It's everything someone would expect having dinner at a famous chef's kitchen. The ambiance, service, great food and wine selection. Excellent location at the base of Caesars Palace and if you're lucky window seats with excellent strip views. My beef Wellington prix fixe dinner was excellent. The short rib dinner was melting in our mouths. It is pricey so expect a hit on your wallet if you don't have an expense account. Always enjoy the look on the faces of my guests.
Total disappointment
Total disappointment. First, it was a very special night for us, so I paid $40 extra for the "strip view experience". Table by the window, but drapes were pulled for most of the dinner, because " the sun wasn't low enough yet" (even though it was behind buildings and NO sun glare). Not worth the extra money. Second, there was a woman walking around the restaurant with a camera and photo album, offering to take pictures for a fee, 2 for $58. This should never happen at what is supposed to be a high end restaurant! Lastly, the food was generally average. My husband had lobster risotto, which was fabulous. I had oysters Rockefeller. One of the oysters must have broken when they shucked it, and there were fragments of shell (pretty large pieces) in a couple bites! What a shock! (They did comp me for the oysters). We both had the beef wellington, which was average. Puff pastry was soggy, the duxelles was bland and unevenly spread on the Wellington. The one positive was that the beef was cooked to the proper temp. We were offered dessert, but by that point, we were more than done. We'll never go back, not even to the Hell's kitchen here in the San Diego area. Worst experience, especially since I was expecting it to be a fabulous meal for our big celebration.
I LOVED it here!!! The beef Wellington lived up to the hype.
The Mac n cheese was so creamy & delicious. The scallops were cooked to perfection and the lobster risotto was to die for. The sticky toffee pudding was a great desert after such a good meal. 10/10!
Total disappointment.

My boyfriend and I have been binging Hell's Kitchen (we love all of Gordon's shows), so we decided to finally try Hell's Kitchen in Vegas. We made a reservation about a week in advance and were seated right away, which was nice. We started with the scallops and lobster risotto -- both were cooked perfectly, but honestly a bit too salty for us. For entrées, we of course had to get the famous beef Wellington, along with the lamb and short ribs. All the meats were cooked beautifully, but again, everything leaned really salty and heavy. I kept wishing for something pickled or fresh to balance it out. Overall, the food was good but not amazing. With so many incredible restaurants in Las Vegas, the price point here just didn't feel worth it. If you're a Gordon Ramsay fan or love Hell's Kitchen, it's a fun one-time experience -- but personally, I wouldn't go back.

The food was amazing! The service we received from Lupi and José was just as impressive!!!
Lupi and Jose were our waiters.
It was a great experience. Be prepared to be hungry! Lupi suggested the lobster rissito appetizer. It was delicious!

Booked a reservations weeks ahead - still waited about 40 minutes until being seated. Which is fine, it was super busy and it's a sought out restaurant in Vegas (as a tourist). Drinks were really good but the Beef Wellington came out super cold. Really didn't want to be that person and send it back. But, for a $74 entree I feel like the least you could do is make sure the food is somewhat warm.
There was a lot of hype and expectation in coming here.
Maybe that was a set up for disappointment. The restaurant is an open seated area and so it was very noisy inside. The service was fantastic with a personable server and all staff for that matter. The food was hit and miss. The salad of pear and apple was very tasty, a nice combination of sweet and tart. It was fresh and a nice size. The pork belly was a miss. The fat was not rendered down and the outer portion couldn't barely cut it with a sharp knife. The server quickly replaced it but came back with the same result. The braised short ribs were the best I've ever had. Tender and flavorful and the red wine reduction brought it all together. The scallops also excellent! The lobster risotto was also a miss. They were overpowered with garlic like a punch in the face. Desert of the sticky toffee pudding ended the night wonderfully. So all in all for the prices, the missed tastes on 2 of the dishes and the noise level was why it was an 3 star review.

Dining at Hell's Kitchen was an elevated experience from start to finish. The Beef Wellington lived up to the hype -- perfectly cooked, buttery pastry, and paired beautifully with silky mashed potatoes. The crispy-skinned salmon was rich and flavorful, served over a creamy, herb-infused sauce and mushrooms that added depth and balance. The presentation was stunning, service was top-tier, and every bite felt like a masterclass in flavor. Pricey, but well worth it for a special occasion or foodie bucket list. Rating: 8.5/10 Must-try: Beef Wellington & crispy salmon
Lupi & Jose was amazing.
.. food delicious!!! Oh and the champagne omg!! We visited the Vegas location for our 25th anniversary and enjoyed!!
Never again
Drinks were great! I had the lobster risotto, it was very mushy. The lobster was so mushy that it actually tasted like powder. I also had the short ribs. The ribs were ok, but the sauce had to be made from package gravy. There is no way that was from scratch. It was so salty!
Very disappointed
On my birthday, the server brought our food to the table before it was ready. When we pointed this out, he returned it and spoke with the other server, who raised her voice. The server then spoke with another individual. The food was finally delivered to our table in the kitchen. Upon receiving our food, it was found to be cold. Despite its coldness, we finished eating. While it wasn't served plain, the price we paid makes me unlikely to return for food that was not prepared correctly. We were embarrassed to say anything
Great experience!
Great experience! The food was very good and great Wine card as well. It was a great place with the open Kitchen and Big Windows to get the Vegas vipe while dining. But the thing that made this experience extraordinary was the service. We had two waiters - Deon and Aaron, who were paying attention, being quick and discreet. They were smiling, very nice and friendly at the same time. They served very well - women first, from the right side, letting us finish - everything just perfectly right (Might sound ordinary, but we’ve been travelling a lot in both U.S. and Europe - and it is not common even in expensive restaurants!). Hells Kitchen in Vegas stand out for us, because the food was great, but especially because of these two skilled and engaged guys. We will remember their service with delight for a long time. And that will make us come back next time we’re in Vegas, and we will highly recommend the place as well.
A quality experience, missing some depth
We were a party of six with reservations. First impression: Hell’s Kitchen thrives on celebrity appeal, and it shows. The place was packed, with tourists elbowing past the line to snap photos with the virtual Chef Ramsay or peer into the kitchen. After getting struck twice by a tourist with 36-inch beer bong, my patience was wearing thin. Fortunately, the front staff were exceptional—warm, efficient, and welcoming. No wasted time, no managerial title needed. Just decisive, capable people who set the tone. Five stars for the front. The wait staff matched that energy: professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. I always test servers with the “What’s popular?” or “What’s your favorite?” questions. If they respond with “It’s all good,” I get suspicious and start nitpicking. But our server passed with flying colors—confident, specific, and informed. Half our group chose the chef’s tasting menu: scallops, Beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. One added the basic wine pairing; the rest opted for bottles or tap water. When a glass of wine was accidentally spilled, the staff responded instantly—refilled it without hesitation and made sure no one felt embarrassed. That’s five stars for attitude, professionalism, and grace under pressure. Five stars for the wait staff! This was my first-ever Beef Wellington, and I had a UK-born family member with us who confirmed it was well-seasoned and true to form. The scallops were the standout for me. As for the sticky toffee pudding—I loathe bread pudding, so even if Ramsay himself made it, I wasn’t likely to enjoy it. I passed mine to the others, who declared it delightful. So why 4 stars overall? The staff, service, and food were all excellent. But I left feeling like I’d dined at a gourmet McDonald’s—everything meticulously curated and executed to match a brand built for television. It lacked the sense of adventure I’ve found in other fine dining experiences. It was missing a very explosive orgasm. Not a literal orgasm, rather a deep spiritual sense of "Wow!" and that weird satisfaction one gets when time stops. Still, it’s a worthwhile experience if you’re a curious fan of the show.
Worth a visit, but lacking the wow factor
Please be aware that the market menu is more expensive than ordering items separately! (Beef Wellington does include truffle shavings as the only extra addition - not a cheap ingredient but something to bear in mind when considering a "value" menu). The Beef Wellington is delicious, with a good portion size and melt in the mouth fillet (as expected). Veg sides very aldente and lukewarm, (first dish served was bordering on cold, however quickly rectified and replaced when mentioned to the waiter), the potatoes very creamy and tasty. Considering the price of meals in Vegas, I do think this is great value. My partner had the short rib, which was delicate, falling apart and tasty. There is no need to have starters (and I usually would!) as the mains are filling. We also ordered the macaroni side to share. Again, this was a generous portion of rich and creamy macaroni - we probably didnt need this, but it was hard to resist and we both enjoyed it. As it was my birthday, we shared a free sticky toffee pudding, with a candle included.- very nice touch. (glad we shared, as both full). It was tasty enough, but we both felt it tasted more like a ginger cake rather than STP (not sure what all the fuss is about, very average), and STP is my partners favourite). We ordered some cocktails, which were very well made (and surprisingly cheaper than other places in Vegas). The dining room is beautiful, with great strip views and attentive staff. I just didn't personally feel the wow factor. However, it is worth a visit, and I'd recommend the signature dish of beef Wellington. A 3/5 is a bit harsh, which is why I rated a 4 overall, we both left feeling satisfied but not a feeling of OMG look where we have been...
Superb
Delicious food, excellent service and great atmosphere. This is our favorite spot to eat whenever we visit the area. It’s good every time.
A great experience let down by the main course.
The experience and service were good and what you would expect from Hells Kitchen. My wife and I both went for the set meal. I had the scallops my wife had the tomatoes. Both were full of flavour. The set main was the beef wellington. We both found this to be very salty. I like salt but still found it overpowering. For dessert was the sticky toffee pudding. This was nice and as expected. The drinks were good. The price was what you would expect for Vegas. Overall, it was a nice experience let down by the main. The waiter doesn't give you an opportunity to give feedback..
Our reserved Kitchen table wasn't reserved and not available!
Food was lovely and atmosphere was excellent, I had booked a table by teh Kitchen at a $40 surcharge but when we arrived, none were available and so we had to sit up the back. Very disappointed I didn't get the seats I had reserved. The food was excellent but very over priced for what you get.
It’s a gimmick, don’t waste your money.
Overcrowded, overpriced and nothing special at all. Service was excellent, food was fine but definitely not worth the money.
Hells Kitchen - Truly a night in hell
Ay ay ay, what the heck is going on with Gordono's kitchen man, so much potential yet such lazy execution; seriously do we not have standards in 2024! So incredibly overpriced, sleepy and tired overworked staff as well as the food being below par. Was disappointed with the lack of Mexican options on the menu, and on that note, when I asked the waiter if I could have a custom taco, he started calling me racial slurs and said "we don't serve beaners here". Despite this, atmosphere was a positive and my young lad got around the beef wellington.
Amazing food! Our waiter Charles was even better! He made
Amazing food! Our waiter Charles was even better! He made our first time experience 10x better
it wasnt all that for that for the price.
the food was ok but the servers were nice. it was a pain to acess the restaurant
I'm really torn making this review.
The food and our waitress were phenomenal. The hostess and our seats were atrocious. We booked this restaurant almost 2 months ago and wanted a seat where we could see the kitchen and the chefs. Instead we were in the far back corner with absolutely ZERO view of the kitchen. We live in a town where I can eat Chef Ramsays food everyday if I'd like. When I asked the hostess about not having a view of the kitchen she chuckled and walked away. The manager walked by our table twice looked at us and couldn't be bothered to even say hello. I've never been disapppinted at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant until now. I'm not sure if I had unrealistic expectations based upon our service at other Ramsay restaurants or if because it's LAs Vegas Hells Kitchen we aren't as important as their other guests, but I left very disappointed in our 24th anniversary dinner that had been waiting months for. I was expecting a view of the kitchen as we requested and as the concept of "Hells Kitchen" eludes to.

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday at Hell's Kitchen. We checked in 5 minutes late and were seated within 10 min. We asked to switch tables and were accommodated. Service was great and the food came out in a timely manner. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. From my Cesar salad to beef wellington and finally the popular sticky toffee pudding, all were amazingly delicious. My daughter was given special treatment for her birthday from the moment we sat down to the delivery of her dessert with a lit candle. We had a special night.

My birthday dinner went beyond expectations! Service, food, drinks, all fabulous! Bartenders are very personable & kept us laughing during our short wait for a table.

I recently dined at Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas with high expectations, having previously enjoyed a great experience at your California location. Unfortunately, my visit was quite disappointing. While the ambiance and table next to the kitchen were excellent, the culinary experience did not meet our expectations. We experienced significant delays throughout our meal: The wait for appetizers exceeded 20 minutes. Our main dishes took even longer, causing some of our party to leave before finishing their meal. Even requesting the check took 15 minutes. Furthermore, the food itself was underwhelming: The corn crab soup and lobster risotto were served lukewarm. The potato and puree lacked flavor. When dining at a renowned establishment like Hell's Kitchen and paying top dollar, one expects timely service and hot, flavorful dishes. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. I hope you can address these issues to ensure that future guests receive the exceptional dining experience they anticipate when visiting Hell's Kitchen.

I've been to Hell's Kitchen twice, once for their steak and most recently for their vegan menu. Their steak was underwhelming. I can't have dairy so they cooked my steak in oil and it wasn't good. I ask for this at all steak restaurants and it's only at Hell's Kitchen that it wasn't great. The vegan menu is pretty good. I enjoyed the risotto. Their beans were undercooked and hard, as were the potatoes. They tried to remedy the issue, but they came back just slightly better. The dessert was fun, but was just sorbet. The service was fine, our server wasn't very friendly, but she got the job done. This place is a must for fans of the show, but not so much for foodies.
Since the start of the show, I have always wanted to dine
Since the start of the show, I have always wanted to dine at Hell's Kitchen. In the early days you could try to apply for a spot for dinner with the disclaimer that you weren't guaranteed a meal! Anyway, with the restaurants existing in different places you don't have to hope that you get a meal! We were in Las Vegas for an event and we made reservations far, far in advance! The restaurant is located at Caesar's Palace with the iconic HK pitchfork logo in front. You walk through giant glass doors with a hologram of Chef Ramsay greeting you. The restaurant is extremely loud and busy! The bar area was packed with people waiting for tables! We had a good sized group and were seated right near the red and blue kitchens! It was great seeing the kitchen work but you really do need Chef Ramsay screaming at his staff to have the full effect! The one thing I always wanted to try was the scallops and the wellington. The prix fixer menu has a choice of scallops or heirloom tomato salad for appetizers. Beef wellington is the entree and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The prix fixe menu is $105 per person (at the time of this writing it was 3 days after our dinner). With cocktails our bill was almost $600 for my family of 4! I was expecting a hefty bill so it wasn't totally shocking. There were two other sets of families in our group and their bills were similar. The nice thing was the server did split the bill for us which some places will not do!! The decor of the restaurant is great and the service is top notch! Definitely worth the big price tag to experience this restaurant at least once!
If you're a fan of the show sure.
. go! However, if you're a foodie the food is under whelming. The scallops were sub par and the beef Wellington came out cold. I was given free dessert because I was celebrating my birthday and that was great especially for the price of free 99. Ambience and service is great and very Instagramable.
The place is beautiful.
High ceilings and the tables were well spaced apart. The chairs were comfortable and had good height. We probably came in at a busy time. The wait was roughly 20 mins which wasn't bad. The food came in about 20 mins as well. With that wait we expected the food to come hot and fresh off the grill/oven/stove. We tried the pan seared scallops. It was decent, the raisins were a good touch. My wife had the short rib and I had the beef Wellington. This is where we had the most issues. The meat was chewy for both almost as if they were left in the pan too long or took a while to serve. I honestly had trouble tasting the mushrooms or the duxelles which we watch extensively about. For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding. The speculoos ice cream made it sweet in top of the sweet toffee. I had no problems with this as I have a sweet tooth. All in all, a fair experience but for all the hype surrounding the chef and the cuisine, we sure expected better.
Would not return
We went to dinner with our older teenagers. All 4 were under 21 and couldn’t drink which I think annoyed our waitress because she was looking to pad the bill for the entire meal. She wasn’t friendly and seemed throughly annoyed and short with us during the whole meal. The food was meh and very expensive. It was crowded and loud so I don’t recommend if you want to go talk with the rest of the table. We went with one kid in 2019 and had a great experience. I guess it’s changed.
Great food, fantastic staff, but waiting area could be better.
Myself an 2 other friend visited Hells Kitchen on our most recent visit to Vegas, we booked weeks in advance and really looked forward to the visit. We arrived a few mins early for our reservation. We notified them we had arrived and were left to wait with other groups of diners in a small waiting area near the front door. It took them around 15 mins to find us a table and the area got more and more full, there was nowhere we could sit and we were glad when they finally called our group, that was the only real downside of what all in all was a great visit. The restaurant is huge and looks really nice inside and out, you can see little expense has been spare on the finish and everything feels premium. The dining area is separated by a dividing wall, but due to this being such a large space the sound in there is very hollow like you’d get in a dining hall or mall. Our waiter seated us quickly and arranged our drinks, they were with us quickly and he talked us through the menu. We were pretty boring with our drink selections getting soft drinks. We were given time to review the menu and decided to go with a main each and a shared side. The main we opted for was the iconic Beef Wellington and we shared a bacon topped Mac and Cheese. The food came really quickly and was piping hot. The Wellington was outstanding and the beef melted in your mouth, the presentation was fantastic but I’d have liked a tad more mash and gravy. The Mac and Cheese was also amazing, creamy and delicious. When we finished our mains we were asked if we’d like to look at the dessert menu, of course we did! After short review we opted for the also iconic Sticky Toffee Pudding. This came out quickly and was also amazing. The sponge was light and fluffy, the sauce rich and decadent and the Biscoff ice cream tied the dish together. The whole meal was really good, during our time there the winner of this years Hells Kitchen showed up at the restaurant and there was a lot of buzz around him, with people queuing up for pictures with him. Only 2 of our party ate but we all got drinks, the bill was just over $230, this was for 3 soft drinks, 2 Wellingtons, Mac and Cheese and 2 Stick Toffee Puddings. I had a $100 Caesars Celebration meal loaded in my card earlier that day and I redeemed this against the bill. Other than the wait when we enter the restaurant the rest of the visit was very good, I can’t fault the waiters or the food.
Worth the price
The restaurant was all we thought it would be. Food was GREAT and the service was exceptional. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had the beef Wellington and it was mouth watering good !!
Zwaar teleurgesteld!
Het enige dat wij als positief hebben ervaren waren de gerechten op smaak. BUT the food was not warm at all, people are for NOT dressed. Walking around on slippers and bikini’s shocked us because we are big fans of the chef Ramsay! You get really rushed after you almost put down your fork here is the next meal already preheated. We don’t even complaining about the money but this restaurant needs a quality check from the chef himself. We done eating at any Ramsay that’s for sure. Too bad… him gambling his name like that. Greetings from Amsterdam.
2nd time was a charm……
This is an amazing restaurant right outside the front entrance of Caesar’s. Gordon Ramsay has definitely put his signature on a multitude of restaurants in Las Vegas over the last few years & this is one of his best. If you’re lucky, you might even see him walking around. The staff indicates he shows up every few weeks to check on things & in person, his personal is much nicer than what we see on TV. The menu is a work of art with many choices. I had the Grilled Fillet, Chorizo Corn & Sticky Pudding. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Our Server—-John from Montreal, couldn’t been more accommodating. It’s a great place, but expect to pay a premium for what you get.
Trying to make a online reservation
I’m trying to just reserve a table online for a single person but it’s saying you’re party is too small and to call them so not understanding why they can’t reserve a table online for one person
Great
Food was excellent, we took 4 different dishes plus dessert and they were all fantastic. Seating was nice, the only thing is that the place is quite noisy.
Lunch was amazing!
Had the prefix menu. The tomato salad was great. The Beef Wellington was presented well and melted in your mouth. The Gouda Mac and Cheese is amazing and would definitely recommend ordering. To finish everything we had the Sticky Toffee Pudding, which was absolutely delicious. We would definitely return when back in Vegas.
Just Average - good food, but rushed
After all the hype, I was expecting great things. The restaurant is loud and as a previous review mentioned, more like a fast food diner than a high end restaurant. We only had main courses and as a result the server lacked engagement. He was only interested in upselling the cocktails and starters. That said, the beef wellington was cooked perfectly and enjoyed by all. I guess if you are a Hells Kitchen fan, then this restaurant is a must. If not, it’s average for the price.
All of the food was fantastic.
Beef wellington, lobster risotto and sticky toffee pudding is excellent.
Great place, the food was incredible and I can only imagine
Great place, the food was incredible and I can only imagine since their boss is so strict! Great service too, didn't get a full 5 stars because Gordon can be a bit of a jerk
5 stars all the way.
Wellington is perfect. Service is awesome. Pricey, but worth it!
We are French Canadian and go to Las Vegas once a year.
For 2 years, I had been trying to get 2 places for dinner during our trip. Successful this year, but so disappointed. So disappointing, execrable. The menu of scallops, beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding was excellent, but my partner had a shrimp cocktail starter. The shrimp were tough. His filet mignon requested medium rare was medium and overcooked. I mentioned to the waiter that the filet mignon was not cooked well and he then turned on his cell phone light to show us that there was a little pink in the steak. Unprofessional service. For $400, you can get a restaurant with much better filet mignon for less. not to try
I was fully prepared to be unimpressed, I mean a theme
I was fully prepared to be unimpressed, I mean a theme restaurant in Vegas - but was I wrong. The service was fantastic, our well versed waiter walked us through the menu and was very helpful. My water glass never was allowed to be more then half empty and once emptied plates were promptly removed. I started with an excellent ceasar salad and followed with one of the best Beef Wellington's I've ever had, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. For desert we couldn't decide between splitting a apple cheese cake or the sticky pudding but decided on the cheesecake. Our server surprises us by bringing both telling us we really needed to try the sticky pudding. It's not what I would call a value meal, but the food was outstanding.
This place is so overrated.
The food was good but not for the price. The ambiance Nd service was great too but to spend over $300 just to say you've been here isn't worth it. There's plenty of places with meals that are better and MORE filling!
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.
From the Hostess greeting us at the door, to the waiters making sure that NOTHING is left to chance, you can't do any better than Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen. The atmosphere is almost exactly like the stage set and the food is perfection. We had the Lobster Risotto that absolutely lived up to the hype. We also tried the Gouda Mac and Cheese that was plain heaven on your palette. I had the Beef Wellington that was (unlike so many on the show) cooked to perfection. My wife and Mother had the Seared Salmon and my Daughter had the Short Ribs. Everything was perfect in both presentation and taste. For desert, we had the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Neither my Daughter or I are fans of toffee, but this proved to be the exception to the rule. Everyone loved and raved about it! After eating at many "High-End" restaurants, I can easily say that this is the only location that gives the service, experience, presentation and taste to justify their high prices. Worth every penny!!!
Absolutely must eat!
Meets the expectations! Lobster risotto and sticky toffee pudding will blow your mind! Very loud atmosphere but food and service are top notch
The restaurant draws you in and make let's you feel like
The restaurant draws you in and make let's you feel like you are part of the show on tv. I was happy to have the beef wellington. It's definitely worth visiting at least once if you are a fan of the show.
I had the backyard Burger, it was $33.
It was an excellent Burger but not the best I have ever had which is what I would expect for that kind of money. However it's worth it just to come walk around planet Hollywood the miracle mileage amazing I'm planning Hollywood is right in the middle of the strip there's so much you can do from this area.. I was kind of in a rush which might have expected The experience so I'll come back again when I have more time I had to hit the gym :-) two more months of school and I'll be focused fully on Las Vegas but for now I had to get back to class,... And my first priority is the gym is always.. you have to visit a Gordon Ramsay restaurant while you're in Las Vegas why not the guy is an icon. I will do a proper review on my channel Sativa Sean Las Vegas YouTube and Instagram when I reopened my account :-) busy with school but I'll get on it after the semester.
