Nice dinner at Tin Lung Heen
We went for a friends’ dinner at Tin Lung Heen. Needless to say food and services are top notch - with helpful, friendly and attentive services. Particularly love the huadiao crab with steamed egg white. Thanks Anson for the hospitality and food recommendation that evening!

This is our first access to this club lounge thru our Centurion Platinum card membership. The experience is very satisfying. Today is our wedding anniversary and the whole team truly made it very special. Thanks to the chefs and the FOH from reception Mark to the service team Franco, Leonardo, Kristie and Fiona. The food served are all delicious and well prepared, the selection is just about the right amount of choices and matches our appetite. Thank you all for your attention to details, you’re all very polite, engaging and caring. We really appreciate the thoughtful gesture of providing us with anniversary cake and a little Leon Pierre to remember you by. Keep up the good work and all the best to you all. Cheers.

The hotel has an amazing view of the skyline and the Victoria Harbour of Hong Kong. Staff are very professional as well, especially Natie So from Guest Relations who prepared decorations and personalized welcome card for us and provided a detailed introduction of the room to us. The rooftop bar Ozone offers a relaxing environment as well. The signature cocktails designed from different elements of nature is very unique. Thanks to Circle who provided useful recommendations for the drinks and professional services.

We had a wonderful day at The Ozone bar! It was a sunny, laid back afternoon drink with a visiting friend. Sharmaine was very accommodating at the reception and Svensen and Mario made sure we had our drinks served chilled and the table well-maintained. Will definitely come back!

Quite a few rooftop cocktail bars in Hong Kong don’t offer quality cocktails, perhaps because they believe the crowds will come in for the view of anyway. Bar Ozone not only offers a stellar view of the Hong Kong skyline but also a selection of really well thought-through and skilfully-executed signature cocktails. I take all my visiting friends to Bar Ozone and it’s always such a fantastic experience. Misan is on the ball and takes such good care of us along with the guest experience manager, Adam Vayda. Thanks and I’ll see you again, soon.

We had the pleasure to meet William on our night drinks at the Ozone! The experience was amazing, he is very funny and entertaining without crossing boundaries which is very rare nowadays. We had so much fun, from the time we enter the rooftop, he took care of us in such a nice way, got some additional drinks, suggested amazing ones that we enjoyed so much! and he got 4/5 of our nationalities right, which was so fun! 😂 we would definitely come baci and hope to see him again! We were here for work so having such a great service was definitely much appreciated! Thank you William, you are amazing! you make the experience unforgettable for sure!

We had an amazing time!! Celebrated our friends birthday and all went perfect. A lot thanks to Svensen and Mario who gave great service on all aspects! Loved it and the cake was delicious. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to celebrate in Hong Kong. The view is beautiful as well

Stone created amazing drinks for us. Best bar in town. We will be back shortly. We had a special made cocktail as per our request. We also got some snacks. Stone hosted us in a very nice way. The bar is overlocking Hongkong. Dont miss it. We just loved it.

Roy and Bregita were great - they made the dining experience very enjoyable. They were very friendly and professional . The view of Hong Kong islamd was stunning at night. Booking the reservation was also very seamless and effortless. They even provided a customized message on the cake. All in all, a great experience. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

We went to Cafe 103 for the Vivienne Westwood Afternoon Tea. Honestly speaking, we found the food was just average and not worth the price. However, we enjoyed and had a really great time because of the superior service delivered by Regina. She served with her heart and utmost professionalism. She was thoughtful and attentive to our needs to make sure our dining experience was the best it could be. Apart from the gorgeous views, it is the staff and service like this that will keep us coming back to the restaurant.

Came to Cafe 103 to a birthday dinner for my father. Staff at Cafe 103 are attentive and helpful. The chef at hot station are nice as they provided recommendations for me and shared with me when the popular cheese oyster was out! Sam, if I don’t remember his name wrong, assisted my mother and took great photos for us as a birthday celebration. Most remarkably, Natie from Guest Relations noticed my father’s birthday and passed him a handwritten card and lion doll with his name on it. Thank you for your thoughtfulness! Enjoyed the night here!

One of the best hotel experience by far. What made it special is the guest relation service. Thank you Ms. Gilda Cheung for that top-notch hospitality. Felt that warm and sincere welcome. Appreciate all the effort in checking us in, the whole family. Definitely a 10 out of 10! Highly recommended.

Had an amazing time at the Ozone bar! Incredible music from both the DJ and the musician with the maracas. Cocktails were so fresh and the ambiance can’t be beat at the bar. Special shoutout to Ricky and the other amazing bartenders Eldwin, Sonam, and Farrel for an amazing night!

Amazing experience. We had the burger and lobster promo which was such a treat! Also our server Becky was so nice. This our 5th time ozone every time we visit hk and not the last! Was so much fun and vibe was great and friendly and International!

Great service and tasty food! Thanks to Bruce and Anson, my wife and I could enjoy excellent lunch :) Visited here for baby moon. The service team gave us additional dimsum for the baby. And that was terrific. Recommend you to try pork honey bbq, but this needs to be reserved at least 1 day before visit. Lastly, deep fried crab? Dimsum was really good. Hagau was soso by the way. If you have hard time what to order a la carte, should ask the staff for recommendation for dimsum.

We stayed twice at the Ritz Carlton Hotel I Hong Kong. We were greeted on arrival by name and whisked upstairs accompanied by an executive lounge associate. Our check in was carried out in the lounge on the 116th floor while we enjoyed afternoon tea. We stayed twice on our way to Vietnam and on return from Vietnam and the meet and greet service was outstanding on both occasions. The rooms were roomy and the lounge outstanding. Breakfast, lunch , afternoon tea and dinner are included. Well done to Cherry and all her team for a fantastic experience. Leonardo and many other associates looked after us whilst we were in the lounge.

Thank you Bergita and Joe for their excellent service. Best tea: Black Orchid, and thanks to Bergita's recommendation. Thankfully, we are given the corner seat due to many sudden cancellations (Thanks to the thunderstorm). Bregita has recommended us the Black Orchid tea, and that is the best tea I have ever tried in my life. We are also given much privacy for our dinning session, and they have kindly provided lots of good recommendations on food options and drinks. We will most certainly come back again, and I look forward to seeing Bregita and Joe again.

This hotel holds a very special place in my heart, a place that I call my home away from home and everyone here is like family to me. I initially planned to only stay for a night for my birthday, since I was moving into a new apartment soon, I thought it would be a good idea to stay for a few more nights! (And I was right as I very much enjoyed it!) As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by Sophy, Adriana and Uncle Joe on 103/F - the hotel’s reception lobby and they walked me to my suite and assisted with in-suite check-in. Check-in was absolutely effortless and they showed me around the spacious suite overlooking the beautiful Victoria Harbour. On my birthday, many of the ladies and gentlemen were wishing me Happy Birthday and it was certainly pushing the guest recognition to the next level! I had a family lunch at Tosca - the hotel’s Italian restaurant (also my favorite Italian restaurant in town) and the food was absolutely fabulous paired with the perfect wines. My family and I had a great time and very much enjoyed it! Shortly after I sent my family down to the 9/F - the hotel’s arrival lobby, I went back to my suite and I was pleasantly surprised by what the hotel team has prepared and they were certainly very creative! Later that night, I went to Tin Lung Heen - the hotel’s Chinese restaurant and they always get things right and this time was no exception! It was truly a wonderful dinner as always! The next morning I met up with my Dad for a quick breakfast at The Lounge & Bar, I especially like their semi-buffet setting. For those who likes buffet, they offer a wide selection of choices. For those who likes to order with a menu like me, they offer such option as well. Turns out my birthday celebration has not yet come to an end, the restaurant prepared a special birthday waffle and that was very nice. Later that afternoon, I went up to Ozone to try their Burger and Lobster pop-up and their signature garlic butter sauce was so good! That was my F&B tour going to most of the dining outlets at the hotel, and once again, thank you very much for preparing the numerous birthday surprises and the handcrafted gifts! You guys have certainly made this to be one of the most memorable birthdays I’ve had to date! People say magic only exists in movies, but the ladies and gentlemen at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong certainly celebrated my birthday in a wondrous way! I would like to take a moment to thank Sophy, Adriana, Uncle Joe, Audrey, Lincoln, Jennifer, Gilda, Best, Jaeyoon from Guest Relations and Front Office, Raymond and Kenneth from Tosca, Benson, Rayman, Mike, Ruby, Anson, Kelvin and Elaine from Tin Lung Heen, Roy, Joe, Nimi, Samita, Carlix, Nadal, Bregita, Chef Paul Lee from The Lounge & Bar and Lincoln and Bryan from Ozone as well as the rest of the ladies and gentlemen at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong!

We have celebrated my father’s birthday at Tin Lung Heen on last Wednesday and I would like to thank Anson for the arrangement and services such as table reservation and menu setting. He provided friendly professional services and good recommendations on food. The food quality is superb as I was stunned by the barbecued pork and the steamed crab claw with egg white. Will definitely visit again.

Went to one of the beautiful lounges at Ritz with my friend there. Was more than what I have expected and not only was the food good but the servicer called Koshin was also very superior at what he is doing. He literally made the experience one-rank above experience. Will definitely come see him again.

I had a great dinner with my husband at Ritz Carlton bar and restaurant tonight. The food were delicious and services were great. We had the miso cod and beef cheek as main dishes which taste fantastic. I would also like to thanks to Bregita and Joe for their great services. Bregita was so nice and helped us to take the photos which made us have a memorable night. I would like to recommend the hotel and their restaurants to visitor if they plan to visit Hong Kong. I will definitely come again.

Lovely afternoon sipping wine, eating fine food whilst admiring the epic views of Hong Kong harbour and city skyline. The staff are super attentive and friendly. Thanks Bregita and Koshin for the great service. We will be back for the Butter Chicken and Caesar salad!
