American Airlines put me up here after they missed my connecting flight. It was hardly worth it being free. The place is in pretty bad disrepair.
Wonderful experience
Great service and very accommodating! Everyone was very nice and helpful and quick to respond to my call and needs when getting picked up and dropped off

If zero was an option that is what I would give this hotel. Let's first start off with we did not chose to stay here. We were put up here by American Airlines due to a delayed flight causing us to miss our connection. The front desk clerk was th

This hotel has mice and mold. Disgusting. Blankets like brillo pads. Front desk staff was very nice though. I was put up here by American Airlines and it seems like Iโm not the only one. My flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight becau
Will meet certain needs, but nothing special
This hotel is simply very average. If I had not gotten the hotel free through hotel points, I would have been very disappointed. The decor is dated and much of the hotel looks shabby and uncared for. The dining room advertised and all a cart breakfas

I ended up in this place as American Airlines canceled my flight to Amsterdamโฆ The hotel gives a very worn-out impression, even a bit creepyโฆ eg as curtains are torn (!), strange stale smell in the rooms. Bathroom was surprisingly clean with a go
Positive: Free shuttle to and from airport.
Generally friendly staff. Negative: I've watched a quick deterioration of this hotel over the years. They did away with the pool. Their restaurant is opened sporadically, and nothing is actually cooked there; it's just heated up. I paid $

Unprofessional staff My flight was delayed because of technical issues, so I was placed in this hotel as an option by American Airlines. They gave me a voucher of $12 to purchase food. I went to the restaurant to order a meal, the wait staff was bus

Terrible place !!! Staff was nice in person, but could barely get them on the phone when I was stranded at the airport. The staff also didn't tell me that the airport shuttle didn't have the hotel's name on it, so I was stranded there
Couldnโt get there
Shuttle operators canโt hear and are rude, shuttle isnโt labeled with Choice or Clarion name but something like park jet. Waited 1.5 hours for pick up and ended up calling for an UBER. Only reason I went is that it was due to a flight cancellatio
Disappointed Despite Returning with Hope โ Poor Group Experience-Do Better
Iโve stayed at this hotel two years in a row, took a break after a bad experience, and returned this year hoping things had improved. We booked over 8 rooms as a group โ and deeply regret it. There was a 9-hour power outage, during which guests
Amazing service even with power outage
There was a power outage and all of the computer systems were down but they still managed to get us a room. Staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful the entire time.
Do NOT stay here - old, creepy hotel used by American Airlines for stranded passengers
If I could rate this hotel a ZERO, I would. American Airlines sent myself and other stranded passengers here.. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Creepy, dirty rooms, stained carpet/walls, bug on bathroom floor, dirty tub, broken lock on ba

Easy check in. LaToya was friendly and very professional. She was multi tasking with answering the phone, greeting guests, and checking people in all with a smile and kindness. This hotel will remain our go to when we are in the area. Thank you.
Xenophobic Managers
Horrible Customer service. Upon checking out, I realized they stole over $400 off my card and when I queried it, the obnoxious sorry excuse of a customer front desk rep gaslighted me because I demanded to speak with someone who was in charge threate

The hotel is old and tired and even though the lobby is new the rooms are in poor shape. But you don't need any other details. We had bedbugs in our bed. The front desk first tried to say they were gnats. My husband offered to show her the b

Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 for any questions Peter may have as ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 now uses their connections at Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ๐๏ธ @DistinguishedTree58's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
