Avoid. Poor service: no balsamic, refused table with view despite night before wedding despite booking months in advance
Awful experience I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received during our recent visit. We had booked a special meal the night before our wedding, reserved two months in advance, with the expectation of a memorable experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Firstly, we were informed that you had run out of balsamic, which was surprising and disappointing for a restaurant of your standard. More importantly, despite advising in advance that this was a special occasion, we were told we could not move to a table with a view. The manner in which this was communicated felt dismissive, and the staff came across as rude rather than accommodating. This was an important evening for us, and sadly the service and experience did not meet even basic expectations, let alone the standards one would anticipate from your restaurant. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that future guests celebrating special occasions are treated with more care and respect.
A very tasty lunch with good atmosphere
I came here with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed the experience. The food was fresh and flavorful, with pasta that had the perfect texture and sauces that felt authentic. The menu had a good variety, so it was not difficult for both of us to find something that matched our tastes. The atmosphere was relaxed but elegant at the same time, making it easy to enjoy a slow meal without feeling rushed. Service was attentive and kind, our waiter explained some dishes and gave good recommendations. The location is also nice, easy to reach and in a lively area, which added to the positive impression. Overall it felt like a place where locals and tourists can enjoy real Roman flavors in a welcoming setting.

Attentive, great drinks! nice vibe, books out fast. We were only able to reserve for drinks/ bar they do serve appetizers with this, wished we could off had dinner here.
Great rooftop in heart of Rome
Had a lovely dinner here. The view is amazing and it has a great vibe. The food was very good without being amazing but it’s all about the view. Nice drinks menu too. But we had a bit of a bad experience with some bees hassling us! Which wasn’t a great experience and didn’t quite let us enjoy the night but it wasn’t the restaurants fault, nature
Style Over Substance
Gigi Rigolatto Roma – Style Over Substance We came to Gigi Rigolatto expecting a special evening — birthday celebration, beautiful rooftop, and high hopes. The view was indeed lovely, the décor stylish, and the DJ brought great energy. The veal Milanese was well-executed. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a disappointment. My tenderloin arrived cold, and once our plates were cleared, our server disappeared for 45 minutes before checking back — without even bringing a dessert menu. This was after she knew we were there for a birthday. By that point, any sense of celebration had evaporated. To make matters worse, cigarette smoke from chain-smoking tourists on both sides of our table drifted into our space all night. For a venue presenting itself as a refined dining experience, this felt careless and inhospitable. In short: beautiful setting, but poor service, cold food, and zero attention to guest comfort left us wishing we had celebrated elsewhere.

* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Gigi Rigolatto Roma to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
