Wow what a great restaurant.
I was so pleasantly surprised with the decor, service, outdoor seating, and food! I had such a delicious lunch here - everything was spectacular. The whipped ricotta was OUTSTANDING. I wanted to drink it. The special lunch of the day - mortadella and chilled tomato soup - was so so delicious. The fried artichokes were also delicious, as was the chicken milanese. The burrata starter was the only forgettable item. The service was also fantastic. This food was so good - happy to have had such amazing italian in LA!
A bit pricey but overall decent Italian food .

The ambiance was great, however, it was a hot day so there were some flys flying around which was annoying, but nothing to not make me return for more! Prices are pretty pricey, so sharing was a great choice for us to try different options. Pizza- 8/10; very flavorful and good spice given the salami Pasta- 8/10; good amount of sauce and very soft Branzino- 9/10; favorite dish here! Definitely wish it was a bigger portion but nonetheless it was amazing! Calamari- 9/10 (not pictured); squid was very soft and amazing
Cecconi's West Hollywood is such a great spot.
The outdoor patio is beautiful and makes the whole dining experience feel so relaxed and enjoyable. I was really impressed with the Calamari Fritti with Lemon Chili Aioli.. big, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Perfect for sharing.

Cecconi's is a lovely restaurant, with a colorful, modern
Cecconi's is a lovely restaurant, with a colorful, modern decor that's visually attractive while also being comfortable. It's clear from the moment you arrive that you're meant to be having a good time, so check your stuffiness at the door. The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, able to break down the menu or cocktail list at a moment's notice. The bill of fare offers an eclectic and creative collection of Italian dishes, all prepared well and served with an upscale flair by very well-trained food runners. We began with an appetizer of Fried Artichokes Cacio E Pepe. The lightly crisped, full-sized chokes were cooked just so and full of flavor. The dusting of cheese on top provided a nicely rich and salty contrast to clean, fresh vegetal flavors of the artichokes. Unfortunately, the accompanying Cacio E Pepe sauce was just too rich and too pungent, and after a small taste my wife and I decided to leave it aside. For mains, my wife had their plain cheese pizza, which featured buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomato sauce, and a properly charred crust, while I had the Spaghetti with Main Lobster. The pasta was al dente and piping hot, cradled in yet another variation of a traditional red sauce. My only complaint here is that the portion of lobster meat is quite small. Given the $50+ price tag you'd hope for at least a bit more lobster. Dessert was a Pana Cotta with macerated strawberries that was a light and perfect blend of sweetness with farm fresh summer fruit. While some of the food may miss its mark by just a tad, Cecconi's is a welcoming and pleasing place to enjoy an Italian meal that's flavorful and thoughtfully prepared.

7/27/2025 - My friends and I were excited to try out this restaurant being from out of state however the service by the server Lisa C. was not great and she was very passive aggressive and rude. Not to mention one of our dishes were undercooked. I would not come back here.

usually love this place but this time i really didn't like this pizza. the olive were very overpowering and it was just watery on the pizza. also the sausage did not go well with the olives, and overall was not yummy. also they need to create a new tuna tartar, the mint really doesn't go well with the fish.

.. calamari was good , not oily but not super satisfying .. buratta and stone fruit was good but pretty much as expected .. i was very happy with the brazino - they serve it deboned with really good spinach and olives. Glad we stayed for dessert because tiramisú was the winner of the night. Loser of the night was service- super dry and zero menu feedback or warmth. Could barely understand the guy either, nothing against accents but he his was thick and so oler really fast. Were spending good money on dinner so it just needs to be at a higher level. Valet js $20 and they were cool at least. The bar seemed to be a scene , plenty of atttactive people.

We came here for a birthday dinner in May 2025 and it was a great experience. Food was divine, staff were very attentive and friendly. Surprised us with a birthday dessert which was lovely. Valet were great too.

When we paid the bill, the waiter brought a credit card machine to the table. The lowest pre-filled option for a tip was 20% (unless you tapped "custom" and add a custom tip). Most places, the lowest pre-filled option for a tip is 15%, and in worst cases 18%. Here, it was 20%. Restaurants know that most customers are not going to go through multiple steps to type in a lower tip than the pre-filled one when the waiter is standing over you and looking at you. No customer likes that pressure and to be put on the spot like that, so most people just go with the lowest pre-selected option. To make the lowest pre-filled tip option 20% (when the cultural norm is to have the lowest option be 15% or 18%) is a dishonest and predatory practice by Cecconi's. As customers, we have to push back on this unethical tactic and bad behavior by restaurants to pressure customers into paying higher tip percentages. We have a rule: we never go back to restaurants that pull this tipping scam.

Just ate here with my family-- food was great and service was even better. Niko was our server and was incredible. He somehow perfectly managed to remember all of our orders (8 orders with many specifications) and even brought out some desserts after we told him we were there for an after-wedding celebration. So so kind and helpful and just super great overall. Give that man a raise!
This place is very cute, but the service is horrible.
We came with our parents (they don't speak English) and it was the first time we were here so we decided to check yelp photos of the food so we could decide what to have. The server, very RUDE man, told us several times NOT to look at the pictures and look at the menu! And it wasn't said with the nice tone... Excuse me but why are you telling US what to do?! When we had questions he just pointed at the menu and told us to read it.... overall the way he was talking to us was unacceptable especially in the place like that... in the middle of the dinner we had to ask someone to change our server because he was ruining our night. The second server was very polite and nice. Disappointed that our parents were treated that way...
Delicious Italian food
We stayed at the Kimpton La Peer and this was walking distance and recommended by the driver that picked us up from the airport - it did not disappoint! I had a Buffalo mozzarella pizza (margarita pizza) that was perfect and just how I love my toppings and wood-fired pizza. My husband had the Pappardelle, which the waiter recommended. It was outstanding as well. We enjoyed the profiteroles for dessert, which should never be passed up as they can be a difficult dessert to find! We would order everything again and definitely eat here again. The service was a bit strange as we ended up having multiple people deliver drinks, food, dessert, etc. but maybe it was a shift change since we were there for a very late lunch. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated with an old vibe.

This was my first time trying Cecconi's, and I had an enjoyable experience. We had a dinner reservation, and were seated promptly upon our arrival. We decided to try the Cavatelli Pasta with Lamb Ragu and the Spicy Salami Pizza. The pasta was very rich and flavorful. The pizza was very delicious! The ambiance is really nice with vibrant colors. Overall, the service was great and food was delicious!

I love me some cecconis whenever in LA this is our stop what I will stop doing is ordering the truffle pizza is not worth the hype and the truffle is not as pronounced in the dish but the pastas are great and the octopus is always delicious.
Stopped in for lunch without a reservation, mid week.
Combination of tourists, chic locals, and nearby furniture shoppers. Open feel with vaulted ceilings and wood versus plaster. Curated menu with enough choice for almost everyone in your party. They poured Evian water at an Italian restaurant which was strange, but we're in LA, so anything goes. We started with chilled pea soup; absolutely delicious and plant based (so no dairy). Scrumptious! Endive salad came next, and it was a large portion with top quality ingredients. Lastly, we shared the rigatoni and the eggplant Parmesan. Kitchen was a bit backed up, but I'd rather them take time to make my food than rush it out. Rigatoni could have been a bit more al dente (they slightly overcooked it), but the meat sauce was excellent; balanced and comforting. Eggplant parm was very good, baked in the oven with a crisp top. Competent, modern service (although they did leave our soup bowls on the edge of the table once our next course came) and well crafted food from the kitchen. Worth a stop.

THREATENING & UNSAFE: I have lived in this neighborhood sine 1999 & seen many Businesses come & go but so glad when Cecconi's located here as it became a favorite place & especially their Happy Hour with a friend/s! This afternoon was very different as I went to the Bar with my friend I got to my chair the man sitting next to it demanded he was saving it !, then kept harassing me to give it up, I explained to him calmly that the Maitre 'd said we could sit at the Bar but he insisted & then started with Homophobic slurs like ..." you fkn queer" to which I reminded him that he is in West Hollywood ! My friend & I finished our drinks quickly & left. This was extremely disturbing & made us feel very unsafe ! Management need to scrutinize who they let into their Establishment otherwise they will lose their Loyal following !
Service and setting are beautiful and fun.
The food is outstanding. They offer a large wine list, along with a full bar. Their patio is beautifully decorated, with heaters, if needed. The staff is professional and attentive, without being intrusive. The food impeccable. Would definitely return...
consitent quality and great food
I've been here a couple of times but just got a chance to leave a review. The food is always good, especially the red quinoa salad with salmon—a must for me. I also recommend the cheese platter (cicchetti, cured meats & cheeses) to start and the grilled spicy whole chicken, which is super tasty. The short rib I had last time was forgettable. Service from the server or bartender is always excellent, and the hostess is cute and friendly. It's better to reserve a table early, as you can expect to wait over 30 minutes, especially on weekends. They also provide valet service. Overall, this place is one of my favorite spots to eat in LA.

I regret not trying this place sooner because after dinner last night, I would say this is definitely in my top five favorite Italian restaurants in LA list. It's in a really busy and fun part of town. This part of West Hollywood is not as busy as the North end so parking isn't as bad but it's still difficult at certain times. We were able to find a metered street spot right out front, but we were just lucky with the timing. Otherwise it will be $15 for valet. I especially love how the inside is designed. It has a classy 1920s feel to it and I especially love how dark it is inside, and how each table has its own lighting. It really adds to the mood. They also have a very large and busy bar that had every seat taken during our entire meal. Our server was very polite and all of our items came out quickly after placing the order. They have a fairly large menu with a lot of great options on it. The hardest part for me was narrowing down which ones I wanted to order because there were so many that I wanted to get. I started off with the Whipped Ricotta and thought it was fantastic. It's a really sweet and cheesy start to the meal. Next was the Fried Artichokes and honestly they were some of the best that I've ever had. First off, you can eat the entire thing and secondly, the flavors were just terrific. Next came the Steak Tartare and I thought it was wonderful. The black truffle really adds to the flavor and I especially loved the quail egg. For our entrées, we chose the Butternut Squash Tortellini and the Lamb Ragu Cavatelli. Both were good sized portions and were cooked perfectly. The flavors were just very rich and we enjoyed every bite. They did have some good dessert options but by this time of meal, we were just too full. Overall one of my favorite Italian restaurants in all of Los Angeles. I definitely would recommend to anyone for any occasion, and I plan to be back in the future.

This is my new favorite restaurant and I am not disappointed at all by the service or the food or the view. It's a nice and trendy and located in such a Great spot (location). I came here once or twice before and regret not coming here more often. The pizza was great as well as the pasta and the burrata. I didn't care much for the ahi tuna, but this is not the spot to come for that dish. The seating is nice as they have both indoor and outdoor seating. The espresso martini was very delicious. It's just a vibe here and I'm going to be coming back so often. It's the type of spot that's busy , yet you can still get a reservation. Cant wait to try other items off the menu. Our waitress Sofia was great and the manager was so sweet as she checked on our table. you wont be dissapointed.

I'm wondering why everything was made good too salty? Maybe to make customer thirsty and ordering more drinks? After a day still me and wife were drinking water! Please consider this and reduce the amount salts from your food!

When you arrive it's literally crazy even with a reservation. The ladies in the front do the best they can with the over booked Resturant and loud crowd. If it's a first date or a meeting to do a lot of talking this is not the place. Now an evening with an existing lover or long time friend by all means enjoy the drink, food and make sure you take care of that staff walking thru the crowds not spilling your martini. I recommend buy a few things and share!

Amazing ambiance. Fantastic service. Pricey no doubt but you're in Beverly Hills/WeHo. Branzino was the most surprisingly good dish. So many times it is lame and bland but this was super flavorful and rich for a white fish. So good. Rigatoni and Cavatelli were both fantastic. Finished off with the cookies and millefoglie w some espresso martinis. Great overall experience!

Servers are quick and always paying attention, calamari here was extremely fresh - not sure if i've had fresher calamari but the taste difference was very apparent. I had one of their hand made pizzas, and my girl had lobster ravioli. neither one of us can complain! i really like how they sat us next to eachother

Ceccioni's ambiance was romantic and comfortable! We shared the appetizers and ordered different pastas. All of the pastas were delicious and breathtaking with all being flavourful. The cocktails we chose were all delicious and the pasta paired well with the wine! The servers were efficient and kind! They served the meals quickly and introduced the meals to us. Recommend trying this place out if you want to try something fancy and experience a lovely atmosphere.

While visiting LA with 5 friends, we were looking for a nice place for our final group dinner. Cecconi's came highly recommended by a discerning local, so we booked a table here online (booked about 2 weeks in advance). We were so glad we came here! The food was impeccable. Highlights included the octopus appetizer and kale pesto pasta, as well as the millefoglie dessert. But we tried each other's dishes and really everything was well done from the bolognese to the tuna tartare to the tiramisu. They have a nice drinks menu with wines, cocktails and zero proof options as there was one person in our party who doesn't drink. The place was bustling on a thursday night. There is a heated patio (kinda in a large tent) but we sat in the main dining room. The service was professional and warm. I would highly recommend this place for larger groups because they know how to handle groups and timed everything perfectly so all the dishes came out at the same time. It is a classy place. As a group of younger racialized women (in a room of mostly older white people), the service we received was welcoming and genuine, not like some places where they might give you attitude if they think you aren't going to spend as much as other tables (pet peeve of mine...). Our server was so sweet and the photos she took for us were actually good, she knew how to get a good angle hehe... This was one of our favourite meals and we were still talking about it and dreaming of those pasta dishes for days after! This makes me want to try other Cecconi locations around the world!
Classy Italian food
Nice relaxing atmosphere with plenty or room inside....and a good looking crowd. Excellent food/service with better than average wines by the glass. On the pricey side but the Dover sole fish my wife had tasted like it actually came from Dover in England...that's why it cost the big bucks($70.). Ingredients in my pasta with bolenese(meat) sauce was really tasty. Large portions.

I recently went here to catch up with some friends. We originally went to the vegan place across the street, not knowing it was vegan so we quickly left there and went here. Ambience was definitely more our style! We sat on the inside outside, hard to describe. It was in between being completely outside, and being completely inside. Which was perfect, because we were outside, but not in the sun. We had a Bruschetta and a tomato mozzarella, which all had a great presentation and very tasty. I also had the mimosa. Very good! The service was amazing as well! I will definitely be back here!

We had the best meal here & ourI waiter was so kind and welcoming to us. I would love to come back to this establishment. We had a pizza for an appetizer, and then we each had an entrée, and we were so happy with our food.. I can’t remember our waiters name, but he was such an elegant man, and he knew the menu very well, and gave us many suggestions. I would love to come back to this restaurant.

It's got a lot of activity and hustle (lively place). The drinks: Just a few cocktails, but they were winners and the server was quite knowledgeable about wines by the glass.The food: Great reliable thin-crust pizza, killer meatballs, generous salads. Chicken paillard wasn't my cup of tea but my friends loved it. Roast salmon was kind of meh. All the sides were delicious.Desserts: Tiramisu was very good (that's all we had).A fun night out - maybe not foodie-worthy, but everything was tasty and the place was jumping! Prices? yeah, too much but after a few drinks we didn't care.

I actually have never been to brunch at Cecconi's and boy I had no idea what I was missing out on. The brunch was so delicious.... I had the truffle scramble and it was to die for. As always everything was delicious and the service was excellent. If you have not been to brunch here you must try promise you won't be disappointed.
Had food poisoning after Lentil soup and pasta Bolognese.
I spent the night by the toilet and then ended up in the emergency room. I called Cecconi's but they don't seem to care. So I don't feel like they care about the quality of what they are serving. I am also pregnant so it was extra scary. Stay away if you want quality food.

Upon reading the yelp reviews I wasn't sure what to think because it seems like people either love or hate this place. After our meal, I can confirm Cecconis is super average and not worth the price point. They were running late with tables so even though we showed up 5 min early for our 7:45pm reservation, we were didn't get seated until 8:10pm. We ordered the following: crudité, whipped ricotta, beef carpaccio, truffle goat cheese pizza, cavatelli pasta. All of these were nothing to write home about, but I was especially annoyed with the truffle pizza because I could not taste a single speck of truffle on this and it cost a whopping $53. I even tasted a piece of truffle alone and it didn't taste like anything, but I'm pretty sure this is because they cooked the truffle in the oven and did not shave it fresh. We ended up sending this one back because it was not worth the price tag. All in all, save your money for something better unless you are just coming for the scene.

* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* DistinguishedTree58, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* DistinguishedTree58 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to DistinguishedTree58 for any questions Peter may have as DistinguishedTree58 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* DistinguishedTree58 now uses their connections at Cecconi's West Hollywood to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If DistinguishedTree58 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, DistinguishedTree58 receives the $200 reward which is credited to DistinguishedTree58's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Cecconi's West Hollywood!
