sticky toffee pudding! The salad was fine. There was nothing that sets this Caesar salad apart from any other one like it. The lobster risotto was fabulous. The risotto was more on the Al dente side, the it was creamy and rich. I didn't try the filet mignon, but my friend says it was good. I had the braised short rib with the Yukon gold potato cake and it was fabulous. It does get a bit dry when you get to the middle of the short rib. More sauce would have been nice. The potato pancake absorbed all the liquid. Braised short rib always reminds me of pot roast but with a fancier name! The potato purรฉe was weirdly good. It had the texture of baby food but packed with flavor. Lastly, the sticky toffee pudding isn't very "sticky". It's basically a caramel cake ala mode. It was yummy though, just not what the name entails.
Donโt waste your money.
We were so disappointed in this restaurant. And I believe chef Ramsey would be too. We got the chicken, the salmon and the Brussel sprouts. The chicken was SUPER spicy, but not only that, it was bland. It was a magic trick to be spicy and oh so bland. One of the servers who would fill up our water also said she had the chicken once and couldnโt finish it because it was so spicy. The salmon skin was super crispy, which was good. But it was borderline burnt. The brussel sprouts were just bad. So hard, barely cooked. Would never come here again! Donโt waste your money.
So, I never posted a review for this restaurant and now
So, I never posted a review for this restaurant and now having upcoming reservations next week at the new location in Washington DC, now is the time so a comparison can be made. I have been a fan of the Hell's Kitchen the TV show and Gordon Ramsay's restaurants for years so when in Vegas, why not? The esthetics and setup of the restaurant is similar to eat you see on television and the menu has all the heavy hitters to include scallop risotto and the signature beef Wellington. During this visit we had the pan seared scallops, lobster risotto, meatballs, braised short ribs, and crispy skin salmon. The presentation was nice. The service needed a little work then again we visited during the earlier years so they may have been still "working out the kinks". Unfortunately, we were overall underwhelmed and surprised by the entrees the lack of flavor. There is an expectation for the highest taste and quality of food when dining at a place such as this, especially when the dining tag exceeds $300. Nonetheless, giving this a second chance at a new location which may bring about a new and better dining experience. Fingers crossed.
Food and service were excellent!! The restaurant is
Food and service were excellent!! The restaurant is beautiful and did not disappoint at all! The beef Wellington was insanely delicious, as was the Mac-n-cheese, braised short rib and salmon entrees. The desert were to die for and I highly recommend the Notes from Gordon adult beverage and espresso martini, should you fancy a drink.
Good taste, careful services, really enjoy the environment
Good taste, careful services, really enjoy the environment at the place. Highly recommend.
Great ambiance and service, pricing reflects that, loved
Great ambiance and service, pricing reflects that, loved trying out a celebrity chefs restaurant! Didn't like having to pay $10 for water, but loved the sticky toffee pudding YUM
